Getting in shape is always a personal choice and a struggle for most, it was certainly for me. If you have tried to do it on your own the success rate is very small because you make excuses to not work out or eat right or worse you injure yourself from lack of knowledge on technique by trying to go too hard. Austin, his gym and his Team have the right mix of anything you need for motivation, nutrition advice, and availability. Austin offers unique workouts that are constantly changing and in my opinion variety helps keep the feeling of routine out of my plan. After just about a month in, Im motivated, I am getting into the best shape of my life at 51 and I enjoy going as often as I can. Body is a more private gym and I have never had to wait for equipment. The clientele are like minded and professional as are Austin and his staff. The music is always pumping to keep you moving and if you find yourself trying to catch your breath, you can toss a toy or two at Crunches the resident gym cat! Austin works will all levels of fitness and he listens to what you want to achieve. Working out at this gym has been a game changer for me. Workouts are well thought out and challenging for all fitness levels. The availability of a sauna and cold plunge are also awesome. Class size has never been too large and also workouts are posted so you can come in on your own time to complete them. I have tried several gyms of this price range and this has been the best I have seen.

I really love this gym! I honestly don’t think I could have chosen a better place! There are so many different classes to take and I haven’t had so much fun working out in a while! The sauna and cold plunge that are available make the experience better than any gym I have been to, too! Definitely recommend

I recently joined this amazing gym, and I can't say enough good things about it. My personal trainer, Austin, is the best. He's super chill and makes the whole experience comfortable, especially for beginners like me. He’s great at creating a welcoming atmosphere without any awkwardness. The workouts are definitely tough, but they're always different and exciting. Each session is a new challenge, which keeps things refreshing and makes me look forward to what he has planned next. I live in Reedley, and despite the drive, it's totally worth it. The gym also offers convenient healthy meals for on-the-go, or weekly meal preps, which makes staying on track with my nutrition a breeze. For parents, there's even a little room where your kids can hang out, so you can focus on your workout without any worries. Plus, the sauna and arctic cold plunge are perfect for unwinding and recovering after a hard session. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great gym experience!

I had no idea it was a 10 Gym & Trainor ! After a few weeks of workouts with Austin I knew that he was a great workout Coach with precision .

Love this gym but can y’all please fix the water fountains and make the water come out cold it’s always warm and change the filters on them. Front receptionist are always nice and acknowledge you unlike the Clovis one lol

This gym has a lot of equipment and is mostly clean. The only downside is that it is too hot inside compared to the other locations.

It gets the job done but I won’t unfreeze my membership since they stopped the daycare during COVID and never brought it back.

I joined this gym 5 years ago and have been thoroughly impressed! The facilities are modern and clean, and there's a wide range of equipment available, which means no waiting time even during peak hours. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always ready to help or give advice. I also appreciate the variety of classes offered; there's something for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Joining this gym has not only boosted my physical health but also my mental well-being. Staff is friendly. I really like that there are punching bags on the other side for gym members. Plenty of cardio machines. The Women’s locker room is always clean. 😊

Xpress Fitness!! Only $25 a month for the membership here. It’s hard to pick what I like best about this gym! I’ve been going to gyms & into fitness for 20+ years. I’ve lived in 13 states in America & been a member of corporate gyms & small gyms all over. Some of my favorites are In-Shape & 24 hour fitness. Xpress Fitness has only been open for two years & the improvements & maintenance made in equipment have been outstanding. This place is always kept clean This gym has every piece of equipment you need in a conventional gym like benches free weights & cable machines. plus all the extras like deadlifting platform, row machines, fitness studio with a variety of classes, boxing membership going 4 days a week for two hours for only $140 a month!! Conveniently located on shields & Brawley here on the west side of Fresno. Before this place there was nothing in the area so it would make sense if this gym opened just to take advantage of people & make money. However that’s not the case! The management & employees are very professional & quick to address all your questions, concerns & even suggestions. Looking forward to seeing what new equipment comes in next & so grateful for this awesome & friendly gym. Also the gym members here have a good understanding of gym etiquette & are pleasant to be around while getting a workout in. Much love & respect Xpress! The gym staff are very polite and friendly. Lex is very motivating to hit the weights. The instructors in the Strong Nation / Zumba classes are all very professional and friendly. Irma and Victoria are excellent teachers and make working out fun, heart pumping, and welcoming to everyone walking into the classes. I have lost 40 lbs !!

