The online booking system for the salon does not clearly state prices, so I was very shocked at checkout. When they say “starting at” $52, I was shocked to find my service almost double that price. I wish the booking system would have notified me of the price my stylist charged before I hit book. There also isn’t a confirmation screen after the “book” button. I thought once I hit book, it would bring me to a screen and confirm the price with me. But then it was too late, I was already booked and would be charged a cancellation fee. So then the high price at checkout was a surprise. Friendly staff and a good service, but prices need to be more clear.

This wellness center is life changing! The fitness class instructors for all kinds of classes are very well informed and I’ve personally loved learning reformer Pilates from Shelbi and Eden! The people who attend class are so much fun and so kind. The sound baths are wonderful to meditate and the spa is so luxurious. It’s my one stop shop for all my wellness needs. It’s so fun to bring my best friend along and make a day of it!

I love brick canvas so much, but it’s getting way too crowded. I hadn’t been able to get into any hot Pilates classes for the last 2 weeks because they fill up so quick. I’d love to try reformers as they have smaller classes and are able to get into them easy but they are too expensive. May have to start looking for another studio.

Classes are great. Just wish the staff would respond to messages on their voicemail. I left a message a couple weeks after realizing my yoga mat had been left behind. They never called me back and then cleared out their inventory (which I assume included my mat). Would have been nice if they called me back or put it aside. Be careful with your stuff here.

My husband booked his massage for me there. The 40 minutes I got were absolutely lovely but I only got a 40 minute massage. He tried to call him several times over the course of two weeks, because when he booked a massage online, it was under his name. It said the time for the massage was 1045 to noon, so he was planning on the massage thing from 11 to noon. I got there around 10:50, and they made me wait in the waiting room because they did not have a girls dressing room ready for me. By the time they took me back there it was 10:58. I quickly changed. I was ready for the massage by 11. But then my massage therapist stopped at 11:43. And she told me that my massage was supposed to be from 10:45-11:45. Anyways it was really annoying. Their online booking system is absolutely terrible, and if someone is late, you would think they would get them right back. I did not know I was late, but after learning that I was, i was annoyed they took so much time with me in the waiting room in the front. I still have $150 to spend their from a gift card, and I’m so annoyed I don’t want to…. It just was not the best experience.

No tumbling studio beats DTA. And we have tried a lot! I wish we wouldn't have let our commute get in the way of trying DTA sooner! The coaches really care about the kids understanding and perfecting skills. They take time to tell each athlete what they need to work on and how to improve or just tweak something. I have seen more excitement and high fives here than anywhere else! The class sizes are great too. Your kids deserve to learn at DTA.

DTA completely changed everything my daughter knew about Tumbling! Because of her awesome instructors she has learned the correct way to perform tricks and advanced quickly. She has loved all of her teachers, they really care about her and want her to grow and succeed. Abbie, the owner, has worked closely with my daughter and helped her learn different tricks to advance to higher levels! We love her and her love for her students! I have recommended DTA to every one of my friends. Can’t say enough good things about them!💗

I love DTA! I have been attending this gym for over 4 years! I started off with private lessons when the gym was still new and I learned a back handspring in a matter of weeks when I had been trying for years at previous gyms. I started progressing very quickly once I started enrolling in the classes. I never would have made my high schools cheer team without DTA. I also have loved every coach I’ve had. They have all been so encouraging and so positive which has aided in my tumbling success. There is no other gym I would recommend. DTA is the best!

We have been going to DTA for almost two years and can’t say enough good things about it! We love the coaches and how organized the classes are! We love the coach to student ratio, and have felt like the kids get plenty of one on one time with the coaches. The gym is always clean and the staff communicates well, especially when we need to schedule a make up class.

My daughter has been at the DTA Lehi location this year & we’re loving it! I love the small classes with lots of one on one with coaches. I love the chance to have make up classes. And her coaches, Ethan & Michael, do an amazing job at creating a fun & challenging atmosphere for the kids to improve.

