Best Gym near Henderson, Nevada

No matter what they say, don't give them your credit card and don't sign anything. Do the free trial first. I believed that I was signing up for a family plan special with a $25 annual fee and a $9.99 monthly fee, but the contract they emailed me stated a $49.99 annual fee. They also sent my husband another contract with the same price. So we actually paid about $120 in fees. Don't be enticed by anything they say. Try their gym first. If you did the mistake of giving them your credit card, be sure to read your contract on how to properly cancel before your trial ends. They will continue to charge your card until you follow the procedure of your contract cancellation. The procedure I had to follow was to write a letter of cancellation and to delivered it in person to the place where I enrolled. They will tell you on the that your contract is cancelled and that they will reimburse you, but that is a lie. Be sure to get that receipt of cancellation before your trial ends.

I have been a member since it opened and recently incurred about bringing my daughter, as a guess but since she’s not 18 I can’t she needs a whole membership. I was convinced that the family plan would be next since my husband is a member too. I was charged 7 times totaling over $250 for one month for each of us individually for our personal memberships and the family plan. I called 5 different times spoke to different members and was told I would get a call which never happened. I had to come in person and speak to someone before they reimbursed me. It was very frustrating. Not to mentioned that after my workout I like to enjoy the sauna and half of the time it’s turned off so I have to walk to the front and ask that they turn it on wait 20 minutes for it to heat up. 😡😡😡 seriously! clearly someone is not doing their job. The men’s sauna also does not work half of the time. They also closed down the pool, they are not offering anything new yet my fees remain the same and have been told they will increase soon. How do you figure????

I love this gym. There's no drama, the staff is great and people come here to put in the work. My best friend visited from Minnesota and Scott helped him out so he could work out with me while he was visiting and he even said he loved this gym. I recommend this gym to people all the time. 💪🇺🇸

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. Do not give them your card information. My personal trainer continuously canceled on me, even 30 mins before a session. And I was charged each time regardless, I paid for more than I actually got to attend. Was never offered a new trainer or anything. Been given the runaround by NUMEROUS people while trying to cancel my training sessions going forward. Was told after a month of the back and forth (all while still getting charged without stepping foot in the gym) that I’d finally get it all canceled, still remains active. No one will call me back with an answer is to what’s going on. I’m about to go to my bank and cancel my card since they continue to charge me. Was only going to cancel my training and keep my membership, but now I don’t want anything to do with this gym. Poor way to run a business. Do better.

Gym has gone massively down hill since I started going earlier last year. They had a “2 million dollar renovation” but somehow the gym got worse. The equipment is weird, the machines are mixed up in different areas, and some machine they have multiple of are absolutely pointless, coming from someone who has worked out for years, and essential machines it seems they have one or two of. Weights never get racked and clips are always missing from barbell racks, and bench press racks. I used to enjoy going here compared to my other gym. Now when I go it’s just a miserable experience.

Hubby and I joined ProtoGym 5 years ago because we liked the equipment and chill culture where everyone is just working hard and super cool. We’ve been doing the classes for over a year now and have gotten so much stronger as a result. The workouts are challenging while also being accessible, and the coaches are all super knowledgeable and helpful.

Protogym is the best local gym in town! Vast amount of different varieties of equipment that range from strongman to bodybuilding. The gym has a very close knit environment of friendly people and most importantly very knowledgeable coaches that become life long friends. 10/10 recommend protogym!

I have had many memberships over the years from exclusive boutiques to mixed martial arts to trendy big box gyms and just never had lasting results. So I tried the at home work out but that just wasn’t working either snd I didn’t want to give away my hard earned money to just done gym anymore… So I started searching around Henderson and was really just looking for a place that had a mixture of weights, was open early morning to late at night, was safe and if they had turf space and heavy bags I could box that would be a dream! But each gym that I came across didn’t have turf space or if they did it was like over $$$ and you had contract and membership fees… But then I came across Protogym! This place is absolutely amazing. Seriously. They have turf indoor and outdoor not to mention huge tractor tires and strong man equipment, ropes, assault bikes and treadmills and skierg…it’s like CrossFit meshed with HIIT and strong man but they didn’t forget the box gym standard weight and cardio machines. They even have a complete boxing area equipped with multiple bags.!!! It’s like an amusement park but for people who like to workout! I feel excited each time I go for a work out not to mention it’s clean, very affordable and best of all the staff Erin, Anthony, Matt, and Annalise are very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for bringing a great gym to this community!

