We love our extended CJA family. This is my daughters 3rd year attending and she absolutely loves it (she’ll be 8 in 2 months). Patty Ann & ALL of the coaches are AMAZING, they work hard and it shows (literally brings happy tears to my eyes watching her & her team perform). This is exactly what we wanted to instill in our daughter when we joined: commitment, dedication, team work and the feeling of achieving a goal that she worked hard for. We couldn’t be happier!

This is our first season with CJA and so far it has been nothing but an extremely positive experience for my daughter. The coaches are amazing, they work your kids hard, but they also love working with them and it shows on the mat. Patty Ann is extremely organized and runs this program very well, the communication is very open and detailed. She is also very present and easy to get in touch with if needed. My daughter has only been here a short time and is already planning her next season here. Looking forward to many seasons ahead with CJA!

This is my daughter's 4th season with CJA. My daughter has her confidence back. The staff, athletes and parents are welcoming. I love the fact that the stuff and owner Patty Ann bring nothing but positive energy and pushes the athletes to reach their greatest potential. If you are looking for a very well rounded and professional atmosphere this is the gym to be. The professionalism of the staff is like no other. I love their way of communicating (which is on point). My daughter has been a cheerleader at CJA for 2 years and this will be her third. My only regret is not moving her sooner. As a coach myself for over 30 years, I couldn’t be more impressed with the communication, the incredible talented staff, the teamwork and dedication, and Patty Ann is exceptional! My daughter is learning all of the skills, not just tumbling and cheerleading, that she needs to help her through college and eventually in her career. This organization is inspiring and is the place to be because of their professionalism and passion! 💙

This is a great training facility! The coaches are dedicated to making your children reach their potential with proper technique and conditioning. My children learned so much more then a routine here and continue to grow. The whole program ..staff, athletes and parents are welcoming. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing!

I dropped into an open gym slot today as I was looking for a rower machine for a workout. Coach Enzo was a great help, he showed me around the facility and checked in regularly to make sure I was holding up okay. Thankfully it was a light workout day as I’m still recovering after a race this past weekend. The space is really nice: well-organized, clean, with an outdoors area, and with a lot of the equipment you’d expect to find at a CrossFit gym. Even as covid seems to be getting better now, they have wipes for me to clean the equipment I used. Parking was easy though I also arrived at a quiet time. Would drop by again, thanks guys!

Welcome home! If you're looking for a place to encourage you on your fitness journey, no matter where you start, then this is the place! ALL of the coaches are super helpful and encouraging, will stay after class to help you work on your technique, and the people here are just amazing. I've been doing crossfit for 5 years and this is by far my favorite gym. Come check us out! You won't regret it!

Out of many CrossFit gyms , this one by far is my favorite ! There is a sense of family, community , diversity , and care at CrossFit Treehouse. I love the atmosphere and the workouts will have you questioning why it took so long to join ! The coaches are very knowledgeable, polite , and willing to put in the time and energy needed in order for you to feel confident and like a true elite athlete. The price is reasonable and affordable! Try it out !

I am new to the area and dropped into a class, and was immediately welcomed by the coach and various members. The workout was challenging (in a good way!), and it was extremely motivating to see how hard everyone else was working. I've been to a dozen or so boxes in different parts of the country, and Treehouse is up there with the best I've ever been to. Great community, great facility, great coaches. Can't ask for much more.

CrossFit Treehouse has everything I am looking for in a gym; great coaching, quality equipment, very clean, holistic programming, and a friendly, supportive atmosphere. The workouts always push me and have overall elevated my fitness to the next level. I came in looking for a gym to help me build strength and here I’ve not only found that but also a supportive community of coaches and athletes who encourage and build each other up. The coaching is exceptional; each coach I’ve had brings energy, explains the workouts well, and cares to walkthrough and correct technique to prevent me from injury. If you’re looking for a place to grow in fitness and improve technique no matter what level you’re currently at, I can strongly recommend this gym for you.
