Best Gym near Casa-grande, Arizona

Gym definitely not worth all the money you must pay to go there. Half the machines work out the same muscles and even then there’s not many options. It’s small and everything is just shoved into a corner. Smells like urine more than half of the time i’ve gone in. Was not made clear about the enrollment AND annual fee. And even after all of this you can’t bring in anyone with you like you can at other gyms.

Great energy and atmosphere as always. Helpful trainers that give you that extra little push to get the most out of every workout. Coming back from an injury is tough but the coaches understand peoples limitations and encourage progress through alternative workouts that make you feel included. Overall this gym meets and exceeds every expectation I had. I highly recommend Powerhouse to anyone looking to put in the work and see results.

I haven't actually signed up for this gym, but visited inquiring a week long pass while visiting family. I saw some of the biggest guys lifting in this gym, female warriors as well. This place hypes you up and makes you feel powerful. Plenty of mirrors to flex your muscles. Machines and free weights to grow. In Arizona it's blazing hot, but this gym with no windows really keeps it cool even when your just when the forges of your internal flame alight. Visit and work hard for the sickest pump of your life. Also the employee was super helpful, giving me a tour and answering all my questions. Only left off a star because I haven't actually tried it out, next time I will and revise as experience.

There aren't many gym options in Casa Grande. It's either PowerHouse or Planet Fitness. I checked out PowerHouse and walked around and it seemed pretty good, very chill - some of the equipment looked older, but as long as you can use it to work out, that's all that should matter, right? But little things started happening as I've gone more and more since my sign up. One of the upright seats (typically used for bicep curls) is missing the cushion on the back of it?... so your back is up against bare metal, which is sort of uncomfortable. Some of the treadmills read "walk only" on them which obviously indicates that they're older or broken and cannot be used for running - some, not all. Some of the pins you insert into the machines to set your weight are missing as well. I've had to pull pins from other machines for the one I'm trying to use at the time. I was avoiding Planet Fitness because I've heard horror stories and.. I still think PowerHouse is probably better than PF. It sucks to have these sort of complaints, because I really enjoy the overall atmosphere of PowerHouse, and genuinely would rather support a local business. I understand that some of these things could be the result of a low budget (gym equipment is STUPIDLY expensive) but when it comes to the limitations of exercising comfortably and with the right equipment, I feel like that should be the number one priority and for some reason it doesn't feel like it is. I'll keep going as long as I can (signed up for a year), but overall sort of disappointed. Before moving cities, I was at LA Fitness and think I was a bit spoiled lol.

The new owners are amazing! Very accommodating and show a lot of interest in their clients! The gym renovation gives the whole gym a brand new sleek look. Equipment has been cleaned up and made to look new as well! So many options for classes and the staff is very helpful and motivating. Very impressed with how The new owners have brought so much life to this gym.

I am truly grateful my friend introduced me to this gym. I was very nervous coming to a new state, new environment and to a new gym but the people were welcoming and friendly. I’ve gone to many gyms and CrossFit classes but this coach taught me the most from proper training, basics and stopped me during class to teach me to avoid future mistakes and injuries. It’s been a yr into this gym. I built my skills, my confidence and excited for entering future competitions. Most of all I built great friendships in this gym and they helped me reached my goals.

5 stars all around, it's a great gym filled with great people. I tried the 2 day free class trial back in October of last year and have been going ever since. I have never met a negative person here, everyone is super friendly.

This is an amazing gym. The classes are geared for all levels no matter where a person is on his or her level. Coaching is top notch focused on not only reaching individual goals but in fashion where safety and health matter. Never felt more supported in any other gym.

The gym was extremely clean, and the facilities were quite clean. Very good workout I got in from here, and was the PT was very nice

"The Box" is my happy place. I love going to this gym. Great energy and positivity from the Trainers. It's nice to be in a supportive environment where you feel welcomed and everyone is treated equally. You definitely get pushed to best of your ability physically and mentally!

The worst ever, they do not even have money to pay the WIFI bill, charged for uniforms on a class they canceled, claims they are changing ownership, place is unorganized and not run by smart people, do yourself a favor and do not spend a dollar in this place.

Fun tumbling with tots class. My 3 year old daughter loves the 45 minutes a week of play time.

RCC has welcomed us into their gym. Our daughter has improved in her confidence and skills tremendously even through the pandemic. The owner and all coaches go above and beyond to ensure there is a positive experience for the kids. They are very communicative and responsive and keep families informed. Highly recommend all programming through RCC.

Their classes and teams are so great, even for young children. My 4 year olds love the young cheerleading team, not to mention the coaches are WONDERFUL! My kiddos are not by any means athletically inclined, however the attention they recieve and the way the coaches are sure to give everyone the same amount is awesome and has made us feel so comfortable!