Such a cool gym! We've been in Fresno only for a couple of days and found this gym. The owner and staff are very friendly. Day pass was $20 and absolutely worth it. They have all kinds of equipment, from free weights, several barbell stations, machines, calisthenics set-up and posing room. The gym has an inside and outside area. Lighting in the main room is extremely good so make sure to look in the mirror, you'll definitely like what you see ;)

Found the perfect gym while in town for a few days. 24 hour access. 1 day, or 3 day passes available. Use your phone to gain access to lots of free weights and machines. They also have an outdoors area, and a posing room. I will definitely visit again.

Switch from a commercial gym to CenCal and haven’t looked back since. I enjoy the option to be able to workout inside or outside. They have every machine you need for your workouts. Gursh explained the sign up process and how to access the gym which is one of my favorite things about. And it’s open 24/7 to fit everyone’s schedule you can’t beat that.

Awesome set up, everything you need in a very professional gym without the crazy crowds or the high priced memberships. Very high caliber gym for the fraction of the cost of similar gyms. Equipment is very well kept and staff are always ready to help. Friendly atmosphere. Access 24/7 including holidays so no excuses really.

I tried CenCal and had a great first impression. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and not too crowded. I really liked the variety of machines and free weights available. Enjoyed the outdoor section, great experience. Overall, it felt like a welcoming environment, and I’m looking forward to coming back!

My favorite gym to hit when I'm out here. This beats any globo gym with its quality equipment. As a competing olympic lifter, I really appreciate how they have platforms, kilo plates, and 15k barbells. Also great how they have dedicated sections for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and oly. If only SF had gyms like this!

Love Title 29. This has been my work out place for the past 8 months and I absolutely love it. All the trainers including the ownes are super nice and helpful. Shout out to Megan and Curtis who are always pushing us to do better. Sign up you won't regret it. You will be in the best shape ever.

I have been working out with Title 29 Fitness for over 2 years. Since then, I have been able to achieve my goals with the help of the owners, Donovan and Aubrey. The instructors and the owners are very knowledgeable regarding health, fitness, proper form, and the implementation of the workout. Diffently recommend giving them a try.

If you want a great workout, with amazing Coach’s that will push you to be your best, this is the place. The workouts are challenging and still fun! When you leave Title 29 you are ready to crush the day!!

My daughter has learned so much in her time being there. She started in the summer program in 2021 and is now in comp season. Her growth here has amazed me. Coach Ambria is great. I love the dynamic of the family environment. I hope to keep my daughter there for longevity. Oh yeah and we took home first place OVERALL in out first competition meet. Just had to throw that out there. #ACS is the BEST

I am very imoressed with American Cheer Stars. They work you hard, effcient with a lot of caring for the girls. No one girl can say there left out, all are treated the same whether big small or non athletic. Good job!!

My daughter attended and we met all our dues for two years. Decided to try another gym and signed on with Cheerforce. The hatefulness from Coach Ambria was insistent. Very childlike. I have been going to this gym for some time, and I find the owners and coaches to be both friendly and knowledgeable. The variety of workouts is excellent, ensuring that each session is unique. There is no reason to feel intimidated, as the atmosphere is filled with positivity, encouragement, and mutual support among members. Exercising together is enjoyable, irrespective of one's fitness level. The availability of 24/7 access allows me to fit in workouts even when I cannot attend classes. This gym fosters a welcoming community for all, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gym.

Best hour of my day! The mental benefits of working out alongside good people were just as important to me as the seeing the physical progress. I found that at Co-op. The ability to scale any workout to fit your experience level along with good coaches and other members to give you tips and guidance makes this the ideal place for people of all backgrounds.

I was told of this gym by my personal trainer at the time, in January 2023. The goal was to train for an upcoming competition, and then I'd figure out if it was worth staying as an active member or not. Now, over a year later, I'm still here! I cannot imagine my life without the community that surrounds this gym and the constant support, friendship and love I'm given, not to mention the positive effects it's had on my mental health! Personally, I'm the type of person who prefers to work out with others and to be given structured WODs/classes. With the help of Co-op's trained coaches, I'm always satisfied, growing in strength and dripping with sweat! Thanks team!

