My kids and I been coming to this gym for about 2 years now and we love it. I recommend this gym to anyone I know that is looking for a gym and lives close by. The front staff is always nice and the gym is always clean. I want to give a special shout out and thank you to the manager KENYA! I dropped my necklace (a very special gift from my daughter) in the sauna. At first I was devastated and thought it was gone because it fell in between the cracks of the bench. But after showing Kenya exactly where it was at and how much it meant to me she went above and beyond. She reassured me that the maintenance guy would get it out and she would email me to let me know and that’s exactly what she did. I just want to say thank you so much and God bless you!! 10/10 gym and customer service plus reasonable gym membership if you are looking for a gym.

Outstanding Supporting staff. Very professional and welcoming. Jai is one of the most competent & complete managers I’ve ever encountered in a gym setting. I’ve been a member of many and none compares. Front desk clerk Allison is also one of the most respectfully well-mannered employees that I’ve also met. These individuals alone actually are part of my reason for consistent return. Keep up the great work very consummate staff members.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jai at the Grand Prairie Fitness Connection today and she was very informative about all machines and facilities. I was amazed how much she knew about each machine I asked her about. Fitness Connection has a top notch employee on there hands. Needless to say I’m happy to join the Fitness Connection family!!💪🏾

One of the best sports complex I have ever seen in the US and I've seen a lot. It has everything for the whole family and it is wheelchair accessible. I'm from Arizona but if we had one of these this would be the best thing ever, you can get a full workout and a comfort of air conditioning from walking to weightlifting to swimming amazing hats off to Epic and this beautiful fitness center / Community Center

Light show was beautiful and walk path is very nice. Good place for an evening hangout with family having kids. Light show keeps us entertained and fresh air soothes the surroundings. Nice evening hangout. But it is crowded

For anyone with a disability or recovering from surgery, this is the place to go for accessible swim and fitness opportunities. They have a zero entrance pool entry to the ramp that leads to the vortex pool for water walking against a current and to the aqua aerobics fitness side of the pool. There is a pool lift for access to the lap pool lanes. There is a jetted area in the vortex pool but the water isn't warm like the Jacuzzi, which sadly doesn't have a lift to it for those who can't use the steps there. For equipment, there is a section right outside the swimming pool area where there are machines like you would see at a rehab place for physical therapy, which includes a wheelchair treadmill, recumbent stepper, recumbent elliptical, and two upper body ergometers (aka arm bikes). This place is serious about inclusion.

The Epic stands by its name. It's DEFINITELY and epic place to be at. They have everything from a family friendly swimming area to a gym to rental areas to host your event. We rented the "Warehouse" spot for our daughter's graduation celebration on June 1st. Meghan was the coordinator for that and was the best person to help us. From the beginning she went above and beyond to make sure we understood what all entailed in our rental agreement and the services provided. She was the sweetest at making sure everything was ready for us upon arrival. I would definitely recommend the Warehouse venue for your event and I would definitely like to rent it out again. The only down side is the hours of operation for it, I think it would be awesome to extend the ending hours even if it's just by an hour later. But the view you get is amazing. ~Lea

Can’t say enough good things about this space. Affordable, friendly staff, & facility is well kept. They do a fantastic job of fitness equipment updates and upkeep, and they have quality equipment brands (Arsenal Strength, Rogue, Eleiko, and a few reputable names). Even as a non GP resident, this gym, though out of the way, is my first choice for a workout location.

Great gym with great people that care about your personal journey and goals! I’ve been training here consistently for almost a year now and I have loved the experience! Everyone is focused on growing and helping others be able to learn too. We have 5-6 black belts that regularly train with us and yet nobody is too big of a super star, that they aren’t approachable. There is a schedule of 2 weeks training in GI, then 2 weeks training without GI for continuity and all encompassing training. Owner and Professor, Casey Gray, is so humble and always teaches with examples and recalls information from previous lessons to ensure that students are always conscious of multiple things while training. Techniques are pulled from various schools of thought and have been tested in action to ensure the teaching of the technique is details and effective. Great environment for women alike. The gym does participate in local competitions, but it’s optional based on the individual. Competition specific classes are held in preparation for each competition the gym will be represented at. Vast amount of wisdom inside this gym, and we love to have new people join us.

I had a great experience at 360 Jiu Jitsu and would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Gym was very clean and mats are always spotless. Been trying a few gyms out to find the right place and gotta say that the mats are awesome. Felt great on this old man’s joints. Coach Gray and crew are great at breaking it down and truly have a passion for teaching. Mats are always full and you’ll always have a partner to roll with. If you stay in GP you owe it to yourself to check it out.

If I wasn’t going here for Jiu Jitsu, I probably wouldn’t be going anywhere for Jiu Jitsu. The culture is absolutely incredible, everything is super chill, they teach in a way that’s perfect for me, and there are no less than 7 women minimum at any given time. 🙌🏼

Prior to Premier, my son had been going to another karate school long enough to reach green belt status. I checked out Premier, being it was much closer to my house, and was so impressed that I enrolled my son. Which meant he had to start over as a white belt ☹ But at least now he is learning practical self-defense as opposed to basically what I would describe as a dance class at his prior karate school. Having dabbled in both karate and wrestling as a child I have an appreciation for the practicality of grappling which is taught at Premier and not at his prior karate school. Plus, my son loves all his instructors at his Grand Prairie location. And as a Generation X kid, I love how the instructors are hard on them in a disciplinarian way that most kids these days are lacking.

I started taking my son here at the beginning of the month and just in the short amount of time that he has been coming I can already see such a huge change in him. I started bringing him because I wanted him to find his confidence, self esteem, and have a positive outlet. It has been amazing to see him already find that in this short amount of time. Justin, the instructor, has been amazing with my son and is awesome with every person that comes through the door. He wants to see everyone that comes here to learn and train be successful. I highly recommend Premier to anyone's child or any adult that is looking to learn martial arts and self defense.

My son has been attending PMA- Grand Prairie for about a year now and he loves it. The instructor Mr, Gonzalez and his two assistant trainers/coaches are very knowledgeable. They show alot of patience and interest in the kids. They switch up the curriculum monthly and quarterly so it keeps my son interested and continuously learning something new. They cover martial arts and also teach the kids how to be great, responsible individuals.

I’ve been in the adult program for a few months now and really enjoy learning a mixed of martial arts. Makes every class interesting. Mr. Gonzalez and Ms. Martin are really great instructors; they make sure you learn what you need to defend yourself. Every other students are also really great and will help out the lower belt students.

This place is amazing. 100% recommend it for anyone for a variety of reasons. I originally signed up my son for discipline and helping with his ADHD. After having him here for a month, I noticed such an adjustment in his behavior, that I enrolled his sisters. One used to be so shy and would cry if anyone looked at her. This also changed with her being enrolled here.
