Very pleased with the care I received for pelvic floor physical therapy. In the past, I have done private pay for pelvic floor therapy due to not having insurance-covered options. However, I was really impressed with my PT, Jenna at this location. She has great bedside manner and is very skilled in treating pelvic floor disorders. I met all of my goals and she gave me practical tools and exercises I can use to maintain my progress. I felt the quality of my care (which was only the cost of my co-pay) was comparable to the private practices that charge $200/session. Knocked one star because it took 3 months to get my initial appointment. Highly recommend seeing Jenna for your pelvic floor needs!

Overall, St. Jude Centers for Rehab & Wellness gets a 4/5 from me. Admin gets a 3/5: Depending on what insurance company you're with, billing can take a while. Scheduling... is a nightmare. Be prepared to get your physical therapist's direct phone number to (re)schedule appointments if necessary, or just be a very patient person, and call the appointment line multiple times a day, 5 days a week. The PT room itself is very clean and well-organized, though. My physical therapist (Scott Rogoff) gets a 5/5 (10/10??!) from me! What initially brought me in was a sprained ankle - and he's fixed my ankle up -- and more! Be prepared to be pushed, but in a fun and encouraging way!

I have had PT for post surgery, balance, and speech over the years. It has always been stellar!

I have been to court and Buehler for years. St Jude’s rehab is a great disappointment as all the do is hand you a print out of the exercises I already know and do. Plus it’s my lower back and she worked on my thorasic area for hands on hopefully next week will be better or it’s a waste of time and money for insurance company.

The dr wrote a referral to this place. I set up 4 sessions, 2 per week for 2 weeks. I started my first session with the evaluation, which the therapist seemed uninterested in. The therapist printed a few exercises off the internet. My first impression of this place was, crowded and rushed. they want you to be there 15 minutes early, then they are always 10 minutes late. I have blue cross p.p.o. so I thought the price would be $30 a session. they couldn't say how much it would be. I had 6 sessions an then looked at the bill so far. I had 2 more sessions scheduled, then canceled after seeing my bill had grown to over $1700! I still have foot pain and am out a lot of money! I would never wish this place on anyone. A tip to the uninformed...make sure when you go to physical therapy, you make sure its billed as office not facility. I am going to try Coury & Buehler next they seem to have good reviews. Providence is a money machine!

Tyson was very patient and through. There was a misunderstanding with the time and we came 1 hour early and they were able to accommodate us, this is really appreciated as it's hard for a 97 year old to wait. The trainers & staff are always very helpful & patient. Tessa, Jennifer, AnnMargaret, Eric and more. It’s a fun place for seniors to improve their Balance & Strength

The PT I received for my back issue was good, although the billing for the services was significantly higher (with PPO insurance) than any other PT facility in the area I have visited. According to my insurance, Providence has negotiated better rates with the insurance (practically no discount to the insurance) so the full cost is shared 80/20 by the insurance and myself. My portion of the cost was $85/session versus the $15/session I am used to paying at other facilities. I don't believe the services are worth the higher cost. Sadly I won't be back.

I went to CRW in Brea for 6 months and had Caitlin and Kevin for my therapists...they were helpful, and good for me...they pushed me and succeeded. They got me well! I am in need of PT again and hope I can get them again! I hope they still work there!! For me they were the BEST!

I appreciated Ann-Margaret's position, assistance & guidance on how I can use the wellness center's facilities and connect w/the right therapists to help me with my specific health needs. She was very warm, welcoming & insightful. I also liked how the building looks now after it has been renovated. It is clean, modern, less chaotic and also welcoming.

In my opinion, St Jude Wellness hires excellent physical therapists. I've received therapy for various ailments over the last 5 years. Each PT was very knowledgeable and helpful during my sessions.

Shout out to Jay and Rocco, the best coaches! Always challenging me to do my best every class and ensuring I reach my fitness goals. OTF is great for any fitness level. Every class is a solid workout, especially for someone like me who has a tendency to quit early, I'm always encouraged to go the distance and finish every class. 7 years and counting...

Love Orangetheory! Tried it after years of hearing about it from my friends and neighbor. Finally went and was so happy I did. It was a challenging workout but the coach was awesome keeping you motivated throughout. Not to mention great music to pump you up to keep going! Was sore for 3 days afterward so yeah it's a tough workout but well worth it.

Transfered here from a small trx hiit gym when I moved to the area. I always love a small gym feeling where everyone is invested genuinely in your well-being. This is still a great small gym feel that offers a workout routine that thst can be modified to everyone's goals and capabilities. If you need to be pushed and held accountable, they are there if you need support and encouragement. They have you covered.

Like all coaches there but front desk is extremely rude and treated me terrible! No one should treated like that discrimination!

My husband and I just finished our post-workout OTF discussion(over coffee). We compare our stats! This time, we both mentioned that we appreciated Danielle’s coaching. With her coaching, my husband changed-up how he entered the pushes and all outs on the bike. He told me about the changes and that he “took her coaching to heart”. I listen and use her help when I select my speed and incline on the tread. Today, after class, I thought about how I could use her words in other areas of my life, specifically, that I should trust my body. I’m going to take that to mean - be less afraid of trying hard things (like creative writing). Thank You Danielle and OTF!
