Best Gym near Kingston, Pennsylvania

This was the worst possible experience. Went to trial the class to decide if i want to join as it was a “free” class and ended up getting charged $28. The instructor was extremely rude all she wanted was to push a membership on me. Would never recommend this gym to anyone. The studio is dirty, and the employees are all rude. The instructor did not explain the workout at all or even attempt to help me with the movements. Called the corporate office as well hopefully this changes. A very unfortunate situation for a small town you would think they value their customers but clearly all they care about is making $28.

Instructors are rude and inconsiderate. Would never go back here, have gone to many Orange Theory's and have never had an experience like this. Coach was rude, and miserable. Would have had a better workout at the local YMCA...

Was charged 28 dollars after I left the class that was supposed to be a free class. Of course they had to charge me when I was not there. Called manager and he would not help. All employees were so rude and not helpful. Don’t go to this gym unless you want to have a terrible time

one year later and still my favorite place, could not recommend a gym more-- one thing otf is amazing at-- making you show up! :-)

I just recently moved to the area from Philadelphia, where I was a member of a gym that was really important to me. It was more than just a place to work out, it was a community, it was friendship and unparalleled support to reach my wellness and mental health goals. When I moved I was really concerned I wouldn’t find that same thing here, but I was wrong. I’ve been part of the Kingston OTF community for a little over a month and it’s been amazing since the day I started. The trainers are all incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, motivating and most importantly you can tell they care. I’m a firm believer that your health is your wealth, a consistent lifetime investment, and those who help lead you on that journey is key. I’m very grateful for the trainers at this location and the friendly faces that greet me when I arrive! If you are hesitant to give this place a try, I highly recommend taking the plunge! You won’t be disappointed.

Vive health and fitness has been amazing! I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I feel so at home here and I owe them so much. Highly recommend.

I went there to train my sister, They weren't having it , That was not wise on their part, I would be glad to train anyone that quits vive for free, I will take you to my gym and you won't even have to pay , You can use the money on quality food instead, This has results written all over it, They just slammed the door on their own foot

Awesome gym. The staff is friendly and helpful and the clientele are great. There is a great range of equipment and there are multiple rooms/studios for different exercise styles from aerobics to yoga to cycling and so on. The place is unbelievably clean and the bathrooms (especially the saunas) alone are worth the price of admission. An awesome shake bar and a great lineup of free classes are bonuses. Would recommend to anyone serious about fitness and personal health.

No longer going to the gym but it was always a great time at Vive . Ivanna and Amy’s classes were awesome . Tom and Nicole and Joey were awesome trainers . Austin the massage therapist is insanely amazing . And the whole atmosphere at Vive was just warm and welcoming .

More recently they have been asking members for their opinions on classes, schedules, new ideas, etc. A lot of businesses do this but don’t follow through with the feedback, but VIVE did! It’s a great facility: clean, open and inviting with tons of options for all fitness levels. Also, the new manager is really doing a great job!

Dream Athletics is the real deal. Both Jermaine and Grace are amazing! They take pride in what they do and make everyone feel welcome. Their workouts will make you sweat and feel amazing afterwards. If you're looking for a real gym with real people and want to see real results, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

So glad to start my health journey here. Jermaine is super knowledgeable and helpful! I look forward to my workouts and honestly wish I had more time to workout more. Its a very nice environment!

I’ve been a member of Dream Athletics since January 2020. It was the best decision I ever made. True family atmosphere combined with challenging workouts and constant support to do better.

Great! Youth program played a huge role in my nephew's athleticism.

I joined this gym for a 16 week fit challenge. The actual coaches were great. Classes were excellent. I was told if I wanted to cancel at the end of the challenge there would be no issue. HA A COMPLETE LIE!!! Unfortunately I obtained a back injury. I went to cancel my membership and was told the gym doesn’t handle billing and given a number to call. This company is extremely rude and will not cancel my membership. I must submit a doctor’s note. Which would be fine but it is my right to cancel. This is now a battle I have to fight because I can not get out of a contract that ended in October. It’s a shame because the coaches are amazing but the business aspect is terrible. All lies.

These people from world class boxing are liars. I joined in August for a challenge. It’s end of November and heard nothing. I had to bug these people for even a receipt of payment. I can’t even get them reply to a text. The two owners are rude and say to text not call. Who does this?? Not one boxing place I’ve been to is so unprofessional and bad as this place. This guy is also nothing like his dad’s place was years ago. I was scammed out of 400 bucks. I also had a stint because of knee injury which healed. Not even a care or anything. Poor class people but what do you expect from this area.
