Well guided and peaceful yoga center. Individual attention given, no competition

Not enough equipment. Only one spot to deadlift. Two squat racks and only two bench racks. Dumbbells are always taken and machines are average. I do not recommend going to this gym. Way too many people given the size of the gym.

Gym has most of the equipment you need. Music choices are poor though. Whoever in charge of the music should really change it to something that will get me pumped for the workout.

Packed and not all equipments were available, the weight lifting area need to renovated to make it bigger.

Friendly staff, low-key clientele. Music not too loud, so if you don't like their choice that day, it's easy to ignore.
