Best Gym near Holmdel, New-jersey

**FYI** Do not, I repeat, Do not go to I AM fitness as a replacement for this. Formerly 365, lots of people left there for LA fitness back in the day (I was one of them). It is by far worse than LA Fitness ever was. If you think it is cleaner, it is not. Their pool is absolutely disgusting and it smells like there is an open sewer line in the pool area. Also most of the weights are rusty and there are broken mirrors. When it rains, I hope you like moving around buckets because the roof has leaked for years and they never fixed it.

This gym closed on 12/30/24. The equipment was old & not working most of the time (treadmills, etc.). The carpeting needed replacing as well. They never put any money into the place so it was no surprise when they announced they were closing. I’ll miss the Thursday yoga instructor—she was the best

RIP😪 This place was awesome bro mainly cuz of their front desk man Jack Dean. Just a really chill awesome guy. He has a fuzzy face and you just wanna give him a hug. Rest of the place is fine but Jack Dean is the reason to go.5/5

Tried it out - this gym is a shambles entirely due to 20ish year old barely functional equipment, carpet etc etc. No thank you bye ew sorry hell no. I'm sure the employees are fine and suffering as well under these problems, too.

Been to many gyms over last 15 years. This one is definitely the worst. Someone how I attended this facility for over a year. Not one time did I ever see a single person wipe down a machine. It smells horrendous throughout the facility.bathrooms are gross . 75% of cardio equipment is out of service . And the ones that you’re able to use are in poor shape, and dangerous to use. I told the manager one time that the bathroom was out of paper towels and she told me “yeah I forgot to order them” so that meant everyone using the gym wasn’t washing their hands because there almost isn’t any soap ever . Sauna is constantly out of service. For the price they charge you’re better off going to planet fitness. Zero gym etiquette at this place

Needed to work late and found that Bell Works open till 12am. Came at 9pm on a summer evening. There was an ice cream store still open till 9:30am and got a sweet fix to work through my projects. It’s such an amazing building and not too many people during the late evenings. Security was there and I felt safe.

I'd recommend a visit to this Eero Saarinen building, the refurbishment here was done the right way. The building has a dining area, an outdoor terrace and even a Library and I found it surprisingly busy on a Sunday afternoon.

What a find! This utopian complex is a great place to come and work, shop, eat, and have a drink. Their rooftop bar and gardens…true nirvana🤩

Amazing place to visit and spend some free time! Enough parking for everyone, open from 6am-12am, food and coffee shops inside, as well as Monmouth library. Nice entertaining activities inside.

F45 Middletown is the gym to be at! The workouts are fantastic and can be tailored to everyone. Every coach here is honestly outstanding and is always there to motivate and support your fitness goals. The class members create a fantastic community and the vibes are unbeatable! F45 truly feels like a second home and the place I choose to start my early morning workouts at. I highly recommend it and encourage all to give it a try!

F45 is great for someone who wants to get into fitness and not sure what to do. The classes have been very fun and challenging. The instructors have been very helpful with modifying exercises to our needs. These classes really get your muscles working!! I see all fitness levels during my classes from beginners like myself to more experienced athletes. I always enjoy the classes, the music and the community.

Started coming here about six weeks ago. Lauren sent me here to suggest I leave a review about my positive experience although all of the trainers have been great so far. I was intimidated about coming to a gym, but this place makes it quick and easy and efficient. You know how long you’ll be here, you’ll get a good workout, everyone is friendly, the bell works facility is great, and your home when you expect to be home. The app is easy to use and I feel stronger after each class. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for a group setting to hold themselves accountable.

Love this gym! Great place to come and burn 1000+ calories in just 45 minutes!! The group training aspect is great and helps push you more. The coaches are all great and super helpful! They can also modify any workout to your level so it’s not just for athletes, it’s a gym for people of all shapes and sizes to come and sweat together!

I've been a member of the gym for a few months now and really enjoy it. I've had great success with the personal training program they offer. I work with Charles but every trainer is committed to helping the members. In the 3 months I've been a member I've attained more of my fitness goals than I would have on my own. Highly recommend!

Of all local gyms, Fitness Factory is the best equipped with state of the art equipment. Friendly service and a clean facility.

The kids club / babysitting in this gym is awesome. The girls who babysit the kids are so kind and sweet. It's a great room for young ones. The group classes are awesome, I love the instructors. Clean gym!

I have been a “ gym rat” my whole life. This place is probably one of the best facilities in Monmouth County I have ever joined. Great equipment, spotless facility & the staff is quite helpful. Juice Bar for my protein shake hits the spot.

I have to say, it’s has been a wonderful experience working out at Fitness Factory. I have been training with Charles Mule for over 2 month and my weight loss is nearing 20 lbs. His instructions and guidance with my workout, and my meal recommendations has been a game changer.