There's a reason why Utah cranks out so many American Ninja Warrior contestants and top level ninja athletes. This gym is that reason. If you're trying to learn new skills or take old skills to the next level, this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed

This place is definitely not for the faint of heart- but if you’re the type that loves to climb and has great upper body strength, this is the playground for you! There were a few balancing exercises, but most rely on your arms. There was a bathroom, some tables and chairs for eating and/or observing, and plenty of cushion under each area. As a SAHM that doesn’t work out regularly, there wasn’t as much that I could do :)

Great new workout and training facility to develop your ninja skills. This is a great activity for most age and skill levels. I don't recommend it for children under 3 years though, more training and coordination is required. They have training courses and coaches to train and help complete the challenges you have seen on the television show Ninja Warrior Challenge.

At the opening there were lots of people of course but you could see the trainers who have competed before and testing out the obstacles. There is just one bathroom for male, one for females. It does give you a sense of achievement when you conquer an obstacle. It would be good fitness and my 8 yr old would love to do it but it is not close enough for it to work in our schedule at this time. Good place for developing strength and balance.

Awesome gym for all ages! My boy started a ninja camp here this week and absolutely loved it. Enough to the point where he wants me to build a ninja gym in our backyard now. 😆

My son has been going to Gymcats for almost a year. He just turned 4 and has been in Coach Kate's class for almost his whole time there. He started in her Super Cubs class and just moved to his Cubs class. Kate is a preschool teacher and is absolutely the BEST with the little ones. She keeps them focused, but in a kind, gentle, and supportive way. She teaches them skills while making sure they have fun and building their confidence. It's also just so clear that she enjoys her time with them, which is so nice to see as a parent. Teaching the littles definitely requires a specific skillset - I can't really speak to any other classes or instructors, but if you have a little one, and have the chance to get them in with Kate, I wouldn't pass it up!

I’m really disappointed in this place. We’ve been going here for 2.5 years and my son had a great experience but not my daughter. My daughter is 3 and was in Ms. Laurel’s class. It started out great but then one day they were doing the bars and Ms. Laurel flipped my daughter over the bar and it scared her and she started crying. I came downstairs from the upstairs area and went out onto the floor and my daughter ran to me crying. I was giving my daughter a hug when Ms. Laurel walked past us with the other girls and said, “(my daughter’s name) you need to wait outside so the other girls don’t see you and think they get their mom whenever they cry.” So first thing, I understand that she wanted us to wait outside the doors because parents aren’t supposed to be on the floor. But here’s my issue. She directed her comment at my 3 year old daughter and she said it in such a cruel way. Ms. Laurel has yelled at the girls in that class multiple times when they’re not doing what they’re told. Most of the time it looks like the girls are confused about what to do and Ms. Laurel just gets impatient. But come on, they’re 3! I talked with other moms that also had daughters in that class and they said they had all noticed how impatient and strict Ms. Laurel was as well. My daughter recently aged out of her class and I was excited for her to have a new teacher and move on from Ms. Laurel. My daughter was placed in Carmen’s class. She’s only been once to Carmen’s class and I’m just pulling her out of Gymcats for good. All Carmen did with the girls was point, yell, and she didn’t smile once during the whole hour. Because it was my daughter’s first time in the class she was confused what she was supposed to do. Instead of showing my daughter what she was supposed to do she just yelled and pointed. My daughter came out of that class nearly in tears and told me Carmen had said that if she didn’t listen she would go get her mom and tell her she wasn’t listening. I’m done with this place. I wish we could stay after being loyal for 2.5 years but it’s not worth sacrificing my daughter’s self esteem and confidence. So disappointed.

I’m sad to say that we had to withdraw my four year old from her gymnastics class at gymcats today. Her teacher has made a few comments to me after classes which haven’t made me feel the greatest, but my daughter was enjoying the class and learning so I brushed them off. Today that teacher, (miss Laurel) crossed the line and really hurt my feelings and broke my mama heart. After class, in front of all the other parents and my four year old herself, she asked me if she was my oldest and I responded yes, and she proceeded to tell me “that she won’t always be this difficult” which was shocking to me since my child is amazing (and I’ve never had a teacher complain about her). I was like oh, I mean she’s actually pretty great for me! And then she told me that MY child has adhd, and lots of energy (made that seem like a bad thing) hmmm that’s funny because her pediatrician has always told me she is brilliant and I would have to agree (she can sit down for hours and practice reading). Oh and SORRY my four year old has energy, she is FOUR and in a gymnastics class to USE that energy. Then if that wasn’t enough, and as I was holding back from crying she told me again (still in front of my child) that she is “the most difficult child she’s ever coached” and that “she’s been doing this for over 20 years”. I left in tears. My husband called and canceled right after, and of course voiced his complaints. Laurel did call back and apologize, which I appreciate, but the damage was done and we will not be going back. I want my child to have a coach who thinks highly of them, someone who coaches them up, and helps them gain confidence. Not someone who talks down on them in front of their face to their parent. She might be good at teaching your child gymnastics skills, BUT she will not teach them their worth.

