Husband had intro and felt it was a great workout, after they started getting paid “coaches” were more interested in socializing. Many attempts to contact management, no response. Disappointing experience with a business, my feeling is that they don’t care once they get your money. There are plenty of CrossFit gyms in El Paso, this one I wouldn’t recommend, poor customer service.

I've been a member for literally 2 days and I'm getting charged 15 for the whole month. I get it, I have to pay that every month, fine but I was just asking about it and the guy was so incredibly rude saying, "well maybe you should've waited 2 more days so you wouldn't have to pay". And then I felt he belittle me because I only paid the $1 down. I said to him, "that's your slogan $1 down and $15 a month" it's just crazy how rude people can be.

First time at this club, I asked for help at the front desk and the dude with the General Manager badge didn’t want to help me and just directed me to the app. While I was doing what he asked he kept asking me to move out of the way for other guests (there’s no available seating and plenty of space for people to walk into the gym). I couldn’t get help through the app and asked for help again and he seemed bothered and said he would just do it on the computer and told me to go. He could have helped me like that originally. Rude and condescending behavior from General Manager at a gym that claims not to be that type of gym.

Recently came back to this location after not returning for 4 years and the changes made to the facility as well as the parking situation honestly made me sad for people who have this location as their main gym/ non black card members. This used to be the nicest location in town but I definitely don't feel the same.

Not for weightlifting. Missing a ton of essential equipment for weightlifting namely barbells, benches, and squat racks. I'm not the most jacked dude, mainly just trying to stay healthy and strong but the lack of equipment here seems like it's meant to discourage people from working out. Even machines don't have a lot of variety for chest and arm workouts. Not really much better than an apartment gym, just bigger. And it gets pretty crowded 5-8pm.

It’s a clean place, easy parking, no long lines. We’ve got free weights, Nautilus, and plenty of space in the back for black card members. I used to like the vibrating chairs in the back.

The payment system this company uses is horrible. Once a payment method is used and rejected for whatever reason, your system will refuse to run it again. A prompt along the lines of "hard decline already issued" is displayed and it will refuse to run the payment. I try the app, clerk tries running card on file and I tried inserting card just to be refused every way. $20 is a joke for you people to have such extreme measures on your payment system. If you are going to refuse cash payments at least invest money into a decent payment system. Your clerk Kiana also refused me entry, you lost a customer today and earned yourself this review.

Alejandro is an amazing worker!! I always receive great customer service from him every time I walk into this planet I always get greeted by him with a big smile! Makes me feel very welcome. You can tell He loves his job and appreciates the customers from planet! not only that, but he’s always making sure that all the machines and gym is clean. Every time I come into this, Gym I know that they always have the cleaning solution and paper towels on stock and I don’t have to worry about not finding any to clean the machines because they always have them stocked up! I always see Alejandro cleaning throughout his shift. The restroom and the whole gym cleanness’s is immaculate! He is every well known with customer due to his phenomenal service.

JOIN NOW FOR JUST $1 the sign proudly proclaims. Not so fast, shipmates. Actually - according to their website - Startup Fee $1; Monthly Dues $10 ; Annual Fee $39. Add all that up for 12 months and it comes out to about $173.20 including tax. So why did they want to charge me $215.xx for the same exact thing? The answer IS - I don't know. And neither did the lady (staffer) who was advising me. She finally asked some guy at the counter and he said there was another $20 or so for something or other, I don't remember what. The staffer didn't know about that fee and it's certainly not listed on their website. Still doesn't add up to the $215 and change. AND! this cheaper plan is the only plan you can pay a year in advance for, and pay for with a credit card, according to the staffer. On the $22.99 plan you cannot pay a year in advance, or pay with a credit card. They will only debit your checking account on a monthly basis. Why are they so bent on taking it directly from a checking account? AND! what makes the difference if you pay by the month or by the year? AND! what does it actually cost to join? I think we can rule out one dollar. I don't trust any place that advertises one price and charges another. Especially if they have my credit card or bank account numbers. But that's just me. So, I wouldn't join even if it were free. Proceed with caution friends and neighbors.