I've been a member of Protogym for a while now, and I can't recommend it enough! This gym has all the equipment you could possibly need for both athletes and health and fitness enthusiasts. Whether you're looking to lift heavy, do cardio, or focus on functional training, they have it all. The environment is consistently clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to work out here. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, contributing to the positive atmosphere. If you're serious about your fitness journey, Protogym is definitely the place to be!

The atmosphere is incredibly collegial, with a no-nonsense approach backed by tech that supports every fitness level and all types of training, whether it’s bodybuilding, cardio, boxing, Muay Thai, crossfit, or strongman. Everyone here feels welcome, and there’s a real sense of community and camaraderie that you don’t find just anywhere. The space is set up perfectly to allow for super sets and interval training without having to worry about someone taking your spot or equipment. What really sets ProtoGym apart, though, is Mike, the owner. He pours his life into this place, bringing an unmatched attention to detail that no big box gym could ever offer. Just as an example, I asked if he could add a series of 0.5-pound increment dumbbells—like 12.5, 17.5, 22.5—and they were there in a week. Try getting that kind of responsiveness anywhere else! Mike’s dedication and passion make this gym truly unique. ProtoGym is a top-tier facility with a genuine community feel, and I can’t recommend it enough!

This is hands down one of the best gyms in Henderson! Top of the line equipment. Top of the line staff. Top of the line membership plans and a constantly updated and upgraded facility! Jack Hart and his team really know how to make a gym feel right, they are super approachable, very helpful, and definitely make the gym my favorite place to go at the end of my work day! Great gym! The equipment is top-notch, the staff is friendly and helpful, Jack the owner is super chill! Clean, everything is well organized, and the open windows that let the sunshine in helps you get your day started. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming place to work out!

I’ve been coming to this gym for well over 7 years now and it’s like you join a family. Jack the owner and his staff are always so attentive, caring and are there for anything you need or any questions you may have. Equipment is always kept up and the gym itself is extremely clean. I left briefly to join Lifetime Fitness but due to that gym being extremely dirty with careless, rude staff I cancelled and came back to Jack’s gym, shame on me for ever leaving ! You can tell this is his baby & he takes extreme pride in it. I will definitely keep coming here as long as I live in Henderson and I highly recommend this gym to anyone considering, you will not be disappointed 😌👍🏻

As someone who has gone to a multitude of gyms that Vegas offers. This location is my go to. Jack and all other employees have been nothing but kind and informative. Super clean. Never packed. Just enough bodies to keep it lively. All the equipment you'll need. Highly recommend this Anytime gym in particular.

Great gym. It's clean with plenty of space. Good equipment. Those who come here are serious about their workout. They get in, get it done, and are out. I always feel welcomed by the staff, too.

He is so humble, knowledgeable and he explains all about what YOU want to focus on and what your goals are- there are zero 0️⃣ high pressure sales. Just a true desire to help you as a customer reach your goals. There really will not be a question you ask that he cannot answer. I brought my son in for his first business deal. His first adult contract. They hit it off. Also, we hit it off. I’m including his “side hustle” which is hair styling. I’m not pumping him up for this reason BUT right now this business is waiving the origination fee basically for $1. Also, if you mention me- I get a perk of months of free membership. Alas, you really don’t have to…If you don’t credit me and you recruit 3 other people in addition to your membership. You can earn a year of free gym membership. Look 👀 Reese’s business card-because he might also be able to help you with your hair but I haven’t tried that yet. Now, he only works two 2️⃣ days per week. Please, 🙏 check those out. ✝️💟 He is a beautiful soul. I have only great things to say about EOS facilities. Once you pay the initial fee it’s only $9.99/month. You may choose from two options if full access or limited if you’re not interested in multiple locations or taking the classes. That’s entirely up to you. Different locations have different amenities and classes. You have to check the website. Also, some are open 24/hours and memberships may allow you to travel out of state. You just have to ask at the time so you can have that membership tailored to your needs. A great big YES 🙌!!

