Best place. I have 2 kids with ADHD and they are more than willing to work with us when other places were not. They are easy going yet strict and the perfect combo for us. Can't recommend them enough.

Diane has been a pleasure to work with. She is meticulous in her assessment and really works with you to find movements that take you toward ease and away from discomfort. She truly understands how to tailor yoga so it is therapeutic for each individual instead of just following along in a structured class at a gym.

The owner is rude, no manners at all. We go to the Nova Care for my father in law therapy that is in the same facility and the therapist had us to use the gym as well but the owner was uncomfortable having us there. He was not helpful, when I asked him to help me adjust the cycle height. He said you have to do it yourself, while I saw he was helping other older people at the same time. His attitude makes me think of not visiting this Nova care . I rather drive a little far than to work with rude and discriminatory people.

I cannot speak highly enough about this gym and it's fitness classes. I joined about a year ago with just a class pass to take the many yoga class offerings. I began trying some of the other Les Mills classes and have fallen in love. I now have a full membership. The instructors are motivating and knowledgeable people. The classes are always full of familiar and happy faces. There are so many convenient class times from 545 am to 730 at night. The spaces are clean and always fit the mood of the class. There is a spinning cycle studio with a new half hour high intensity "Sprint" workout that's rewarding and quick. This gym offers almost all of the Les Mills classes (exercise with a focus on music, highly motivating). There's a smoothie bar and great child care room my daughter loves too. Almost at my weight loss goal and had fun doing it! Final Results Fitness has it all, I love this place.

This place and my trainer Todd, saved my life. I was diabetic and lost 110 pounds. And every time I slack off and it comes back, they help me get rid of it again.

After 2 months, I've lost 10 pounds. Membership comes with a monthly session with a personal trainer. I really like that they discuss nutrition as well as training. I was stuck at a weight. At my one month session, John looked at my workout history. He suggested a different cardio exercise, added a couple exercises that would help in my job, and we had a heart to heart talk about food. He inspired some changes that got me through the plateau to drop another 5 pounds. I'm so happy to find these folks. My first impression still holds: Everyone is friendly and the classes are great. Instructors are good at suggesting options for various levels of intensity.

I like the gym. The staff are all very nice and members are always nice . We left our old gym for this gym for the purpose mainly being so close to where we live and being kid friendly so that we as a family could go. Although there’s a few more pieces of equipment that i wish they did have we are all very happy so far.
