I stopped by this cute little athletic shop this past weekend because I saw some amusing looking T-shirts hanging outside the store. This place has a nice selection of athletic wear, ranging from sizes small to 3X, a variety of accessories, and unisex specialty printed shirts that change monthly. The young lady (whom I didn't get her name) who waited on me was very friendly, helpful, and kind. The prices of the items are pretty reasonable, and the items look and feel like good quality. The store is well stock, but not too crowded and is kept very clean. They also offer fitness classes several times a week, and for special occassions. My overall experience here was very pleasant, and I will be sure to stop in again the next time I am in the area.

Body Language Company in Peddler’s Village is a wonderland of fitness and athleisure items for both men and women alike. Here you will find everything from yoga mats and water bottles, to all the apparel you could need to look and feel your best while working out. This “one stop fitness shop” is more than just an athleisure store too! They also hold weekly yoga classes, sound baths, cardio dance classes and more! They will even be doing wine & yoga classes as well! I took their gentle yoga class out on the lawn across from the store and it was the perfect night for it! A top notch boutique tucked in Peddlers Village next to Giggleberry Fair. Shop fitness attire and accessories, shop fall attire from lounge wear to casual wear for women and men, and right now shop Halloween themed tees and long sleeve shirts and sweatshirts! Clean store with friendly knowledgeable staff… owners make this place feel like hone. What a hidden gem!

River Yoga is an amazing yoga studio!! The teachers are very knowledgable, kind, and extremely supportive. I also went through their 200 hour teacher training course and could not imagine going anywhere else. This practice and the studio has changed my life, and definitely for the better!

I love River Yoga! The studio is safe & welcoming and each teacher has tremendous knowledge and integrity. I attend classes regularly and deeply appreciate having such a wonderful local yoga studio. I recommend it highly for all levels, from beginner to experienced.

I have been a student of the teachers at River Yoga for fifteen years and have traveled the world practicing at temples in India, a yoga studio in Istanbul, the YWCA in Milwaukee and a one room school house in Julian, California among many others. River Yoga is my home. The teachings are graceful, the atmosphere nurturing, the technical ability of the teachers outstanding. I hope to practice there for at least another fifteen years and hopefully more.

I have been going there for a little over a year. I had a lot of mobility issues in the beginning (from MS), and everyone there was wonderful (lots of help with assists getting into postures). I highly suggest yoga for everyone, it has changed my life. Mobility is no longer a concern. They have all levels of classes and a supportive atmosphere.

After my first time, even my swass has swass. stressy as a bees wing weeeeeee!
