I paid $974.99 at the Sewell location, in September of 2022. This provided a year’s worth of monthly membership, with a $30.92 monthly rate thereafter. At the end of May 2023, the Sewell location closed. When inquiring about a pro-rata refund multiple times, I was not able to get management to respond until I filed a complaint with the BBB and a credit card dispute. Their only offer was a membership transfer (to a location 25 minutes from my home). Although there was talk of opening a new Sewell location, nothing ever came through. You can get all of the same services, and then some, for the same $30 rate at Esporta/LAFitness — without the hefty initiation fee. Plus, you get access to all of their facilities around the country. Beware of this establishment. Management does not do right by its members. Take a look at the attached images — the facility and machines aren’t even kept clean. 01/05/2024 EDIT for Response: For the record, I never indicated that I was satisfied with KF’s response that I was not entitled to a refund. I utilized the additional pre-paid months at this facility because the account manager told me that no refund would be issued if I did not “transfer”. I was told, by the account manager, that the State of NJ said the organization was not generally obligated to issue refunds in these types of scenarios. Essentially, the organization believes it has the green light to not deliver services, at the agreed-upon location, to paying customers and is acting accordingly. Additionally, this is evidenced by another customer review on this page, made by Ms. Brown. I will not be calling for anything further discussion because the last encounter was nothing short of verbal abuse. I was told that I’d be immoral and a liar by saying that I didn’t receive the contractually-obligated services from KF-Sewell (which I didn’t, because it was closed). Potential customers, please know that this is all lip service. You will not be treated well if you have a dispute. Please be very careful when committing a single dollar to this organization. You can get a lot more at other facilities for a better price

Closest gym to our house. It’s a decent gym. The problem is there isn’t any cleaning or weight resetting happening. I come in at 5:00 a.m and weights are all over the place (laying on the floor, still on the bars, mixed on the same rack). There is the same trash on the floor that I’ve seen there for days. It takes longer to find and get the weights you need then it does to complete sets. This is the first gym in the 35 years that doesn’t do any cleaning and rerack weights at night. (June 16, 2021) UPDATE: (August 24, 2021) Original post 2-months ago. You would think someone would have read it and tried to fix the problems. Same dirt and trash are still there and still weights all over the place in piles on the floor at 5:00 a.m. Fingernail in the picture has been there for about 4-months maybe longer, not to mention the dead mouse in the trap being there for about a month. Need to get the staff to re-rack weights at and clean at night. For as much as the membership is and that they are connected to a health system the place would be cleaner. If we can find a closer gym we are cancelling our membership.

I would not recommend swim lessons for a young child here , the positive is the instructor is great and my son trusted him , however the facility does not care about people who pay for private lessons , they have a Zumba class going on at the same time as the lessons and only leave one lane open for private lessons , they have 2 instructors teaching 2 different students in one lane , if not a swimmer is swimming laps in the same lane , splashing my son , I reached out to management via email to keep another lane open for the lap swimmers , but they would not , so they offer private lessons , a Zumba class and have the pool open for lap summers they are over extending themselves and only care about getting your money . We are very happy at another facility and this does not happen .

I like many feel we were slighted by Kennedy Fit in Sewell. My mate joined & paid an exuberant rate to join cause it was near our home. We paid monthly as well. They closed without notifying members. When called was told to go to Mullica Hill. Yikes. It was far from us, no therapy pool, the pool was small, the hot tub was broken & small, the place was old, dark & dingy. We weren't given any partial payments. We were treated unfairly & feel all those slighted should get together & form a class action suit against this place. We accepted the loss but grudgingly. If they ever open another in my area they should give all who lost money free memberships for a year to make us whole & waive that exuberant initial payment required to join.

I’m a prior Future Fitness member from the old Blackwood location before it partnered with Kennedy Fitness . I went every day for 6 years & came back at night for classes & also built relationships w/ women & the instructors . Solid relationships w/ dedicated women . Haven’t found nothing like it . Made the decision this week w/ my husband bc it gave me the foundation w/ health & fitness to join Mullica Hill & drive a 15 min distance. It’s about dedication. My husband knows I’ve had nothing else like it . I paid $43 a month but utilized EVERYTHING. Well worth it . Super excited to come in next wk & get it started & also happy to see some staff like Candace & others around ..

Pink Lotus is great. My instructor, Lisa Caunitis, never forces me to do anything beyond my capability, but consistently and gently nudges me forward. Now I can do things I never thought I could. My body and I have become friends. I can't say enough good things about pink Lotus.

As a new out of shape yogi, I was convinced I wouldn't keep up with the class and would totally embarrass myself. Danna helped me let go of my negative self talk and embrace my strength and abilities with the 3 week beginner course. She encouraged me to take her Monday night class as well as Peg's Wednesday night class. Thanks to both teachers, I am more confident and love yoga. I am very grateful to both of them.

I have taken classes with both Nicole's and they are great! I absolutely love the hot barre class. Marghi is a pleasure to deal with as well. I would definitely recommend this place and the first class is always free so what do u have to lose 👍

Pink Lotus is a warm experience where you can find anything from soft gentle flow to powerful flow. They have something for everyone and you just have to try it to see for yourself. You'll be happy that you did. Nameste.

I purchased a promotional special for 30 days and I loved my first lesson. The problem came after that with 1. online booking 2. answering emails about the problem and 3. booking by phone. I was so excited to be able to book online and to pick the class but because I had a special the online line request wanted to keep charging for each class. I decided to take a chance and show up but I unfortunately picked a full class. I work and have gaps of time so this seemed like the perfect place. I hated it didn't work out but I would try it, if I were you, it is worth it.

The new renovations have renewed my excitement for going to the gym again. They also have a great pool and hot tub if you like to swim. That's not all gyms. Give this one a try you'll love the new machines.

I came into the gym in January 1st to meet Mark who shared with me his vision on how he is transforming the gym. In only a couple short weeks I’m completely blown away by the work his team has put in with replacing equipment, putting new flooring in, and enhancing my overall gym experience. Everyday I’m met with friendly staff at the desk and nice peers throughout the gym. This is the place to workout in 2025!

I previously joined Kennedy Health back in September of 2023, and while the gym “got the job done” the management there was very complacent on overall maintenance and improvements. Since WOLF fitness took over even within a short 3 week timeframe there has been drastic improvements in the quality of the gym. They brought in brand new flooring, new top-notch gym equipment, and even improved the floor layout the make the gym feel bigger even thought they brought in MORE equipment than what was there before. With all the new equipment brought in, it offers a wide variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, which makes working out here a pleasure. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They are always ready to help and provide guidance, whether you’re a beginner or experience gym goer. They even offer free training sessions on all the new equipment to ensure a smooth transition for current members. They also just revamped the sauna section, which for me is a huge differentiator compared to other gyms in the area, the sauna is the best way to wrap up a workout. Overall, the new WOLF fitness has everything you need for a great workout experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym!

While a new gym that took over Kennedy Fitness it's been nothing short of positive in the short two weeks they have been here. From renovations to new equipment it's a completely new gym.

This place needed some TLC for sure ! Mike is doing a great job with the transformation — the second level makes so much sense laid out the way it is, those crusty dusty curtains are gone, sauna in the women’s locker room looks great, etc. Keep up the work ! Atmosphere is so much more bubbly now too.