The place seems clean and neat, however any question I have for the staff, even for a simple answer such as “will my card be charged next month if I cancel now?” they need to check in with their manager.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Tru Fit! The yoga classes are incredibly well-structured, with skilled instructors who create a calming and supportive environment for all levels. The personal training sessions are top-notch—my trainer is highly knowledgeable, tailoring each session to my fitness goals and ensuring I’m progressing safely and effectively. The gym is not bad, installations are good and the trainings and classes are good but the managers constantly try to push you into purchasing more expensive packages. I come from using local gyms and I decided to give a try to a chain but it was not pleasant. The cancellation process its extremely inconvenient and I had to pay an extra monthly fee and an annual fee due to their 30day cancellation policy which is ridiculously, now I have extra time access to a gym I didn’t wanted to attend anymore

I held my sister-in-law’s bridal shower here and it went so beautifully! I cannot commend how amazing everyone was enough. From the food to the staff, to working with Carlos, it was all so perfect! The location was beautiful as well! Carlos really worked with me to get the party tailored to our vision. Giving us enough time & freedom to set up for the party. Anything I needed he provided, and did it quickly! The staff was so attentive and anything anyone needed they were quick to provide and even helping us down to packing up our vehicles. The food was so good and the chef even came & checked on everyone. If you’re looking for a place to hold an event, Coronado country club will not disappoint!

I would say Coronado takes good advantage of the view of the Franklin Mountain, while I was impressed by the course design itself. Pretty much all the fairways are straight ahead, though a bit up and down hills, played here in December, so the grass and trees are yellow, another beauty of the season. In the back 9, you'll get to see the layers of Franklin Mountain from top down, which you don't get to enjoy when playing at other El Paso's courses.

I love Everything Orange Theory has to offer, the service and the people. The environment is great. The coaches are motivating and help you succeed and you actually get a work out in, I have a gym membership and even though I go workout I don’t push myself as the coaches do at Orange Theory. They have different workouts from strength training and cardio, Weights TRX ropes set workouts that change and target different muscles 🧡 the plus is the showers and vanity’s and lockers. The apps tracks all data the heart monitor you wear during your workout collects and you stay motivated at all times each workout shows the information and it’s backed up by science.

One of the best decisions I made regarding my health! For years I've joined a variety of gyms, and although they were all great at first, as soon as the novelty wore off, I'd get bored and stopped going. Orange Theory has been the complete opposite! It's been almost 3 years since I first joined, and I STILL find each class as exciting, motivating, challenging as the 1st. You feel a positive vibe as soon as you walk in. Whether it's the coaches or SA greeting you by your name, or seeing a new friend you met there, you instantly feel motivated to earn those splats. The cherry on top? At 43 years old, I'm in the BEST shape I've EVER been!

Having a coach should mean exactly that- someone to guide you and explain the workout. I had a terrible experience with coach Devon. Everyone else at this location was very kind to me and it’s it unfortunate that I now do not feel comfortable going to this location. As I said being a coach should mean exactly that- If a customer has a question regarding the workout they should feel confident asking without being talked down to. OT is very expensive and working out can be a vulnerable experience. I, myself had an issue during a workout when asking about the rower. I am not familiar with that piece of equipment, except at OrangeTheory. When I asked for help, Coach Devon did not help explain to me how to do the exercise and told me I was “overthinking it” -when in reality I just was confused about her direction and had no clue what I was suppose to be doing. After a weird exchange where I attempted to understand what to do I ended up leaving mid-workout, crying, because I felt discouraged and uncomfortable. I sincerely hope that the coach learns that not everyone has the confidence in the machines or the workouts. I hope that other gym goers do not get talked down to as I did. The desk staff at this location is very kind- as were the other coaches. However, I’d say if you do not know how to use the equipment, if you are new the workouts, or just have anxiety (like myself) don’t go- or make sure you schedule with a coach that will make you feel confident and comfortable. The desk staff and other coaches are great, but it’s a huge limitation if you don’t feel safe working out with every coach. Limiting your workouts to certain coaches is nearly impossible and is a huge issue if you choose this expensive gym. ** coach Syd did call and talk to me about this situation and I was very appreciative of her doing that. I don’t believe in removing a review, because this did happen. But I think if I went back to this location they would have been respectful to me. This location is very organized and clean. As I said previously, the rest of the staff is very professional and friendly.

