Best Gym near El-mirage, Arizona

Love love love Woodlands Elite! So many great people from the owners to the athletes to the coaches! Super family vibe! Beautiful facility and the siblings corner is a life saver! They know what they’re doing 💯!!!!! Editing to add that my daughter also had her 6th birthday here and everything was amazing!!! Top notch and my daughter loved it!!! I kept hearing every kid say it was the best day ever! 🫶

Our kiddo had an amazing time at their first open gym! It is refreshing to be at a brand new facility that is well run and HUGE! Glad that they are here and we’ll be back for private lessons and group training along with the open mat nights.

Awesome anytime fitness location! Often times we are the only ones here in the morning. Equipment is clean and well set up, smaller than other location gyms but they have everything that you need here and nice showers/bathrooms. They also have good music playing. Since the last time we were here they have made some updates in terms of modernizing the place and repainting, love to see the improvements!!

Terrible company overall - do not sign on with them! They will impose unreasonable criteria in their agreements and enforce them to every minute detail to extort you for your money. Not to mention many locations charge far more than other gyms and have less equipment.

I love this location, it’s small but they’ve got everything you need. I come every time I’m in Surprise. Also they’ve got a super cool plate loaded hamstring curl. 10/10 leg days here. investing in a hack squat at some point in the future would be awesome, and would really make this place stand out

Tricked me into signing the year long contract even when I explicitly said I don’t want that one as I will not be living here for a full year. Admittedly it is partly my fault perhaps for not reading the contract as intently as I could have, but I breezed through it after being assured by the associate it was not the year long term but one that I could cancel at any time. Upon trying to cancel the person working there said I had to deal with the person who signed me up because he didn’t make that mistake. When I asked why he couldn’t do it as he is a representative of the company he gave no valid response. He was extremely abrasive and wildly unhelpful offering little to no solutions. When I brought up that this is terrible customer service he told me he does not work in customer service, which does not make sense to me since he was sitting at the desk, in the office, for customers to walk up to. To be clear he was not a trainer but someone actually staffing the desk. Overall terrible experience. Do not recommend at all. Just get an Eos membership down the road and save yourself the headache

I got a membership here with a man named Michael. He was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. The gym is the perfect size with all the right equipment and very clean. I really like the cozy environment and the fact that Michael is always friendly and helpfull.
