Best Gym near Clementon, New-jersey

Always clean and staff is nice. I always go during off peak hours, so I'm not sure how it is when it is packed, but whenever I'm there, I can always go straight to the machines I want to use.

All staff is great they are all hard workers place is spotless clean …… Only complaint could use upgrade on equipment old and run down compared to the equipment at the newer locations big difference

This is probably one of the best PF in the country. I travel a lot and have been to at least 60 - 70 PF’s across the country, so I can confidently say that with my chest. Currently there are other locations closer to me but although I have tried them a couple times I always end up back here and that is solely because of the employees. They are seriously the most hard working gym employees I’ve ever seen. You go to other clubs and you see just a completely different work ethic. The crew here is on another level, everything is consistently spotless, from the bathroom and showers to the equipment. They are literally never just relaxing, they are always cleaning something or helping guests. Even the temperature inside the gym is consistently perfect. Like I said I’ve been to every PF in the area and I can confidently say that if you want to grow your other locations just take each team member here and give them their own club. Even outside of the gym industry you just don’t see employees that care or take their job seriously these days, if you are in a position of higher management at PF and see this don’t sleep on the girls and guys here at this location, they all deserve a raise/ promotion.

This gym has enough equipment for many people to use. There's plenty of cleaning liquid and paper towels to clean the equipment before and after use. It's great that you can see on the app if there are a lot of people at the gym at any given time. I also appreciate that there's exercise routines and meal plans on the app. Overall this is a great gym.

I visited Planet Fitness for information about the Silver Fit program from Cigna for my mom and received outstanding assistance from Ryleigh. She cheerfully verified my mom’s eligibility, helped her get set up with the app, and scheduled us to meet with a personal trainer. The trainer will provide an orientation tour of the facility and offer workout instructions. Ryleigh’s friendly and helpful attitude made the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Lots of design flaws at this location. First off all the ladies locker room smells atrocious. There’s clearly a sewage problem. The bathroom entrance is completely open and the entire gym can see into it. Stalls are ridiculously too small. I’m not even tall (5’2”) and my knees are touching the stall door. Also, the temperature in the gym is either working improperly or the ventilation is bad bc it seems muggy. I’m coming here bc the location closest to me closed without notice, and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I hate the no gym bag on the floor rule and they don’t make protein shakes, which I came to look forward from the other location. Overall, the gym has all the equipment you’d need for a good workout but it’s definitely lacking in these particular areas.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the past 40 years and Giant Fitness Clementon location is by far the best I’ve been a member of. Very clean and organized. Multiple machines and free weights so there’s no waiting. Expansive cardio area. Women’s area (Jersey Girls) alleviates over crowding and my wife loves it there. Very friendly staff. Restrooms are as new and cleaned daily. The manager Joe manages the gym the way it should be. I’ve been going 6-7 days a week since it first opened and I hope it stays this way.

Please don’t ever go out of business. This is what a gym should be. This establishment alone makes the other giant fitness locations look like garbage. I wish the other locations would turn theirs into this organized, clean, and good gym etiquette environment location. You won’t find a bunch of self absorbed teenagers and influencers here, mostly people who genuinely want to work out and are passionate about fitness.

just opened and I literally love it here. it’s not crowded at all (yet) I love the idea of Jersey girls, the pink all women’s side of Giant Fitness. it’s just great all the equipment is new and I feel super comfortable and motivated here

Fantastic gym!! Great equipment, very clean facility, clients who are there for serious workouts, and employees who are courteous and respectful make this a top notch fitness spot.

I just love this gym. I don’t understand why all the bad good reviews i understand everything on the agreement and I made sure my email was correct so I could read the agreement when I made it home. I understand that when it’s time to cancel I have to pay for 2 more months even if i don’t intend to use the facility. It’s actually pretty simple to understand. I’m looking forward to working out at the gym it’s very clean and quiet !

Husband and I went to try the 3 day free membership, we ended up signing up immediately, place was nice and clean. Great for us as we hate when gyms are crowded after 5-6pm! Dwayne helped us out and was great! I did ask him about canceling as I seen all the negative reviews, as any gym it does have a 60 day cancellation policy which is fine with us! Will update in a month!

I joined Urge Fitness almost two months ago and signed up for personal training. Dwayne has really helped me gain my motivation back! He listens to my needs in reaching my fitness goals. He takes his time and never rushes me through the workouts. I like the gym’s atmosphere, it’s quiet and really clean in there. The other staff members are also friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this gym to others.

Nowhere on the website did they clarify you had to be over 24 years old to get a tour and 3 day pass. Asked them would I still be able to potentially become a member even if I'm not 24, they said yes... just a little confused how Im able to sign up for a membership but not able to even do a tour or 3 day pass....tried to find this information on the website and couldn't find it at all...

I am a member here and also a Zumba instructor. My ladies are amazing and always give their all while engaging in a fun workout! I also thoroughly enjoy Rachel's beginners aerial yoga! She’s incredible! The benefits to this gym are top notch! Plenty of classes and great equipment and staff.

My son has attended this camp for a few years now, and we’ve always had a great experience. The new facility is beautiful and very inviting for children. My son especially enjoys the wide variety of activities and trips they offer. It’s a wonderful option for summer, keeping kids active and engaged during their break. Highly recommend!

Kidzercise has been a 2nd home to my kids! They’ve been going for the last 2 years now and LOVE it! Ms. Sybil is very organized and does a lot of exciting activities with the kids! She runs a great summer camp! The counselors are very nice and are great role models for the little ones. My kids don’t have any complaints at all :) Keep up the great work!

This camp is a great experience for my daughter. She has attended 2 summer seasons now and will return for a 3rd season. She enjoys the friends she has made and spending time with family (cousins that attend). The children stay busy with plenty or theme days / activities and trips. The new facility is beautiful and looks like a fun activity center and a great place to host a Birthday party 🥳.

This is the first year sending my kids to camp and we love it! I feel so safe with my kids here and know that they are taking care of! This camp keeps them so active it’s amazing! My children had such an eventful summer because of this camp! We will be here next year for sure!

My son has been going to Kidzercise for the past 2 summers and he absolutely loves it! He has built friendships that will last a lifetime. They have THE best trips for the kids and activities on non trip days! The new location is so nice and they have birthday parties too!

Best boxing gym I’ve ever been to. Great coaches and team mates. Great family type atmosphere. Best training I’ve ever had. Coach Dave and the team are very successfully getting me ready for me to fight pro. This gym has produced the next pound for pound best fighter in the world (Dylan price) and it’s completely packed with state, National and golden gloves champs. Everyone helping everyone. It’s a great place to be.

I am so impressed with the program they have in place here! Great structure and passion displayed in all the coaches. Very reasonable rates also. If you want expert training for reasonable rates this is the place to be. My son loves it here. World Class!

Coach Dave Price and family are dedicated and hands down the best boxing/gym experience I've encountered. Coach Dave is a no nonsense instructor, however knows how to keep it fun for the children, and adults.i would invite anyone to come see how the gym operates and understand how he operates.