I LOOOOVE MY GYM. I have found a place where I can focus, accomplish my personal goals, not feel intimidated by the members or the equipment and waste time waiting on it to be available… you go in, give it your all for one hour and you are done! The best part is having a coach guiding and motivating you to excel, once you start seeing the results the famous phrase becomes reality: You are are stronger than you think you are!

If you’re going to take your child to get taught how to swim, DO NOT take classes with Halle. She’s unfortunately far from a “teacher”, doesn’t pay much attention to your child, is very concerned with her own swim cap, loves to leave your child unattended while she swims underwater, has inappropriate conversations with other instructors about what she saw on FB and has no set structure to learning how to swim. Don’t expect to get greeted on the first visit or have your child get greeted and spoken to about what is about to occur. It was an absolute nightmare. Didn’t even finish the entire course as that’s how frustrating and dangerous it was. Stay away.

Desiree gave us a great tour today. We were very pleased with what the facility has to offer. When we returned to the front desk we also met Kevin. Both Desiree and Kevin were very professional and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyable fitness activities. One suggestion. Consider opening the indoor pool for a couple if hours a week for swimming, especially in the winter

I have attended here for a few years and have noticed a decline in services offered to paying members. Pool hours were recently decreased to late afternoon and no morning option for swimming laps outdoors. Classes are cancelled without notice to members which is a huge inconvenience. The feeling is like the members experience is not important or does it matter.

The instructors are passionate in what they do and you can see that. The studio is very welcoming for all. I am so excited to take my next class because of what I will learn or strengthen next. I like to come here for more accurate body fat measurements since they use an ultrasound machine to measure it. Not too expensive at $30 but much more accurate than those electronic pulse machines you find at supplement stores. Sometimes their equipment needs to be recalibrated but that's the only fault I see. They offer other outpatient treatments as well and keep a doctor on call. This is great because I had an allergic reaction during one visit and he helped a lot.

I've had memberships at other gyms and even had some online training plans. The difference here is what works best for me. The trainers keep me motivated, positively reinforce progress no matter how small, and correct and guide me when I need to adjust my mechanics when doing a movement incorrectly. I've never been one to look forward to working out, but these guys have definitely changed that. They learn your name and greet you each time. Prices are reasonable considering how much each component would cost you individually. It's up to you to take advantage of what is offered with your plan. If you stay consistent, you'll see and feel the changes in a matter of a few months.

As someone who travels 10 months out of the year for work, finding a great local gym can be very challenging. Biometrix had an awesome, helpful staff and the gym itself was brand new, super clean, and very easy to navigate. I highly recommend doing a training session with Rene - I thought I was in great shape but Rene proved me wrong. The quick circuit training session left me sweaty and feeling like I definitely knocked out a great workout. My abs are on fire today - something I don't always experience with my normal routines. Check this gym out if you're looking to be bikini ready by summertime!

Highly unprofessional: Front desk staff has an immense amount of attitude. Specially the nurse named Victoria, who is highly unaware of everything and anything; she doesn’t even know how to properly greet someone on the phone. They highly lack communication skills and customer service skills. Front desk staff is extremely unwelcoming with a twisted sense of sarcasm. Doctors are constantly leaving and not staying with the company as well as trainers and other staff. All due to the temperament and highly unprofessionalism that is brought to the company by Alexander Catucci, who had the audacity to raise his voice and try to talk me down for asking a question that his own employees couldn’t answer. By the way they tell everyone in town that their testosterone levels are down. Their trainers don’t look like trainers, they look like they themselves need trainers. The gym is extremely small with no major purpose. Overall biometrix has no other purpose rather than try and stay afloat while they keep loosing clients and staff continuously. Sending petty messages to their old customers telling them “they miss them” and offering free blood work or free gym memberships in order to gain them back. Because well business is not going anywhere but down.

Been a member at anytime fitness ( in another state) previously, went in to inquire about membership pricing and was greeted by an employee who seemed like she really did not want to be there. No emotion in her voice whatsoever and didn’t really seem to care if I joined or not. Didn’t offer to show me around the gym or ask me about myself at all. Again, didn’t really seem to want to make a sale. I was given 2 membership options and and absolutely zero room to negotiate. If you want to have a gym people want to be at, try making potential members feel like they are wanted. Go to the other anytime or a different gym. EDIT: this gym was super responsive and did their best to make me feel valued. Changed to 5 stars
