The place needs better maintenance and regular cleaning. There is only a single smith machine and it’s very much broken with pieces missing and loose pegs making it unsafe to rack with weights. It’s been mentioned to the staff multiple times within a few months but, no fixes. The dumbbells are always missing. And it seems like there is no fixing or replacing broken or missing equipments as time goes and things get used. Compared to other LA fitness I am coming from, this is one of the worst places I have been to.

First of all for the cost , broken equipment and no AC Def doesn't make for a good experience. Getting back to working out dealing with membership issues out the gate. Staff and gym manager not equipped to deal with customers. No proper ab machine. High initiation cost for a outdated gym and equipment. Cut my arm in the bathroom because they drilled toilet paper into the other stall completely. I'm looking for a better cleaner option. Not worth it sad cause great location..

I planned to stay here for convience sake. But I’d hope to rely on your notice to open at 8am on Jan. 1. Well I got here at 8am and it’s 8:18 at the current moment, and over 20 members in their cars waiting. I’ve already seen many leave. I need a reliable Gym. LA Fitness has prime real estate, please invest in it.

I strongly advise you to avoid Esporta Fitness. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare.the equipment is old and broken, also They have stolen my money, and completely disregarded to solve the issue. When I first signed up for a personal trainer, I was clear with the sales representative, Jan Janev, that I only wanted a 4-month membership. She assured me that she would speak with the VP and get approval for that. After some time, she reached out to confirm that everything was set for the 4-month contract, which began on August 9th and was supposed to end November 9th. Fast forward to December 9th, I noticed a $360 charge on my card, even though my 4-month contract had long been completed. When I contacted the gym, they told me that Jan had been fired for scamming customers. Apparently, she had been telling people they had a 4-month contract, but secretly signed them up for 6 months. I provided proof and the messages showing Jan’s confirmation that the 4-month contract was approved by the VP. Despite this, the gym refused to listen and told me there was nothing they could do. I tried reaching out to the VP, Marcus, multiple times, I requested a call back he didn’t call me back or anything for 3weeks. They offered me no solutions, and when I pressed them for answers, they simply shrugged it off and said, "Sorry you got scammed, but we can’t help you." On December 27th, I went to speak with someone higher up, hoping to resolve this. I waited in front of the office for 20 minutes. Instead of meeting me directly, the staff just kept going back and forth between the manager and me. Ultimately, they told me that not only would they not refund my money, but I would also have to pay an additional $180 buyout if I wanted to leave. They offered me a $75 refund, which is not even half of the money they took from me. This is unacceptable. Esporta Fitness has shown complete disregard for their customers. They are liars, scammers, and very unprofessional, and unwilling to resolve any issues. I’ve heard from other members that they’ve had similar experiences. They take advantage of people and clearly have no respect for their customers or their contracts. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a gym. There are plenty of gyms that actually care about their members and honor their commitments. I will never be coming back to Esporta and I encourage anyone reading this to avoid them at all costs.

As with other reviewers I am leaving this gym a sub-5 star review dor the same reasons. However, my critique of others leaving their thoughts is that, as a business owner, 1-star reviews are and should be reserved for establishments that literally get almost everything wrong. This gym absolutely does not and has potential. Every time I come in the staff is friendly, and there are employees cleaning every morning and often, in the evening as well. The equipment selection is solid and the gym is very spacious. The negative aspects to this gym are not in the lack of LA's ability to keep the place clean, but moreso the attitude of the average gym goer here. This is one of the busiest gyms I've ever been to, and the real issue is the etiquette, which is absolutely atrocious. 80% of people in here look like they didn't even come to work out, and you'll find a lot of standing around, looking at phones, leaving trash everywhere, and leaving all of their weights out. The amount of weight left on machines or dumbbells left elsewhere is unbelieavable. I've found dumbbells sitting in the sauna before. While this gym really is a good place for a solid workout, the crowd here is horribly unfriendly as a whole and it does not feel like a real gym. It screams commercial gym with the poor etiquette. Overall this brings it to a 2 or 3 in my book. I've had a lot of great workouts at this location, so I'm leaning with 3.

