Ashley has been incredible to work with because she takes the time to help adapt the workouts for my lifestyle. As an above knee amputee a lot of movements need adjusted and she takes the time to thoroughly explain the adaptations. Physical therapy is not just to get you back to the bare minimum: the team at Revive not only equips their patients with the skills to navigate everyday life, they help strengthen us to push ourselves past what we think is possible.

Ashley and her team are the BEST for recovery and working towards your independence goals. I’m a T10 SCI survivor and I’ve been lucky enough to come to the facility a handful of times for both PT and fitness activities. They were the first team to get me upright in my custom leg braces and they’ve supported me with my CrossFit and fitness training. Ashley also helped me order my custom fit wheelchair and made that process SO SMOOTH. She actually listened to my wants and needs and advocated on my behalf when adjustments were needed. Revive is one of the only teams I trust with my recovery plan and fitness goals.

Ashley and her team are incredible. They will push your body to the next level of recovery, helping you become your strongest version of you after a spinal cord injury. I’m so grateful to have a physical therapy team like Revive!

Ashley at Revive has been my main PT since late February after I got out of the hospital & hospital based rehab for a stroke. My progress under her leadership & guidance has been remarkable & life-changing. She has always been positive while realistic & focused on my situation every time that I saw her. Often she would plan a workout ahead of my arrival & we would roll right into the plan. Other times sessions were tailored to what was going on for me during that week. Excellent & highly recommended.

Ashley and Anna are elite. I had a cerebellum stroke in July of 2023 and have been going to Revive since Sept of '23. Revive has helped me go from being in a wheelchair to running 3 miles on my own once a week. From day one, it's obvious that Ashley and Anna possess great technical skill and they've helped create marked improvements in my recovery. The thing that I've learned over time is their wonderful interpersonal skills. They do a great job at making recovery fun and helping to keep personal motivation high. Would refer Revive to anyone in a situation similar to me!

Fort Mill FBBC has welcomed me with open arms as a student home for the summer! Coach Lily is awesome and so encouraging! The 30 minute workouts are different everyday so you’re always learning and growing stronger! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging and fun workout! Fit Body has been such a great experience for me, I am so glad to have found such an amazing gym!

I started working out at Fit Body 2 weeks ago after not stepping into a gym over 1 year. I am truly enjoying my entire experience. Lily is the owner of this gym and also my personal trainer. She is an amazing trainer that keeps me motivated and works hard to customize my workouts every week. I have already lost some weight and am excited to continue losing more. I highly recommend Fit Body Boot Camp to everyone looking to get back in shape...it truly works! Coach Tony who is retired from the NFL is the other personal trainer at this location. Check them out! You will not regret it!

I have greatly enjoyed this class ! I am so happy to have met Lily! She is an excellent motivator and coach. I already feel stronger and healthier and I have just begun this class. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to get in shape!