I signed up for this gym and at first it was great! However then my trainer quit due to the company along with him 3 other trainers. Mind you I’m paying 152 every 2 weeks. That’s 304 dollars a month for personal training. After my trainer left they were not able to accommodate what I signed up for and REFUSE to refund me. The training manager took 3 days to call me back. Then tried to tell me they have a right to bill cause I signed a contract. I work in sales I know what a contract is and it requires the business to uphold their end for it to be valid. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRAINING AS TRAINERS DONT LAST WITH THIS COMPANR

I really like this gym. The employees at the front desk are very friendly. Leila always has a friendly smile on her face and greets us when we come and go. The gym is clean and the equipment is plentiful

This is a brand new massive gym! The pool is still being built however the gym is up and running with all new equipment, a tiered cardio movie room, a massage area, an outdoor gym, a turf sled area, plenty of squat racks, multiples of everything to accommodate the busiest of days! This place has it all!

The set up is great. My dislikes the sauna always seems toe be off and when I asked to get it turned on no one in the staff knows how.... The showers always seem to be out of soap. If they had the controls for the sauna accessible I would give this 10 out of 5 stars

Came to this location by chance and glad I did. It's a basic gym, with five star employees. There was a young man who checked us in, he was polite, and wished us a good workout. Most of the time I was there, both he and the young lady on duty were cleaning. They were both welcoming and professional. When I'm in this area I will definitely return because of them.

It's a good setup. It's one of the local area Planet Fitnesses that has a fresh layout of equipment. It's fairly good. It's a goofy building, too. It's cool, though. I like it all. Everything is pretty satisfactory here!

The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and approachable. One of the best experiences I've had a planet fitness in a while. Keep up the great work, team.

PF on Sunset is great. Our local gym closed so we were looking for something comparable. This location is amazing. The staff is fun, helpful, and always available. It's never too busy and I rarely have to wait for a machine. They have so many treadmills and even a fan on them. That is great. And then to top it off, the hydro massage tables are amazing!! The workout is great, but knowing I can treat myself to a massage after keeps me going.

I love this gym. The staff keeps it super clean and they are always friendly. It's never super busy and the A/C is on full blast which is awesome. My ONLY gripe are the nasties that don't adhere to the common courtesy rule of cleaning the equipment after use. Every day I watch someone leave trails of sweat behind at times dripping onto the floor and literally walk out the door. That's why I would recommend cleaning everything you touch before and after use. Trust no one. People are gross.

I was in town for a week from Denver and I came to this gym every single late night. Love this spot! The staff at the front desk are friendly, the gym is clean and well maintained. The machines are everywhere and I am just overall extremely pleased. I wish they had this company in Colorado! The 24 hours part is the best part. Working on law enforcement, my hours are crazy...this would be perfect! Thanks again! Best gym.

Eos Fitness is a wonderful place , not only do they have child care but such welcoming faces when you walk through the doors. This location is my favorite I always feel so welcomed and they never fail to help me in anyway I need. They also provide amazing clothing and can accommodate for everyone trying to get fit in the new year !!

***Update: Not sure why the place has gone down hill lately. Sauna doesn’t work, have the massage chairs are always broken. Broken lockers with no doors attached in the main room and woman’s locker room. It’s awkwardly quiet in the gym with no music. On top of that, they’re increasing prices for current members. Probably gonna find a different gym soon. I really like the theater room here. The staff are friendly and the gym is overall pretty clean. I even tried my first Pilates class here the instructor was amazing and it was very beginners friendly.

Ben was incredibly professional and friendly, offering me a seven-day free pass to try out the gym. The facility itself is top-notch with a great variety of equipment, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Anytime Fitness in Seven Hills is an excellent gym, just like most other Anytime Fitness locations, but this one stands out for its spacious layout and impressive range of equipment. I was particularly impressed with their dedicated abs machine, which is not something every gym has. The power rack area is fantastic, offering plenty of options for strength training without feeling overcrowded. Upstairs, the loft area houses multiple cardio machines, making it easy to find a spot even during busier times. I found the morning crowd to be quite manageable, and the people at the gym were really friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. Overall, it’s a great gym that delivers on all fronts—ample space, top-notch equipment, and a supportive atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I started going to this gym 3 weeks ago and have really enjoyed it so far! I just do the basics but they have all the machines and equipment I need and it’s never super crowded. I haven’t even had to wait for the machines I wanted let alone been stressed over personal space! Stacey, in particular, seems awesome and is really knowledgeable. I had a complaint at one point that brought my review down a couple stars but it was addressed swiftly, with both ownership and management reaching out kindly to address it. I’ve added all stars because I truly love this gym and appreciate their prompt attention and kind outreach. (Thanks, Erin!)