My niece attends this camp, and I'll never recommend anyone go there ever again. I highly suggest finding a different place to send your kids. My niece is 4 and the certified "gymnastics" coach Laurel has the audacity to try and tell me that my niece has ADHD and is the worst performer and student she's had in 20 years. She is FOUR years old. And she did this in front of my niece and in front of 8 other parents. Incredibly unprofessional and I can't think of a more absurd thing for a gymnastics teacher to try and give medical advice and tell me how much my niece sucks compared to the other kids. Run the other way.

I did the mini cubs and me class with my 15 month old. The class says it’s for children ages 1-3, but it is NOT age appropriate for kids ages 1-2. They expected all the children to stand in line, stay with the group the entire time and do all the exercises, most of which my child can’t do because he’s just too little. I felt a ton of pressure to keep my child with the class and do everything the coach wanted them to do. I was doing the best I could to keep him participating even though the expectations were outrageous. As I’m doing that the coach tells us parents to control our children better because if we don’t they will never learn to follow instructions. My kid is one 😂 after that I left in the middle of the class. The instructor does not understand child development and what is appropriate at what age. This class is fine if your child is three, but one and two year olds are not fit for the expectations they have.

The 2 star is for the schedule. We've used Shoot 360 in the past (at another location) and it's a great concept that produces results. At this particular location, the hours are pretty tight. For example, no mornings during the weekday and it closes early on Saturday. It's just not as useful simply because of the narrower availability.

My 15 year old practically lives here. He likes to get to go and practice and that it keeps his shooting stats for him. He also gets to scrimmage with people which helps him improve.

Took my son to a free team class they were doing, and glad we did, this facility is awesome! We got him a member ship and go basically everyday. This has helped him so much! Also the coaches there are amazing, a lot of them are former college players and really know their stuff. They are constantly walking around and helping the kids out. Highly recommend getting your kids a membership here!

Great place! Really friendly staff!! They have really unique machines, and you can really learn a lot about basketball to become better. they combine your training with an app to be able to better help you know how to improve. Highly highly recommend!

I took the kids in to check out this new business, and we had a great time. After signing the waivers, they assigned us a coach who helped us through the free starter workout. She plays ball for a college team, and was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We spent half of our time on ball handling and passing, and the other half on shooting. The smart stations work you through a series of drills, and then give helpful feedback on your technique. As a long-time player, I could see some areas for improvement. I think that Shoot 360 would be a real game-changer for anyone who is serious about their game.

1. The front desk girl clearly discriminated against me. I was 9 minutes late, and she wouldn’t let me in, even though my friends have been allowed in when they were 15 minutes late. ( another time I also 7 minutes late she won’t allow me in as well) 2. When I signed up, the sales girl told me I could cancel anytime. But when I asked the front desk to cancel my membership today , she said I have to pay until December. This is scam. 3. The class schedule at this location is inconvenient, with the latest class at 5:45, all during my work hours. I tried my best run into class and deny to get in. 4. If you are Asian women you may be treated differently lol

I love the variety of the workouts and knowing that if my form is wrong a coach is there to help! The coaches are motivating and the environment keeps you pumped up. With orange theory I get a better workout than I even would alone in the gym. I’m not one who just loves to workout, but orange theory fits any level and anyone! It’s been a game changer for me in my health.

Awesome crew. My most favorite OTF studio by far. Love all the coaches and support staff. I had never been to a gym so wasn't familiar with the form, power and other aspects of a good workout. Would be unfair to call names but all the coaches, esp Matt and Nick, helped me continuously improve by sharing feedback. Helped me get back into a fitness routine.

