I want to write about the children's summer camp at the YMCA. My granddaughter has a fun and memorable time here. Each new day is different and full of activities, from which the children receive a great boost of energy and emotions. The children not only relax, but also improve their health, visit the pool, do morning exercises. The time spent in the camp is not only fun, but also educational, and the general atmosphere encourages children to unite. Thank you to the entire staff of the camp for the fact that you treat the children with great attention, understanding, kindness and love, trying to make their stay in the camp exciting and memorable.

The best Aquatics classes there is . Great and well trained professionals , they really push the kids to do strive and do their best. Both of my kids love it , my son has sensory processing and the YMCA SpecialEd team helped us tremendously and he is now thriving !

Title: Disappointment and Disrespectful Behavior I enrolled my children in a swimming program, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. The schedule kept changing, and due to a lack of clear information, we couldn’t attend the lessons despite preparing for two weeks. Every time we went, we were met with a different excuse. When we finally insisted on joining the class as a family, the staff responded with a rude and disrespectful attitude. My 65-year-old mother struggled to get out of the pool because they wouldn’t allow her to use the stairs. Instead, she was told to crawl out from the side of the pool without steps. This was an inhumane and inconsiderate approach. After weeks of dealing with this disrespectful treatment, we decided to cancel our membership. My children were deeply upset and heartbroken by the whole experience. As someone who went through this, I recommend being cautious to avoid similar issues.

Horrible staff, they do NOTHING to accommodate their members. The studio rooms are always booked at the same time and NEVER available throughout the week for regular use by their members despite the fact that most of classes going on in the studio's are no more than 4 kids. I have continually tried to talk to them about this and that they need to manage their studio rooms betters and fairly for all, but they refuse to listen.

Highest recommendations. Excellent selection and quality equipment. They have programs to fit everybody. They can help you with weight loss weight gain. They've made a healthier me and my family I was 300 lb last November. I'm 120 a year later I go to the gym every day to work out build muscle. I've never felt better. Everyone there is extremely polite and they're willing to help. They have a huge variety of children's programs, whether you're a single person or a family and they help with any budget

Personal training with Morgan has been great! I actually look forward to going to the gym. There is a private training area for and the regular gym is amazing for when I go without the trainer. Everything is clean, so much equipment, and so far, no lines to use anything. Feeling stronger already.

I would like to give a shout out for my personal trainer, Emily Malaquias. I have been training with Emily for almost 3 years now and really enjoy the challenge and variety she puts into all of our group sessions. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease regardless of your skill level. She consistently challenges me, makes working out enjoyable and motivates me to exercise. My fitness has increased noticeably with her guidance. I’ve seen improvement in my overall stamina, an increase in my core strength and lift progressively heavier weights. One of the most important things I have learned from her is that proper technique is a major part of any good training program. Ensuring that your technique is correct to both avoid injury and maximize the benefits of the exercise is one of her hallmarks. When I first started training with her, I could not do a proper hinge movement to save my life. However, she worked with me for multiple sessions to help improve my technique to the point where I now feel confident that I am doing it correctly. She is also very capable of providing modifications to exercises when you have an injury. Currently, I am nursing an Achilles injury from training for a Spartan Race. Until I successfully complete my physical therapy, she is either modifying or finding safe alternative exercises for me to keep fit even though the rest of the group may be doing something else. I thoroughly enjoy my workout sessions and would highly recommend Emily as a personal trainer to anyone looking to improve their fitness. I know I speak for the group when I say that we are so lucky to have her as our trainer!

I really enjoy being a member here! The childcare option is wonderful and my son really loves it! The gym is always clean, usually not too crowded & everyone is very nice! I look forward to being able to use the amenities all summer as well. Very glad to have joined!

While the pool is wonderful, especially in the sunshine, for the first time today I tried to introduce my good friend and her daughter to this wonderful environment. On arrival they said the reservation list was full. I have never had guests come in before and have supported this club during covid and after for the last few years, paying their prices then and again after they increased their membership dues. Having stated I had two people on my membership and I would be the only one coming in and my friend and daughter should be allowed as the secondary member they still said no. I then asked if there was a waiting list in case they had a cancellation they said there was no wait list, even rudimentary restaurants and clubs understand this elementary concept to assist customers. I also know you have to pay and we would have happily paid to enter. So not only did they embarrass me, they made a terrible impression on my good Franklin community member friend and her daughter, offered no solutions or flexibility, turned an opportunity for profit away and sealed their fate that this friend will not be buying a membership at their facility. Truly disappointing and there should be better processes in place for their loyal members that supported them during hard times and through their increase in costs. I hope management can do better moving forward to better accommodate their clients.