This gym is amazing to go to. The staff are respectful and nice. Gym is always clean and organized. There is enough space for everyone to do their workouts. And there is the opportunity to access it 24/7. I always feel safe working out there any time of day or evening. Each time I have been there it has been a positive experience.

Once inside this gym has everything you need and is the perfect size. The perks about this gym is that they have showers, a massage therapist, and a red light therapy bed, which works wonders when you do it consistently. They also just got a evolt 360 body scan which is better than a scale because I can see my body fat and lean muscle mass and where it's located.

Frequent visitor to Vegas and long-time OTF member—This is my favorite studio in Vegas. The coaches have great energy and are engaging/engaged. The front staff are welcoming. The only minor issue I had was the acoustics—it sometimes sounds like an echo-chamber which makes it difficult to understand coaching instruction. If you are visiting Vegas, and want to get a workout in to correct last night’s/this morning’s undoings, this is the place!

This is my go Orange Theory whenever I visit Las Vegas. You check in and sign up for a station on your own. There are lockers with keys available for you to use. It's an L shaped studio, so I bet tornados become a little crazy! The place is clean, the staff is nice, and the workouts are always the best.

I love that the work out is self paced, where you can challenge yourself without feeling pressured to match others. The staff is amazing and the members are very encouraging. I leave everyday feeling like I have pushed myself, and it’s a bonus that you can also monitor your progress on their app. Ruby has been a fantastic coach and I try to sign up for all her classes because she is amazing!

Absolutely in love with this studio! Super easy to sign up for a free class and ever since, I’ve been hooked! The classes are perfect size and I felt very comfortable being there. They offer several different class types beyond classical barre and even have a 30 minute option, which is perfect for me. Regina and Gracie are my favorite instructors—they are the sweetest humans on the planet and are truly great at motivating everyone in the class. I love being part of the pure barre family!

I’ve been part of Pure Barre Henderson for a little over a year and I absolutely love it! The teachers are incredible (shout out to Tiffany for always being willing to help me with my form after class!) and the studio is calm, clean and well organized. Will definitely be part of this barre family for a long time!

Elizabeth and Courtney are so great! The class was super informative since it was my first time back in a long time. Elizabeth the instructor was great at correcting my posture when needed and challenged me for sure. I will definitely be back to take her class. Courtney I believe is the owner and she broke everything down for us as far as the different memberships. I truly feel like a sense of community here and look forward to the challenges and relationships I will build.

Work out was great but I was taken back by the customer service. The work out was great classes are pretty small unlike other places. Which means you get more help and that’s definitely a plus. In regards customer service I feel like the moment that you are hesitate about or do not sign up they kind of discard you. I was expecting the typical “thank you for coming” or something of that sort. I just feel like the customer service could be taken up a bit and be more welcoming. I didn’t feel the most comfortable.

Love, love, love this place. I always get an amazing workout and the teachers are amazing! Today Jacquelyne was my teacher and she is always so helpful and encouraging. If you are even on the fence on whether you would like it or not, try a free class I guarantee you’ll be obsessed.

Absolutely LOVE Solidity Studio! I honestly love how intimate the space is with only 8 reformers—it feels like a private class every time. The instructors are so intentional and attentive, always making sure my form is on point and that I’m getting the most out of every movement. The studio is immaculately clean every single time I walk in, and the entire team is so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. It truly feels like a family every time I step through the doors. If you’re looking for the best Pilates studio ever, this is it!

I have been struggling with a back injury for over two months. After getting referred from a spine specialist to work with Dr. Maggie, she has treated me with different techniques while incorporating Pilates to build my core strength. The instructors have been so accommodating to my injury and helping modify so I’m able to take the classes. I’m grateful to the entire staff for being so helpful in my recovery.