The massage chair and massage beds are great. The showers are okay. Cons: No hair dryers, maintenance is needed in the showers especially the handicapped one, the water fountain need refiller needs to be replace and has needed for month or so...after they just renovated... The front desk Workers clean every time I have been there but they aren't handymen to maintain and service the washroom and restroom.

Not the best PF I've been to. Smaller than other Planet Fitness' around town. Machines are always broken, especially the pieces needed to adjust the equipment appropriately. Spray bottles are never refilled, leaving members unable to clean the equipment after use. I will start driving across town to a better PF.

Aiden works in the mornings. He is a rude little boy. I’ve been a member at planet fitness for awhile, over two years. Aiden called me off of the treadmill for being three days past due. I explained to him that I would pay later on today due to my payday being today, and my work schedule preventing me from being able to come right back and make the payment. He kept trying to overly dominate me. I saw a picture on my profile that clearly wasn’t pleasing so I asked him if I could change it. He kept telling me no that’s the picture I had to keep. It was literally a power struggle. Aiden’s customer service is terrible!!! I’ve never dealt with anyone this rude at the Cesar Chavez location!

I'm doing a road trip and had to stop by to get my work, AND WORKOUT done! I came in, Staff were friendly, asked if I could use the WiFi we members have, and bam! Got both done! Staff were very courteous, and from my time observing, the girl with the wavy hair at the front acknowledged everyone that came in and out! Aside from that, there was another girl that was legitimately cleaning the equipment, each individual one! And the floors were getting mopped by the girl at the front! It was absolutely clean! Trust me when I say that this does not get done everywhere! I had a great experience here, and everything was stocked up! Restrooms were cleaned, and even the tiniest detail was noticed! Way to go with that locker room and the scent in the lockers! There were no items damaged or weights thrown around. Everything was in its place! I've been to roughly 15 Planet Fitness! This takes the cake! Only 2 minor things: 1) Water pressure needs to be fixed in the men's sinks, and 2) the bathroom curtain needs to be an inch or two bigger. Other than that, bravo!!

Well, I did pay my black card thinking the gym was ready to have a good work out any location you go. Had a trip to California from Houston Tx. And I use to use the gym located in Visalia ca, but when I had to stay in Fresno this is what I found. You can say many things because am tripping out if you pay for something at least you expect will be in good and safe conditions.

I’ve never had a gym so bad at responding to messages. On multiple occasions we have tried to reach out to get a tour, or sign up. No one reached out or even opened our messages…

Ive been coming up to Fresno from LA for business this past summer and fall. It’s amazing I’ve been able to find a home away from home at this gym. The atmosphere is great, the equipment is up to date, squat racks as far as the eye can see! Whether you’re a leisure lifter or an expert this is the gym for you. They have personal trainers that are always there to assist if needed.

Amazing gym, perfect for bodybuilding and powerlifting. The equipment and everything is really up to par. And this little Gem of a gym is growing. So , I definitely really like coming into this gym and train here whenever I’m in the Fresno area

This is now a funeral home. The homeless sets up camp outside the gates and the business across the street blasts opera music all night to try and deter the camps.

This place is currently owned by Hmong people and it is open. I visited for my aunt's funeral over the weekend and had to Google directions to the place. Neat that they offer a fully equipped kitchen to go with the use of the event room. The bathrooms were clean.

Equipment is good, usually empty but the vending machine doesn’t work. The bathroom is always dirty and flooded. The owner seems to not care about his equipment. So sad to see a good gym go bad, on a good note after a long workout you can go across the plaza and get some shrimp fries! They’re better with coke!

Good gym, but there’s rarely any toilet paper/paper towels. Probably a good idea to keep some in your car cause it takes ages for them to restock it

I never review anything but i felt I had to for once. Gym is nice and small; however, the owner was unreliable. Contacted owner to inquire about gym and membership. Gym owner let me know they were accepting new members at the time and to meet in person to check out the gym. I tried to set a time to meet and owner did not reply to any messages. When I arrived at the gym, owner no showed and continued to avoid replying to texts. I finally let owner know I was no longer interested due to the unreliability. Owner immediately replied back that they were not accepting new members. Pretty hypocritical and disappointing. Plenty of better gyms offering better service in the area.

Just joined this gym after finding it online, I messaged the manager who responded quick and was very inviting. The gym is great, 24/7, very clean with new equipment.

The owner was really nice and made it super easy to join. Love that it is a clean private gym and that it’s open 24/7.