I freakin' LOVE Orange Theory!! Of course, I'd seen a million of them for a long time now, but never had tried them out until a couple weeks ago. I hit a plateau doing home workouts, so I've been trying out other gyms/studios so I can keep the momentum up. OTF offered a free week trial on FB, so I signed up with my bf. We got a call a couple days later to set up the first workout day over the phone. They said they would put us down for a Friday 9am class, but since my bf didn't want to put a credit card down (required), they couldn't hold our spots if other members came in. Kinda a bummer, but I get it seeing as how busy they are and how they're at a smaller capacity due to COVID. We came in that Friday morning, but were not able to partake since the class filled up with members. They offered to schedule us for the following Monday class, and we put our credit card down to hold the spot. We came in the following Monday and were given loaner heart monitors. We were given a rundown as to how the classes and monitors work before the workout started. We were able to catch on and do pretty well throughout. Classes are a series of blocks that include: treadmills (with soft impact), weight floor, and water rowing machines. I wasn't sure if I would get bored of this, but after a week straight, I'd have to say my worry is unfounded. Each class is different from day-to-day, focusing on certain aspects (i.e. endurance, strength, power, etc.) Apparently there are a team of experts that design these classes to be as efficient as possible, and I'd have to agree with them. The results I see in only ONE WEEK is astounding compared to the month+ I've been working out at home, and for double the time. It seriously motivates me to be in these types of group workouts, especially when you can see your heart rate and you know where you want the target range to be. We ended up deciding to buy an 8-pack monthly each -- if you buy two in a household, you get $10 off the second membership. The 4-pack is currently $59 a month (not pictured). We also bought heart monitors because it's a $10 rental fee each time without owning your own. I got the armband monitor which is more expensive, but it feels better and registers much quicker than the chest monitor (my bf got that one -- it takes a little while to warm up). It is a little expensive, but the results are crazy fast if you push yourself, and it's a full body workout every time. OTF workouts are the perfect way to supplement my biking and home workouts (including yoga). I love all of the employees, coaches and energy here, and I love how you can go to any OTF location as a member. The app is also cool because it tracks your stats (including home workout / biking / etc.) and has home workout videos in it. It's super easy to book classes on it, but the morning classes book up fast. If you're able to make it through a week straight, you'll feel like you can do anything!

I have been going to Orange Theory for about six weeks. I have enjoyed the classes; they push me, and I can already tell a huge difference in my overall health, flexibility, etc. Many exercises that were difficult at first have become much more manageable. Shout out to Nick and Kami, who have been the coaches in most of the classes I have been in; they are quick to reinforce my effort and helpfully correct my technique. In reading negative reviews regarding policies and such, I have to say that they were very upfront with us when signing up about their policies and how everything works. The cancellation policy is steep, but for me, it creates accountability - which is appreciated. Thanks, OTF team, you guys are fantastic!

We are big fans of Move Tumbling and Dance. I’ve watched each of my daughters learn and grow with kind and enthusiastic coaches and teachers. When they master a new skill they are just as excited as we are. So grateful for their guidance and that level of support for our daughters.

We came in the morning for the first class of the summer and it was chaos. There were 6 classes of kids happening at the same time in the same open space! They did have it organized well so that the classes rotated stations and all got to use the running tramp. But it seemed more like a factory than an actually tumbling school! I can see how if students came everyday, they could build up their skills, but I don't think a once a week class would be enough to make a lot of progress at this studio- the personalized attention was a lot less than I was expecting. Also several of the coaches were on their phones not even watching the students do their skills part of the time. I think for some people it could be a good fit, but wasn't for us. Also the parking lot gets really full and hard to get in/out of! With the great reviews, I was disappointed with what we experienced.

My daughter loves Move Tumbling! As a parent I really appreciate the time and dedication each coach puts into every class. My daughter has progressed quickly with great technique, and comes out of every class so happy! We could not be happier with our choice to be apart of Move tumbling!

My daughter loves Move tumbling! The teachers are fantastic to work with, and my daughter has definitely improved since starting there. We look forward to it every week. The classes do have more girls than I would like for the one-on-one attention with the teachers, but they seem to make it work and still help the girls. We can't wait to start at Move dance also.

My daughter loves it here. She loves her coach so much and she's so patient and kind. It's most definitely helped her gain confidence and she looks forward to her lessons. Grace is amazing with kids and we just love her.
