Hidden gem and we like it like that. Snuggled back in the Walmart shopping area next to the Boro Beer. Great "old school" feel. Crossfit, powerlifting, bodybuilding or what ever exercise choice you may have, this place has it all. 24 hour access, easy parking, clean establishment, red light salt sauna and hell, they sell eggs. Pretty sure my recommendation for a sushi bar is coming soon. 43 years training, 33 yrs personal training and have owned 3 gyms myself, this place is a must. Never crowded, always open and did I say they sell eggs(; (Sushi bar to be continued.)

Great facility and excellent pricing. I'm glad a found a 24/7 gym that's reasonably priced in boro.

Went to a banquet there recently. Facility is very nice. The food was good. Overall nice event!!!!!
