I have been a member of WoPro for a few years and it has been a great experience. It's not just a gym. From the personal attention from the Coaches to make sure you have proper form during workouts to checking in to see how they can help with meal plans and your overallwellness sets them apart. They offer different classes with different workouts so you don't get bored. I love how there are morning classes and evening classes. With my work schedule, it makes it convenient. The community is strong and fun!

The staff and community is awsome and push you to your limit to reach those goals. If u have trouble working out on your own this is the place to come. Nothing but motivation to do better.

My biggest biggest struggle when it comes to fitness is accountability and showing up. With the amazing coaches the classes are so fun, coming here is no challenge at all. The coaches are super helpful, very friendly, and have so much information. I love it

They offer a great strength training routine that includes core exercises between sets. The trainers are dedicated, knowledgeable, and patient in teaching me the correct form, and they push me to my limits during workouts. The atmosphere at Powerhouse is motivating and uplifting, and I particularly enjoy my morning workouts there. I've seen significant improvements in my body and nutrition, and I've also formed great friendships that continue to motivate me on my fitness journey. I have been a member of many gyms throughout my life but never have I looked forward to working out like I do at Powerhouse. It’s like circuit training/ weight training and it is all done in a group. Plus it’s like having your own personal trainer. The staff are so welcoming and friendly! From what I can see, the members love it too!

I like this little gym. I don't have to deal with crowds, people taking pictures and videos when they should be just working out. I would get anxiety going to 24hr fitness and planet fitness. I go to the Duarte fitness center and feel comfortable working out.

The pool is outdoors. There are *eight* lanes, and they ensure that lap swimmers have at least half a lane. (They give everyone a maximum of 45 minutes to swim. If you come when lanes are full, you have only to wait until others leave.) Most remarkable of all, if you're a senior, it's only a dollar a swim! :-)

Very kind front desk people. A good community feel at this fitness center and lifeguards are diligent.

Went swimming for the first time. Didn't know what to do or bring but, a gentleman named Andy was very nice and helped me out. Be prepared if you go swimming the pool has alot of chlorine in it.

Worth the visit and the price. Private gym vibes. Dopest gym. Recovery tools like cryo, cold plunge, and sauna... brand new spot, new equipment, beautiful art on the walls, and great people who train there. Lots of glute machines for the ladies. Power racks, cables, dumbbells, and every major piece of equipment needed to train hard. Frankie, the owner is a great dude. Chill vibe and clean. Always great energy.

The gym owner's passion for the facility is evident; it appears to have been meticulously designed to reflect his personal vision. The gym itself is more so focused on strength traning, equipment are in impeccable shape and well-maintained.

Perfect gym for anybody that wants to get into fitness or wants to take their fitness to the next level. The owner Frankie is very knowledgeable and this place offers amenities like no other gym I’ve seen. Really a one stop shop for working out and recovery.
