I thoroughly enjoy working out at Fit Bodi. The trainers are top qualify and personalize/modify every exercise to fit my specific needs. I love the accountability of making appointments and the feeling of being part of a warm family. Overall, excellent experience for both my physical and mental well being. Highly recommend!!

I visited the Fit Bodi when i was staying in MA for a short while. The atmosphere is super comfortable, its very clean and professional and the trainer i had really worked hard to ensure i achieved my goals! 10/10. Sometimes big things come in small packages! These big corporate gyms arent worth all of its hype, if you ever get the chance too, check out The Fit Bodi! You’re body will thank you.

Hi all women out there! If you haven't considered the Fit Bodi, I think you should! It's a wonderful, welcoming environment with responsible management and staff, filled with great women all there for the very same reason -- to enhance their best selves! The space is clean and filled with all the weights and equipment you need for weight training and cardio. The appointment schedule allows for 1-4 focused training, tailored to your individual needs. There's also massage, meditation and yoga offered at scheduled times. I am thrilled to be a member and feel a need to share! TRY IT FOR YOU -- the best gym is the one you go to!! : ))

My mother and I have been going to The Fit Bodi for years! We love the atmosphere and staff. When covid hit they did a fantastic job at making sure everyone’s membership was frozen and sessions weren’t lost. When my mom had hip and back surgery, the employees were more than accommodating with working around her ailments so that she could make a full healthy recovery. These trainers have the utmost care for their members and it shows! Thank you!!!

Great small group training in an environment that's inclusive and judgement free! Janet and Sophia are amazing (although they secretly enjoy watching me suffer through my workouts) Wonderful customer service and they care about their clients!

I have been working with Kim for years. She is very knowledgeable about her craft and brings that expertise to her clients. She is very dedicated and wants to see her clients succeed. She will tailor the workout to your level but also give you the push you need to reach your goals. This goes for both her personal training and her yoga classes. You will not regret your decision to come and work with Kim. I highly recommend!