The 1 Fitness is a professional, top-notch quality gym. It not only does the job getting me into shape, but also delivers an overall experience that you won't find anywhere else. Provides a true sense of community with their great staff that makes you feel truly welcome. And the owner, Shane Facemyer, is one of the nicest, most genuine, knowledgeable people in the industry. Keep it up guys!

The attention to detail at The 1 Fitness is unmatched. Everything about this place is first class. The personal training, the atmosphere, the professionalism, the competitiveness, the vibes, the positivity, the leadership, the people, the overall experience... you name it, it's at The 1 Fitness. The classes are very complex; I would recommend any of the trainers. They are all top-notch. As far as the facility is concerned, when you walk in, it doesn't feel like Columbus, OH. From a design and atmosphere perspective, these guys knocked it out of the park. You gotta check this place out.

I love everything about this gym. It’s absolutely gorgeous and the community is so much fun! All four trainers are extremely qualified and really push me to my fullest potential. I actually look forward to working out here. My motivation is at an all time high and I feel great. Special shout out to Shane! He’s completely changed my perspective on working out.

The grand opening experience gave me a glimpse at all of the available trainers, each had their own style and were encouraging, motivating and knowledgeable. I came because I was a member when all of the trainers worked together at Lifetime and I have witnessed them helping hundreds of people over a course of the 2 years I was a member there. They definitely know what they are doing. Definitely will be back!

This gym would be awesome if- the other half of the cardio equipment actually worked, the plates on all of the weight cables didnt stick everytime, and the cables didnt get caught on the track creating a complete imbalance in resistance, especially on the lat pulls and cable rows. The equipment needs help and i want to love it.

I loved this gym the most out of the 4 gyms i’ve been a member of. It’s clean, you always see the same ppl, never crowded, the staff is super nice, locker room is great and people don’t steal, female hygiene is included in the bathroom. Though it’s price is high it’s worth it for me!

Great atmosphere, great equipment. A strong person's gym!! The radio isnt great so bring headphones. But the staff and members here are a very welcoming group of folks. A family if you stay long enough. The love in here is spectacular. My home away from home!!

Don't get me wrong, this is a good gym. Great equipment, clean, and good pricing. My biggest gripe is that it too clique-ish. Some people hoard the squat racks, deadlift platforms and benches. It gets super crowded after 4 and no one has good gym manners. Plus, cancelling is a joke. Called to cancel my membership, they ended mine but was still taking money out for my wife who was add on. Heather is the assistant manager at the Reynoldsburg location. She is always going above and beyond to make the gym welcoming. She keeps the woman’s room clean along with the equipment. I love how she is so involved with the members, and keeps a smile even through the long hours she is working almost everyday of the week!

This is my opinion. The staff are professional and have a sense of customer service. They do their best to manage the facility and provide assistance to the customers when needed. Cleanliness in the bathroom needs serious help and in need of additional equipment. That is the reason for the 4 stars. The classes they offer are phenomenal and have good leaders. Another issue I have are some of the people that go there to workout. They like to sit on their cell phones and talk a lot. I like intensity and high energy. I think the staff should warn people that are doing this. This is only my opinion and I would recommend Crunch for anyone looking for a gym and the cost is reasonable.

I've been at crunch for 15+ years and never really had any issues. Most of the staff is really nice. They recently closed Kid's Crunch with hardly any notice. But before that happened, on several random days, it would be closed without any notice. I went to downgrade my membership because they no longer offer a service that I'm paying for. They charged me $10 to downgrade. I joined the gym bc of the benefits it used to provide, now I'm paying because THEY can't provide them....it's ridiculous. While I'm downgrading, I'm also learning that neither of the massage chairs are working...yall need to do better.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The staff and management is really nice and friendly this has nothing to do with them. I’ve been to several crunches outside of this one recently and why does every other crunch have better and updated equipment compared to this one? The whole “gym renovation” felt like a slap in the face. The gym made it seem like it was getting a desperately needed makeover. What are we paying dues for and the yearly fee for? I used to really enjoy this gym. You moved machines around that was about it. Other Crunch’s I’ve been to have saunas, multiple class studios, and more/better equipment. I would be willing to pay more $$ a month if this gym got an ACTUAL renovation.

From day one they have been super pleasant. The staff is always making sure it is clean and sanatized. What I also appreciate is that after people get done with the equipment they wipe it down.
