It has been 1 year now since I started attending Activate Fitness Academy. I was looking for a Fitness class to continue working on my right shoulder strengthening after completing 6 weeks of physical therapy. I met with Tona and Patricia and explained my short term goal and observed one of their sessions. The sessions were intense and they paid close attention, helping everyone who needed assistance with their form. They encourage you to work at your own pace and have modified several of my exercises allowing me to get conditioned. The progress I have made in 1 year is remarkable. I had not been in a gym or did any exercise in over 20 years. I can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable they are. I highly recommend Activate Fitness for anyone looking to get back in physical shape. Everyone needs some type of physical activity and Activate Fitness can provide what you are looking for.

The perfect place to work out at 🥰 activate fit academy is what you are looking for, the environment is awesome, the coaches are super friendly and are always there to help you they will guide you through everything. I love that they have different hours you can attend to and you can take your kids with you as long as they stay in the kids area so they won’t get hurt while you exercise. Excellent place to work out always clean and the environment is very positive. The instructors are very kind and caring. They are always looking out for everyone to make sure we are executing the exercises correctly.

Love this place! The trainer and all the ladies that attend there are very friendly and supportive, they always have a positive attitude. Classes vary so that keeps things interesting.
