Think before you sign up. They will charge you even after you cancel. Becky is a great trainer and also a great person. I had an issue with my spine and was not allowed to train so I had to cancel. I didn’t see the charge for few months and suddenly they’ve been charging. When I notice and try to reach, no one is available and no response to emails. I couldn’t dispute all my charges and they’ve been unethically charging for months with no services.

Avid kickboxer here. I tried signing up, was texting with the owner (he introduced himself as such) and scheduled an appointment 15 minutes before a class time he offered me. A couple of days later I receive a text asking if I am still interested in their classes, I respond back with I thought we already had a plan in place, he said that sometimes automated texts go out. I show up for our scheduled appointment and not only is the gym closed even though the hours on the schedule he provided me clearly stated they’re open, as well as the schedule on Google, but I text him letting him know I’m here, and I don’t even receive a text back. I go ahead and leave a voice message at the main number, no callback. I get it that schedule mess ups can happen, but to not respond to texts or calls is not only unprofessional, but it causes lack of trust that they provide the services they claim to provide.

I have been a member of CKO for the past ten years, and from the moment I joined, I found myself deeply engrossed in the experience. Do not Train here! Customer service is terrible. You will not get an email or anyone to talk to if need be. When you go in person, nobody can help with your problem because they are just there to teach a class. Worst experience I've had anywhere. Also 2 of the trainers were completely out of shape. There are a lot better places to workout than this place. Not to mention the place has a weird smell to it. Makes you nauseous. Do not train here! It's terrible. You'll get a good workout but for the price 87$. it's definitely not worth it in comparison to other places. It's small too. .bags are really close together where you are likely to bump someone working out with you. You dont feel like you got room to move.

This is a great workout, I bought a groupon deal for unlimited classes and it was so worth it. The instructors and staff are very friendly and guide you through the process. I cant wait to go back!
