Was here for a birthday party today. The kids all had a good time. However, I didn't know the rules for a child wearing a swimmie. The life guard could NOT have been more rude! Everyone around me couldn't believe how she spoke to me.AND she was blowing her whistle at my granddaughter for her to get out .... SHE'S 4!! I understand they have rules...but holy cow man. SHE WAS DOWNRIGHT rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. It was enough to say I'd NEVER recommend this facility!

Very poor experience with the swim program. Program is disorganized for beginner lessons. Started a class for toddlers that had 10 students to one teacher. Withdrew my child from the program and repeatedly asked for a refund, only to be told they only provide credits. Look for another place to take your child for swim lessons if you want them to actually learn and be safe doing it.

They are doing a remodel at the moment,so not fair to rate surroundings at this time. Friendly staff, great flexible hours(as long as schools in session) and large gymnasium for those who like to play basketball. Pool was always kept clean, and that staff was awesome and very helpful ( lifegaurds)

Have been a member on/off for over 10 years. Mostly they just take my money for very little in return because, as other people have mentioned, there is very little pool availability outside of work hours. They cater to the swim (multiple/ all year long) teams and the general public is out in the cold. That being said the non-pool areas are a bit dated but clean, and in good working order.

This place is an absolute gem. A great facility with much to offer. The pool is fantastic. Been a member for some time now but wish I would have found this place 10 years ago.

You cannot beat the fact they are open 24/7. I really appreciate that since I like to workout at midnight. Lee and Art are always on top of the cleanliness of the place. Some people like to complain about nothing. Also they have a terrific personal trainer by the name of Tyler. Extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and physical fitness. The people that work out here are very courteous such as for example the sharing of the gym equipment. I would rate this place 6 stars if I could.

Do not go to this gym, they don't give monthly invoice or billing statements, charge ridiculous fees without stating a reason and never return phone calls. I called them and left a message asking why I got charged an extra $40 dollars one month and never received a call back. 5 months go by and I receive a letter from creditor saying I owe them $550 dollars on top of what i already payed, once again without reason. I paid in full up to that overcharge and would like a reason. Reported to the BBB.

I was a member for 5 years and I am giving them a low review. I cancelled solely due to moving and it being inconvenient to drive 25+ minutes to work out when I live in a different town now. You'd think they would be a little nicer when you were a paying member for this long. I went in-person 3 days before next months bill was due thinking I could just cancel. They said because of the way they bill I'd have to pay next month too. In order to avoid next month's payment I was told the cancelling needs to be greater than 5 days before the next billing date. The part which aggravates me most is that I called almost a whole month prior to this to inquire about cancelling and was simply told I could cancel anytime and just return the fob to them. No 5+ day advance notice being needed to avoid more bills was mentioned then at all. I was offered no refund or apology right before I walked out for the last time. I was simply told I'd get billed again due to their billing system and that was that. This gym should have told me on the phone about cancelling in advance to avoid an additional payment when I inquired about how to cancel a month ago.

Great gym! One of the cleanest facilities I've ever been to! The staff treats you like family and if you ever have a question they are quick to respond. The extra money I spend on the membership makes up for the gas I would spend going anywhere else as well as my own time getting there. Check it out! They have everything you need for a full body workout!

Pretty great gym. Always like seeing heavier dumbbells. My usual only goes up to 110.

Great powerlifting gym, with extremely friendly lifters. The gym has multiple owners, all of whom are very familiar with today's top training techniques

Like an old fashioned powerlifting gym that has a patina that just gets the testosterone flowing. And their little program for 24 hour access is really helpful because of my work schedule.

I love this place. Drew is a great teacher, and the students are also great. Every class is challenging and full of learning. Students get individual attention and detailed answers to questions. The mats are safe and clean. The atmosphere is fun yet hard-working. I can’t wait for the lesson plan to be posted each week to see what we’ll be learning.

Mid-level instruction at ridiculous prices. Ended up going to one of the gyms in bloom and the coaching was at a much higher level and the membership almost half the cost.

My older 5 year old son is enrolled in the children's program. The instructors Jason and Cody are wonderful with all the kids. The environment is very safe and encouraging. My son is excited to attend the hour long class. He is gaining more self confidence, and we enjoy hearing him describe the new skills he is learning. Overall, we are very pleased to have such a resource here in Danville.

Was looking for a Jiu Jitsu gym on this side of state college for my sons. Joined about three weeks ago and extremely happy with Reflex. Very professional, clean and excellent tutorials and physical instruction to build a solid foundation. Phenomenal choice if looking for a practical martial arts studio to build a strong self defense foundation . Great work guys!

Our children are 8 and joined this gym a couple months ago. Its all they talk about now! Jason and Cody do an amazing job and are able to keep 12 kids aged 5 to 12 intertained for an hour while simultaneously providing excellent instruction... not an easy feat. They incorporate fun and games into serious instruction and teaching of life skills. I can really see how the kids are growing not only in their grappling abilities, but also their respect for the gym and discipline in learning the juijitsu art form. I would recommend any parent who wants their child to learn self defense, gain personal confidence and just have a great time to come see what it's all about.
