Absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly, especially for how amazingly talented they are. The coach's advice is so nuanced to you and what you need fo improve. The community is so welcoming and friendly. 10/10 experience, went back two days after and first time with a member I met who lives in my community. What a fun way to exercise and stay in shape!!

Really fun and challenging class. Great atmosphere. Good range of students from beginners to advanced. Joe was very friendly and helpful. I'd completely recommend this place to any fan of ninja warrior or anyone looking for a challenging but rewarding way of getting in shape

This place is so much fun. We had my sons 10th Birthday party here and all the kids had a blast. The team who ran the party were very nice. Thank you for a great party!

Staff loves their jobs and it shows. We had my son's 8th birthday party here, and every child had a great time. A few children were shy at first to participate, but the staff went out of their way to make them feel comfortable and they ended up participating with big smiles on their faces.

My daughter absolutely loves going to the Movement Lab! Excellent staff, they are so fun, friendly and talented, a wonderfu facility, my daughter wanted to give 10 stars!

I been lifting for 18 years. I’m 34 years old. This gym has one do the best equipments out there. All the machines are built in a way where you can really feel the muscle work. Perfect alignment and angles. Machines are brand new, well taken care of. I had one of the best workouts of my life here. It incredible how fast I achieved mind muscle connections right off the bat. Joint did not hurt at all!!! If I lived in the area I would go here as much as I could but I live in New York. This place is hands down worth a try and you will fall in love with it! Give it a go!!

Legendary Fitness: The Best Gym in Town—Hands Down! I’ve been working out for 12 years and have tried countless gyms in the area—Retro Fitness, LA Fitness, Snap Fitness, Edge Fitness, Big Riches, Planet Fitness, Burn Boot Camp, and the YMCA, just to name a few. None of them even come close to Legendary Fitness. This gym is on another level, and it’s by far the nicest I’ve ever been to! Legendary Fitness checks every box. The gym equipment is like nothing I’ve ever seen before—top-of-the-line, innovative, and clearly designed for serious fitness enthusiasts. It has helped me break through plateaus I thought I’d never overcome. The fact that their equipment is made in America speaks to the quality and thought that went into this gym. But it doesn’t stop there—it’s impeccably clean, and the wall art is both impressive and inspiring. Everything about this gym, from the layout to the atmosphere, shows that the owners went above and beyond to create something exceptional. Nothing here feels cheap or basic; it’s all premium quality. One of my favorite things? They open at 4 AM! This early opening time makes it so much easier to get my workout in without having to rush home to my children. It’s a game-changer compared to other gyms that don’t open until 5 AM. It’s also refreshing to have a gym like this in the area. I truly appreciate what the owners have done. I can only imagine how much work and thought they put into creating a gym that is so far above and beyond anything else I’ve ever experienced. This is such an amazing gym, plenty of space and weights so I don’t have to wait around for it like most gyms! All of it is new machines and such a great price too for everything you get, most gyms charge you an arm and a leg but this place has helped me build my confidence physically AND I’m not financially crying lol Lauren is a great trainer and provides her full attention to your needs and her husband always helps push us all to be our best version of ourselves highly recommend !!

I used to bounce around to a lot of different gyms, I always sought out a different experience. Always looking for the biggest variety of equipment I could find. About 8 months ago I came to legendary and day passed a few times, I liked the gym and cleanliness of it. Even though it was only 15 minutes from my house I still didn’t have a “home gym”. Well about 3 months ago I stopped bouncing around and got a membership here. The more I came here, the more I got to know the owner Dave and his wife. As a business owner myself, I believe Dave runs a good business here and is ontop of it, you can always find both of them in the gym tending to it or offering help and insight. Both Dave and his wife offer training and mentorship for all different types of needs. The more I got to know the community they have built within this gym in only one year. The more it made me decide to make this that “home gym” I was seeking. About a week ago I decided to stop bouncing around and just get the yearly membership. I’m excited to see Dave continue to grow this gym, his business, and community. To put into words what a good community, especially this one can do for someone looking to grow themselves inside and outside a gym is hard. The equipment is top notch and some of the best you can buy, the bathrooms are always clean and kept up on. This is a top tier training gym in my opinion. Wether your a power lifter, a body builder, or just someone looking to stay in shape, or lose some weight. Then this is a good gym for you to come out too. I look forward to getting to this gym more and more everyday. Thank you Dave for taking this jump and for putting this gym together. We are all behind you.

Definitely the best gym I've been to! They offer a great range of top of the line equipment and it's very clean. The vibe in there is great and I'm a big fan of the hours. It makes it very easy to get a workout in at any point throughout the day👍🏼

What I enjoy most about Tenacity is the personal connections and feel to the gym. The trainers (Lindsay and Steve) I have worked with have not only supported my goals but challenged me and pushed me just enough. I highly recommend Tenacity!

One of the best gym that we’ve been to. When we walked in there Steve the owner is very nice and accommodating to us. Lindsay our coach has a good communication skills for explaining techniques and movements clearly. She has a positive attitude and an approachable personality.

I’ve been working with Carol for prenatal and postpartum programs and really recommend her for both. She has done an amazing job of meeting me where I am, giving easy to understand fixes on form and provide context for why we are doing things. The prenatal program kept my pelvic floor strong to minimize pain in the third trimester and now, postpartum, she has focused on opening back up my body with the right form to set my re-entry to “normal” strength training and exercise up correctly.

After not working out in several years, I joined Tenacity in July and it was the best decision! I was apprehensive about joining a gym because I was so out of shape. The 1:1 training sessions with Lindsay have been amazing! It’s just what I needed to get my confidence back! I can’t recommend Tenacity enough!

I have been training with Jared going on six years. Jared is the best there is!!! He challenges me each and every session including providing unique and challenging workouts each time. Jared has assisted significantly in getting ne in good shape. I always look forward to going to his training to see what he has in store for our next training session!!!

Happen upon this facility, went inside to make some inquiries. The gentleman, who I assume, was right up front, talking a customer ( I'm assuming again). I waited a little bit, think he would acknowledge me. This man just looked at me twice, then turned his attention back to the person. I was never asked, " May I help you?" I'm a woman of color, and the gentleman is white and so was the customer! I DON'T NEED TO GIVE PEOPLE MY MONEY, THAT DON'T WANT TO WORK WITH ME! I'm sure, there are other places, I will get good service!
