Truly like a second home and family. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The community there is incredibly supportive, not to mention the staff members of this place. Anthony always has an amazing attitude and helped me with getting into a rhythm when I was just getting started. And Deejay is a living sensation: upbeat, positive, and cheerful, and has been a huge support during my fitness journey.

Staff is always super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I recently started working with Diana for some Personal Trainer sessions. She is beyond wonderful and amazingly caring, and it's only been one session. She definitely went above and beyond to get to know me personally, my strengths and weaknesses, answered all my questions, and to help me get to my weight loss goal. Can't wait to work with her more! She's got me excited about fitness 🙂

This is the best and cleanest gym i’ve been to. Staffs are really nice and friendly. It has enough equipments and machines so I rarely have to wait to use an equipment I want. The best thing I like about this gym is that there is NO high pressure sale like other gyms i’ve been to. It’s super refreshing to know that they don’t wanna rob your money.

I've always struggled with my weight. It got to the point where I needed to take control or face the consequences. I have an embarrassing 100+lbs to loose... Sooo I decided to sign up for some personal trainer sessions to start my journey. I was really scared at first that I wasn't going to be good enough and that I wouldn't be able to do what the trainer wanted. Worried if it would be a good fit or not. I was only planning on getting my 5 sessions and then start going at it on my own. My plan was derailed instantly when I met Jenny. She is absolutely AMAZING. She has made me feel so welcome at the gym and hypes me up every time I see her. I feel so at home with her. Her personality and big heart feels like a giant hug. I don't even feel like I'm training because I just enjoy her as a person. It makes me tear up thinking about how uncomfortable I was compared to now and how supported i feel by her. I trust her. I absolutely plan on continuing to train with her as she is very good at being a light at the end of a hard work day. I look forward to seeing her on our session days. She makes me laugh and we have a good time while working towards my goals. Jenny is THAT girl 💅. THAT trainer 💪💪. She is a queen, a woman BOSS, and she STANDS on business. 🗣🗣🗣 I can't wait to see this journey all the way through with her. I know she is genuinely rooting for me every step of the way. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 If you are like me or just looking for someone to also genuinely root for you too I highly suggest to take the opportunity to work with Jenny. She will have your back like she has mine 💯 Period.🥰🥰🥰

I’m unsure why this gym has created an atmosphere where assault is allowed, but I just want to make sure people know what type of environment they are getting themselves into and what is considered acceptable in this location. I hope to hear from the owner, or management regarding the following incident that happened Friday 9/22/2024. I got assaulted at this location by one of the gym members who proceeded to aggressively choke me against the functional trainer machine after an altercation that he started. Here’s the over simplified scenario: I was using the functional trainer machine to do pull-ups, lateral raises and pushups, this guy randomly came towards me with an Olympic bar and without saying a word proceeded to try to force the bar into the T-row bar base while I was there (about to do pushups). I looked at him and let him know I was using that area, but instead of acting like a normal human and asking how much time I have left or if he could work in in between sets he got aggressive and told me that he was going to use that and that I could do push ups somewhere else. Confused, because of the audacity and entitlement of this guy I told him that no he wasn’t because I was there. After I asked him what his problem was, he lost it and used both hands to choke me while pushing me against the machine for a second or two. After he let go I stared at him like a parent looking at their toddler after the toddler lashed out for no logical reason, and even though I was LIVID. I got my things and walked to the front desk while thinking to myself “did this guy really just assault me because he couldn’t communicate and didn’t get his way? Why was he comfortable enough to do that here?”. After talking to the front desk about the altercation, the employee proceeded to say “it’s more common here than it should be” and then something along the lines of “he’s usually not like this, he’s not himself because he’s preparing for his competition next week”. I then told her “that’s not my problem, that doesn’t justify assault.” After the front desk employee was showing bias towards the aggressor I proceeded to ask the employee if we could fill out an incident report so I could get a copy of the video of the incident. The cops were also called and a report was filed with them and of course legal action will be taken. Note: There were multiple witnesses at the time of the incident that were just as surprised as I was. I’ll keep everyone updated with all the details of the incident after I speak with the Sheriff’s Office and the Manager or Owner of this gym.

