Gina is a kind, thoughtful and creative yoga teacher. Every class is sequenced to include a warm up which prepares you for the flow and a cool down which gets you ready for the final relaxation. Gina provides verbal and visual cueing to help you learn how to do poses safely. She tells you how to modify poses to make her classes accessible for all ability levels. I always come away from Gina's classes feeling better in both mind and body. Gina creates a supportive yoga community in a beautiful rural setting. She provides online classes and a large collection of prerecorded on-demand classes as well.

Every class I have been to has been wonderful, relaxing, and rejuvenating! I'm so grateful to have found these classes as they always help me find a sliver of peace and tranquility. Gina is a very kind individual and I appreciate that so much!

Gina has amazing attention to detail. She will make you feel like it's a personal class even with 10 other people in the room. Every class has its own feel. I am always surprised when she teaches me a new pose I've never heard of or adjusts one I've been doing wrong for years. Always doing new workshops or focused classes. Also offers a range of other health and wellness services. Professional yet welcoming and supportive.
