I have been to various physical therapists for my posture before, and none have helped provide me with any lasting change. A Life in Balance helped me to figure out what was going on with my body, why I get migraines, and how I can work to improve my muscular imbalances. I found all team members to be very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I appreciated the one-on-one focus from the physical therapists, especially making sure that I was doing my exercises properly. I couldn’t have asked for a better, more welcoming place to learn about my body or improve my imbalances. I would recommend A Life in Balance for anyone who is truly interested in focusing on their body and getting to the root of their physical health challenge!

Excellent PT facility - all of the staff are so friendly, caring, and most importantly, effective at treating my aches and pains. Would definitely recommend anyone to come here!

Dr. Paula, Lauren, Meg and Cassy are excellent at what they do! They are personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and deeply caring, I initially began seeing them for PT 10 months ago as I was recovering from back surgery and was able to easily move into focusing on other areas that were causing an issue. They truly listened to my needs and concerns and were able to address issues mid-session. Their whole body, integrative approach enabled me to get back to the activities and life style I wanted. I will truly miss seeing them every week and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to gain confidence and reclaim functional movement.

Every single physical therapist here is amazing. PT twice a week with 3times a day homework and massage once a week is a game changer. I added a weekly blueprint massage ( located right in her office suite) to help release the pain of overworked areas, which sped up my healing. Being now incredibly grateful & blessed, I highly recommend A Life in Balance to everyone.

It's hard to explain how great this place is. I have never been more motivated to workout. The coaches don't just teach a class, they get to know you personally and use that to train you. Although it is a small group class, it's more of a personal experience. You are connected to the coaches through email, apps and social media as much or as little as you want. Workouts are never the same, the trainers are CRAZY FUN and the music is always jamming. I can't express how happy I am to have found my Flemington Fit Family.

The staff is very supportive and the classes are great! It is amazing how much of a workout you can get in 30 minutes.. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get in shape and have fun while doing it!

Highly recommend this boot camp. For me, it's been life changing. I started off very weak and struggled with the workouts, but with the help of the awesome coaches, I have built muscles I didn't even know I had. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I have been a part of the Westling's Martial Arts Academy for the last 13 years of my life. I started when I was 7 years old and followed Sensei Ed to multiple locations over the years. Not only is the physical aspect of karate helpful, but the mental instruction stays with you your entire life. The respect, discipline, responsibility, and many other traits that I learned at WMAA helped me to persevere in my work with Army ROTC in college. Having known Sensei almost my entire life, he is basically family to me, as well as many of my peers who I met during my time training at the dojo. The care and thought Sensei Ed puts into both his work and students is something that makes this school something special.

As a dancer I am extremely picky when it comes to putting my son in a class or sport. I am so happy that I found Sensei Ed and his school. Our first class was a part of a one week trial. We walked in to a sign welcoming myself and my son. At the end of class he took a picture with Lawrence and held up a sign that said “My first karate class”. Those small details are wholesome. The second we left my son spoke about Sensei every day until we went back. The school is organized, each class is carefully mapped out, older kids assist with classes and he has a lot of respect from each student. I drive almost an hour each way for this and I will continue to do so for such high quality teaching Thank you Sensei.

I received my black belt from Westling's Martial Arts Academy. The dojo has a true family feel. I wasn't just taught about martial arts, I was taught life skills, confidence, and kindness. I had the opportunity to teach when I was a brown belt. That experience is a big reason why I chose to get a master's degree in higher education.

One of the best instructors in the business. Sensei Ed is not only a master at his art but he is a master instructor. What he does for his clients is amazing. He reaches all ages equally. This is an amazing place to study the skill of Martial arts.

Sensei Ed is amazing! My son has gained focus, increased his self-esteem, and seen the benefits from his determination to obtain his personal goals and aspirations. My son continues to reap the benefits of building character and strength building in a positive environment. It’s a great martial arts program!