Love Dr. Freeman, she is professional and kind. She answered all my questions and took her time with my appointment. If you're looking for a doctor, she should be at the top of your list!

I'm so grateful my retiring primary care doctor referred me to Dr Freeman. She is extremely knowledgeable, careful and caring, and takes all the time necessary to deal with my multiple and sometimes complicated medical issues. She doesn't hesitate to refers me to other capable specialists when needed and they all seem to have the highest regard for her. She has fitted me in when I've had emergencies, even if it's on a zoom call. My only concern is that she works too much! She and her office are up to date on all the latest technologies so that appoinments, pharmacies, other providers, etc. all seem to be coordinated and everybody has the information they need to make their assessment and do their part in my health care. Her office staff are lovely and helpful when I need help dealing with techie kinds of things for check-in and zoom calls [ I"m 79 and not skilled in this regard.]

I have been a patient of Dr. Freeman for a while now, but in the last year I have developed a number of health issues that needed to be addressed to prevent my health from getting worse. Dr Freeman recommended that I work with a nutritionist that has joined her team and I agreed. I met with Cheryl and she worked out a plan based on my needs and I have to tell you I followed her plan and I have never felt so good before, I have energy, I am sleeping better and I have finally began to lose weight. Cheryl is very knowledgeable in her field of nutrition and she really cared about how I felt. If you are having health issues and have tried many things to change, I personally recommend making an appointment with Cheryl you will not regret it and you will love the way you feel. Thanks to Dr. Freeman for recommending Cheryl and I can’t thank Cheryl enough for getting me on a clean eating and healthy track.

Dr Freeman's care is personalized, and she spends time with me. She has the marks of the best doctors: curiosity, personal concern, and teaching ability. And the Gym! Join this gym-- it is small, personalized as well. I have seen Koreen since 2021; she has helped me gain confidence and more ease with myself. My strength and flexibility increased. She, like Dr Freeman, teaches and explains so well. I'm appreciative of all this special care. Helen H

I waited 2 years for Dr. Freeman to reopen her own practice. She is that good a doctor that it was well worth it to me. Her manner makes it easy to talk to her. Her knowledge and concern about you the patient is a wonderful experience. She is the best doctor I've ever had.

Deni was amazing! She was knowledgeable and closely watched form and range of motion to give me the confidence I was doing the exercises correctly. She took the time to get to know my background and took care to make sure every exercise worked for my body, even though it was a small group class. The studio is clean and has a warm and welcoming feel. I can’t wait to go back for another soon!

I love this gym! Seriously the cleanest, most organized gym I've ever been in. Elevar is a super inclusive, women-founded gym (!!!) with an amazing community. I've taken some Pole 0 classes, a few Pole 1 classes, and also tried out their Stength & Flex and Lift & Sculpt classes and would recommend them all to anyone looking to try out pole or build strength and mobility. I haven't taken any of the other classes yet, but I definitely plan to in the future. All of my instructors/trainers have been very friendly, knowledgeable and super patient. Love that they meet you at your fitness level and adapt their programs in ways that work for you while still challenging you. Parking is somewhat limited in a shared lot, but it's not too bad depending on the hours you visit (check their website for details!). And if it happens to be full, theres plenty of street parking available as well.

Had my first pole foundations with Shahida. I had a great time and a great workout. She’s a great instructor! She’s patient and explains the steps very thoroughly. We learned a short choreography and was very comfortable showing our moves at the end of class. Definitely recommend bringing a friend for the extra laughs! We will be back for a girls night! Visit their website as well to see special offers 🤗

What a wonderful new fitness studio! This gym is women founded and run. It has a growing gym section and a beautiful pole studio. The women in charge are very inclusive, supportive, and kind. I felt welcomed with no judgement of my fitness level. I highly recommend this gym!
