A great experience if you're looking to lift. Not so much if you're into cardio. The equipment is lacking and not to mention, hardly in working order. A little more mirrors would be nice, along with TVs that actually work and don't require an instruction manual to turn on. They do offer two decent bathrooms and a place to fill your water, which is cool.

A down home place to get in shape. All walks of life are here. From the muscle bound freak to the book bound geek. Come on down and put on that coat of sweat!!!!