I enjoyed my time here, even though a bit expensive, there are so many free classes available so its worth it, but I'd definitely recommend for a family as they also have many activities for kids. The semi-private Pilates classes were my all time favorite,besides being a hands-on instructor and engaging, Kathy really enjoys what she does . Best reformer classes I've ever been to. Thank you Kathy you exude so much joy and warmth and I'll miss you

We were visiting from out of town and were able to use the Planet Fitness in Franklin with our membership. The staff was very friendly (Taylor, Emily and Justin) always a greeting and smile when we came in. The gym is well maintained, clean and no broken machines. Plenty of cardio. Love the bikes with virtual screens. Rooms to do floor work. We highly recommend this gym.

So far, so good. Clean gym, polite staff, plenty of machines and free weights to construct your work out. Clients are a good mix and adhere to the no judgment ideology; who wants to be stared at when we already might be self conscious. I just wish people would stay off the machines if they're going to text and take selfies. It holds others up. Overall a good gym 👍🏻.

Staff is always nice, and seem like decent well-trained people especially since the new manager took over last year. It's always fairly clean despite the volume of people. It's never totally dead in there, which is a good thing so that the club will remain open. Close to my house. could use a few more stationary bikes but hey a guy can dream... nice people, it's my gym, i like em. tbh: worst part of my home gym is that town of Franklin keeps doing construction on Grove and adjacent streets. enough already franklin LOL

I love this gym staff always friendly, my only complaint is the women’s locker room the showers are never cleaned properly I’ve been looking at dirty bandaids and gum x 2 weeks one of the stalls has no shower curtain and has been this way for a month! Otherwise no complaints.

Both of my children have been with Strive since the beginning! They have grown so much both physically and mentally. The coaches are incredibly supportive of each child as a whole. They have a wonderful way of positively engaging each strength and area of growth in areas across the board. We feel very lucky to be a part of the Strive community.

We are so glad to have found Strive! We have watched our kids grow stronger both physically and mentally through the sport of ninja. Classes at Strive are fun and obstacles are always changing to keep things fresh and challenging. The coaches are all incredibly supportive and wonderful role models.

Our girls have been members of Strive since 2019 and moved into the competitive side of the sport as members of the Strive Ninja Team in 2021. Their growth as athletes, teammates and individuals has been extraordinary. They have gained strength, focus, humility and grit as a result of both the fitness based classes and competitive team practices. The coaching staff are deeply committed to the kids and are some of the most experienced people in the sport.

I've only been here twice so far but I love the workouts. They have flexible schedules and classes are 45 minutes which are perfect for working folks. Ambience is amazing and I look forward to making this place my new routine.

I’m in construction and deal with the typical aches and pains that go with aging men in our rolls. I recently had my first experience at TBRx in Franklin. I have to say that I was not expecting how intuitive, forward thinking and in depth the treatment was. It was wonderful. My expectations were that I would answer a few questions, and have a nice massage and maybe a stretch. I cannot even begin to describe how comprehensive this treatment was. Seth was wonderful, he explained everything clearly and worked out every issue I had. It’s not your typical massage or physical therapy, this is something different. I’m blown away. I truly walked out of there feeling refreshed and ready to get back to work. I can’t wait to get back in for my next appointment!

Thanks to the TBRx Franklin team and Seth for their awesome work. This is a great alternative to traditional massage therapy. I'd highly recommend this for anyone, but specifically for active parents who want/need some help working through a few knots, plus getting mobility plans to stay loose

Wow!!! This was my expression after my treatment with Seth. I went in with an open mind and no expectations. I left a bit sore, but in a good way, and knowing that I would feel the positive effects. I had quite a bit of swelling on my right foot for about a week and did not know what it was from. Seth was able to work on that area for a bit and my range of motion was already so much better. Today I can walk normally, where I had not be able to for about a week! I highly recommend TBRX as a treatment modality. I am not an athlete, but I know that I will benefit from this type of body work going forward. You won't regret it!

I have had a few sessions with Seth so far and they have been amazing! I am a collegiate volleyball player with chronic back/hip pain. He has been super helpful with helping manage aches and pains and keeping me on the court. Very thorough and knows what he is doing. Would highly recommend coming to see him!

Best gym in the area hands down. Since i started working with Kyle three months ago, I’ve increased my squat by 33 pounds and all of my other lifts are improving dramatically. The gym has tons of equipment, so you’re never lacking something you need. The community at MASS Strength is so welcoming and supportive too. I’m so grateful to have found this gym and recommend it to anyone!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this gym. I’ve tried it all- big commercial gyms, boutique studios, virtual home workouts, etc. I’m typically a runner but wanted to change things up and strength train. I absolutely love how I can walk into Wicked Fitness and get a new, challenging whole body workout in less than 40 minutes. My upper body strength is probably the best it’s ever been from these workouts. You can customize the workout based on your comfort level- either with lighter or heavier weights. If you’re interested in classes and fitness challenges they’ve got those, too! The coaches are amazing- relatable, helpful, and become like family. I leave every workout with tired muscles, a happy heart, and endorphins flowing. Love you Wicked Fitness!

