This employee/manager doesn't even work out, he doesn't know what it's like to lift/exercise until failure with heavy weights. I squat 8 plates of 45lbs. I always do my pr and it's normal for people to make reasonable loud noises. This person doesn't understand what it's like to work out with heavy weights, it's been 3 times that they try to intimidate and interrupt my work outs. I have 3 witnesses that agree with me about this manager who doesn't know anything about gym. I would like to get in contact with the boss by phone or email so he is aware how the manager is running the gym (running it the wrong way). A lot of people at the gym tell me I am one of the only ones who lift heavy and doing it correctly, and the manager still has the courage to send other employees to interrupt my exercises. When I signed up to planet fitness I showed a video of me lifting to the employees to ask about the noise if it would be a problem and they said it's not but they interrupt my exercises almost everyday. I hope I can speak to the boss please. Thank you if you are reading this comment.

I love this place, it's like a family. They take such good care in cleaning and upkeep. The staff is amazing with such great attitudes. If you fear the gym, I would suggest you try here, they will definitely make you feel at home

By far the worst one in Columbus! I've been there 4 times and was only greeted once with a full staff talking to each other. Lots of mean mugging,never see anyone cleaning the place! The energy is off! HORRIBLE

Edit: love the new and improved updates. The new tanning beds are very nice at Milgen! Always clean and a joy. Milgen Rd and Manchester have slightly different equipment so getting a black card and going to both is recommended. Milgen is slightly bigger, but both are equally busy it seems.

Nice old school style gym. Has vintage hard to find equipment. Best for powerlifting and general weightlifting. Also, great for travellers. Mr. Eddie Kroupa provides excellent customer service and treats customers with care. Charges $10 a day for non-members.

I have been a member with Body Evolution for almost 5 years, I believe. Mary Cane and her husband, Jamie, are the ones who opened this gym years ago, and I've loved my experience! Since the new owners, Chelsea and Matt have taken over, they have brought this establishment to new, exciting levels! They have taken Mary's vision of an old-school "hot box" gym and added their own updated, fun spin on it! I use Matt Bjorson as my trainer! He is amazing and the gym itself is awesome as well! Everything you need to seriously work out! No fillers here!!! I highly recommend this gym and this trainer if you are serious about getting in shape or furthering your weight abilities in general !

This is a great gym. All the staff are nice and friendly and knowledgeable. It's an old school gym, where you go to get and stay in shape. They have great machines and free weights. They all ways updating the equipment. The people that you meet are nice and kind. Everyone, Are friendly and helpful. Made serval new friends. Can't recommend enough.

Someone finally took the time to cut and clean the park. It's a beautiful place to walk and eat lunch in the evenings.

My daughter and I was a member of a bigger gym chain before joining 4.0 fitness 2 months ago. We decided to switch because we was looking for a gym little more intimate. The staff is wonderful. Everyone members/staff is very friendly and helpful. They really do care about you continuing on with your journey and succeeding. In the 2 months journey I've lost 24.4 lbs with my drive and persistent need to succeed. I really feel I couldn't have done this without 4.0 fitness. When you are struggling they're on the sideline encouraging you to push through. When I was going to the big gym chain I didn't see results like this. My daughter is the typical 13 yr old. She wanted to lose weight but didn't want to work for it. She gave Coach T and I attitude/looks etc. In 2 months she has lost 10.6 lbs. She's seeing her clothes fitting different and she's feeling herself. I see a new self confidence in her and I'm loving it. I would recommend 4.0 fitness to anyone young and old.

I started the month of October and I’m still here, I’ve been here going on for eight months almost a year and my body have completely transformed and I like how I feel when I’m done working out. you going to sweat and you going to burn but that’s the results that you want.

Today I started a journey to a healthy fit lifestyle. Coach T was awesome. He was patient, friendly and easy to communicate with. The environment was relaxed not crowded with work out equipment. Coach T's body is amazing and I hope to gain the same results. The fee for personal training is fair as well. I will definitely recommend Coach T at 4.0 fitness to anyone.

I love LOVE this gym!!! Coach T designs meal plans and workout exercises tailored JUST FOR YOU!!! The vibe is real when you walk into this place and it becomes contagious!! Everyone motivates each other as we praise our efforts and accomplishments!! Everyone is like family as we bond over sweaty palms and tired bodies.. As this gym has become therapeutic, a necessity, and a joy in my life, I wish I could rate it higher!

Truck driver here. Place is large with lot of free weights and a huge lot to park in. Guy is super awesome and hospitable great atmosphere. If your hanging at the truck stops just drive over here and lift you know you need it plus tons of food in the area.

The “coaches” in the childcare after school program are not equipped or knowledgeable in managing children without screaming and making small kid behaviors into big displays of unnecessary drama. If slamming a broom stick across a desk to get kids attention is their best option, perhaps a whistle could be provided? The broom method scared my kid and made several others cry on MANY occasions. Unfortunately this is only one example of what’s amiss in there. We won’t be back here to utilize the child care program.

I do water aerobics there. It is a nice clean pool. Parking for handicap available but usually filled up. Need to arrive an hour early for water aerobics in order to find parking and get a ticket for the class. It fills up fast.

Firstly, the staff are super nice and the place is clean. However, the free weight room has a bad smell. Additionally, the free weights and equipment in that room appear to be dated, possibly from the same era when Arnold Schwarzenegger was weightlifting. We constantly had to clean our hands due to the rust on these items. Moreover, there is only one squat rack available, which takes up most of the room. It would be more convenient if there were two regular squat racks instead. Unfortunately, the one we have is an Olympic-style rack that often requires a 45-minute wait time. This gym is in desperate need of updates and, as paying members, it feels like we are being poorly served, especially considering the raise in rates and the competition in the area now.

My son took swimming lessons at 5 years old. I was very pleased. I enrolled my son to attend the day camp for the Christmas Break. When I picked him up on the first day, he told me that another child had smashed his water bottle on the ground. It was broken. None of the counselors informed me about the incident. When I spoke to them about it, they knew exactly who the child was. They acted as though it wasn’t a big deal. I could not believe that they didn’t think destruction of property was not a problem. I asked that they speak with the other child’s parent to see if they would replace the broken water bottle. No one ever followed up so I contacted the director. She told me that she would follow up with me but I never heard anything back. Consequently, I do not feel comfortable leaving my son at this facility unless I can be there with him the entire time.

Very convenient. I like dropping kids off to kid care while I work out. Front desk staff are not happy greeters, but the pool staff are friendly.
