Integrated Care Concepts and Consultation offers a multitude of health and wellness solutions, one of those being a Sound Bath class. I will admit I was a bit skeptical before trying this class, but with encouragement from a friend who swears by it, I reached out, they took my insurance, and I attended my first class. It was definitely not my last! Julie, who runs the class and plays the crystal bowls, has such a kind, nurturing voice and manner. She is skilled at what she does and is happy to explain the science behind it to those interested in learning after the class. The feelings the various sounds produce are indescribable, but you leave feeling fresh and invigorated, and dare I say healed? Thank you ICC and Julie for the amazing experience. I recommend it to all who need some balance in their lives. Your soul will thank you!

Our family was going through a very difficult time and we realized that we needed help. ICCC was suggested to us through a counselor and it was the best decision we made. The mental health team was phenomenal in helping us work through the issues with each of us individually. Tailoring the care to our specific family. The financial team worked to help us pay for it in a way that work for us. We loved their mix of holistic and medical to help care for us. Truly a skilled group of mental health doctors, nurses, counselors and so much more.

Larry is by far one of the best therapists I have ever met in my life. He is gentle, kind, warm, loving, patient, understanding, and non-judgmental. He makes everyone feel welcome and validated. I cannot recommend him or this facility highly enough.

One of the first things I noticed was how spotless everything is. From the common areas to the training spaces, every corner is clean and well-kept. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. The staff does an amazing job maintaining a hygienic and safe environment, which is so important, especially for the kids. Absolutely impressed!

Very professional team for boys gymnastics

Miss Mare's All About Dance is an amazing studio! My daughter started there last year when she was 2 and she absolutely loves the Tap & Ballet class! I also enrolled her in the 8 week summer Hip Hop program that she loved as well! The teachers are fun, energetic and very skilled at what they do! I highly recommend the studio to anyone looking to get their child into dance. I have know the owner Maryann for years (she actually taught me when I was young when she was just starting out as an instructor). The pricing is affordable and the schedules are great for working parents. My daughter LOVES Miss Mare's!!!