I joined Wicked Fitness about a month ago and as soon as I walked in I knew it was the place for me. Not only are the coaches wonderful and extremely helpful but the entire environment is welcoming. I leave after every class feeling happy I went, regardless of how hard it was. Every member is wanting to build each other up and support one another. It truly is special. I cannot recommend it enough.

I joined Wicked at the beginning of August and have loved every workout. It is only a 37 minute workout and it flies by. There are no set class times, you go when you can. There are various stations where you spend 2 minutes alternating various exercises (cardio, kickboxing, weights, abs etc). All of the coaches are so wonderful and welcoming. It is a great community. Don't worry if you are not in shape, anyone can do this workout. It is also more affordable than many other gyms in the area. What are you waiting for? Sign up for a trial class today!

I’m so happy that I found this gem of a gym!! I love that the workouts are mapped out for me, no guess work, and there is always a coach to guide me and make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly and safely. I have arthritis in my feet, and the coaches are always there to offer accommodations for me! I also love the flexibility of the class times! Great plans great people!!

One of the biggest challenges for me is keeping up my motivation. I’ve been a member here for 11 months now and am more motivated than ever. The coaches are wonderful, gym go-ers are so friendly, and it’s a really welcoming atmosphere. The work outs change every day so I’m never bored. Plus the classes are fun and challenging! Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking to have fun and get a good work out.

I am a physical therapist in the area and work with Jeremy on a team working with mutual clients. Jeremy comes highly recommended by his clients and the people I have referred to him have been very happy with their results. He performs a detailed assessment and individualized programming for his clients. He does not throw a generic exercise program at you with a one sized fits all approach. He is a pleasure to work with professionally and his clients have nothing but good things to say about him.

I started working on with Devin in the fall of 2019 after a series of injuries from playing basketball, biking and weekend warrior activities. My goal was to get stronger to prevent the injuries that I was getting while being active. I went to his gym 2x a week and within a few months started seeing and feeling results. Devin did a great job of assessing my strengths and weaknesses both before I started my program and during. The focus was on form and working around my injuries to start which I greatly appreciated. I've managed to work up now to more advanced weight and exercises and am feeling better than I have in years. If you having nagging injuries or if you feel like you don't know what to do when you workout, I would highly recommend working with Devin. During the pandemic, Devin has also been providing online coaching. He's able to build out robust, varied exercise routines using whatever you have available at home. The platform he uses also enables video uploads so that he can provide feedback on your techniques and form. All and all, I'm very happy and grateful to work with Devin to stay strong and injury free.

I came to Devin because I wanted to start getting stronger and I had no idea how to get started. I appreciated that Devin took the time to listen to my goals and help me think about achievements, like developing my first push up, dip and pull up. I was impressed by his evaluation of my current status and how he could tell that I’ve previously had foot issues. What was great was how he developed a plan that let me train myself at my local gym without his supervision. He has of course always provided great feedback and answered any questions I’ve had along the way. He also celebrated when I hit my milestones - mastering the push up, dip and pull up. I’ve really enjoyed developing new training plans with Devin as I’ve continued to progress in all of my strength goals. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smart and thorough trainer.

Devin was incredible in getting me started with lifting. Professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. As someone who had barely lifted before, he covered all the basics and fixed any form issues I had. I only worked with Devin for a few months, however, he gave me countless exercises and techniques I am still using to this day. He followed up numerous times with me to check on my progress, and even sent over additional exercises I could look into doing. If you are on the fence about taking some lessons, go for it!

I hired Devin to help me get in shape to ski for the first time in 25 years. When I started working with him 2 months before the trip, he put together a workout plan for me to do in his gym, as well workouts customized for me to do at the fitness center I have access to at work. He modified exercises based on how I was doing, what I liked doing (and didn't like) and my abilities. In his gym, sessions included anywhere from 1-4 of us, each with an individual plan, and Devin was there to oversee those the workouts. When I finally hit the slopes in Colorado, I had the strength, and therefore confidence, to ski for two full days! I know I couldn't have done the second day without Devin's preparation and would have been extremely sore (and possibly injured) after the first. I am so grateful for his attention and genuine interest in helping me achieve my goal. I would highly recommend Devin to anyone looking to create a personal fitness plan in a comfortable setting!

I have been seeing Devin for personal training both on his premises as well as at another gym following a plan he has created specifically for me. I have been feeling stronger than ever and, more importantly to me, feel confident in performing certain weight lifting maneuvers. In the past, I have hurt myself with squats, etc. Devin took the time to evaluate me, change my form and exercises, and I find myself doing more than I have in the past without worry of hurting my body. Devin is a very skilled and knowledgeable professional. One of the days I realized this was when a different personal trainer told me he wished Devin had never started his own business because Devin was one of the best personal trainers he's ever had. I referred other friends to Devin and they have all been as equally as pleased. If you are new to training and want to know the best way to get started, Devin's your man. If you are more advanced as an athlete and want to take it to the next notch, Devin's your man.