My favorite pilates studio ever! I have been coming here for about 6 months now and I look forward to every single class. The studio is beautiful and they have everything very neatly placed and organized. Super aesthetic as well! As beautiful as a studio it is, the instructors are seriously what makes such a huge difference. Every one is so kind, motivating, and truly explain everything so well. Whether it's your first class or 100th, they treat everyone the same and always offer great encouragement and feedback. I've brought so many of my friends here and everyone also always has the best things to say and we look forward to going to classes together every week. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Beautiful studio with a minimalist yet inviting atmosphere! The instructor was attentive and clear in her instructions, making for a great workout. I highly recommend this place not only for fitness but also for medical support, as Dr. Maggie is ready to assist with any needs.

Excellent facility, though it's a pricier membership. I like that their Basketball courts actually mark the High School, College and NBA 3 point lines. Also the sidelines of Basketball courts are not cut off like they are at LA Fitness. They have a ton of other amenities too. Clean Gym

This gym is pretty great. Aside from all the amenities and space, what makes this gym stand out are the employees. Every great business knows that if you invest in your team, you will have greater success. With that said, I’d like to give a special shout out to Ryan, yoga teacher, who puts on one of the best classes I’ve ever attended. Super dynamic, fun & effective, and just a cool dude. Secondly, Sammy who holds down the men’s room, is such a friendly, hard worker that really lifts everyone up. These fellas have wonderful energy and are greatly appreciated. With that said, I kindly and respectfully request for them to be considered for a pay raise. They deserve it. Thank you LT for all you do.

My wife attended a class as a guest with her friend who’s a member. She enjoyed the facilities and experience and inquired about membership rates after the class ended. My wife is non-White and experienced what seems to have been a racially biased interaction with a staff member who “looked her up and down” and “passed her off to her non-White colleague” saying “she can help you with that.” The non-White staff member seems to have also picked up on the discriminatory undertones apologizing to my wife for her colleague’s behavior. I was not there, but I believe my wife. I asked her why she didn’t report the interaction to a manager, and she said because the offending party *is* the manager. Since I wasn’t there, I don’t have all the details of what exactly happened, but I’d be happy to discuss this issue further with a representative of the company. I’m very disappointed by this as I’ve always been under the impression that Life Time Fitness is a premium lifestyle gym.

Prices continue to go higher, and I understand some of the complaints I see. Recently, I’ve seen significant improvement in most aspects, especially the equipment. However, I would say they still are “cheap” in some aspects. My mother has had to cancel her membership, as she works day shifts, and she can only access the gym during the night. It used to be a 24 hour gym, but after the pandemic (seems like they used it as an excuse) it closes at 12. That being said, if they were to fix that issue, it would be an even better gym than it already is.

Had a 50 minute prenatal massage with Chris at the Life Spa and it was a wonderful way to relax after my workout! It was my first time getting a prenatal massage; and I felt super comfortable and accommodated with the bolsters they had available. The staff was very friendly and awesome, helping me navigate the club for my first time. Although I came at the busiest hour, I was able to find some ideal machines and weights.

I can’t say enough great things about the F45 workout facility! All of the coaches here are absolutely amazing. It was my first time training at a different F45 besides my home studio in Hawai’i. My friend and I were both in Vegas at the same time so he recommended this studio. We went to the 4:30pm class yesterday and hit the 5am class this morning. Ryan, the owner, was nice and personable. Coach Ellis was also knowledgeable and friendly. Got a chance to meet coaches James, Sean, and Becca and they had a lot of good energy this morning. I appreciated their encouragement and attentiveness during the cardio workout. The studio is nice, clean, and has a good amount of flowing air with an AC and powerful fans. There are 2 restrooms and they are clean and well stocked with deodorant, sprays, hair ties, q-tips, and feminine hygiene products. The shower is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If I’m ever in Vegas again, I’d definitely visit this studio again. Mahalo, F45 Henderson! 🤙🏼

F45 is an amazing gym! The workouts are different, easy to follow, and overall enjoyable. The staff are amazing! Coach AARON is super positive and motivating. I am so happy I joined this studio! The community has been a huge influence on achieving my fitness goals. Shout out green valley!

F45 is not only an amazing workout, but they have some of the best coaches I’ve ever had at a fitness studio. My girls, Coach Alexis, Coach Nyna and Coach Myeesha are always keeping me motivated throughout the class and have helped me gain not just strength and muscle, but confidence in myself! These ladies are so inspirational. Coach Aaron, Coach Bre, Coach Shannon and Coach Carissa are amazing at checking on your form and making sure that you pushing yourself during your workouts. These workouts push you to the next level and the community within keeps you coming back for more!
