Cancelled my membership in Feb of 2024. Was charged the monthly fee for Feb which was understandable. Unfortunately, I was charged a few weeks later for another monthly fee. I called more times than I can remember to find out why and never had heard from anyone after each time I called. You win Y I give up!

Several years ago, my children took classes at the Y in Bellefonte. The staff was friendly, the offerings for classes suited their skill level and our schedules. Fast forward many years when I signed up for semi-private training. Matt and his staff are helpful and motivating without being intimidating. They work with you to identify your fitness goals and then follow through with monitoring. An added bonus to the semi-private training is that you have access to the other classes as well and not just the Annex. There seems to be plenty of equipment at the Annex and I haven’t seen lines for anything in particular. The room for cycling class is cramped, but I’m not sure that they have any other option. The facilities are clean, though the buildings are older and beginning to show some wear. There aren’t a lot of whistles and bells, but you do get sound programming; friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff and a great community asset at a reasonable price.

The staff is fantastic at this Y. Humble and helpful, rather than arrogant and condescending that you get at other facilities. I've been in many Y's around the country and this group is top notch. Love the facilities too. Don't need new everything. My favorite place to work out in Centre County. Thanks for being there.

I have been coming to this YMCA since I was 12 years old. I was in the Teen Leaders program, which was super awesome and taught me a lot about responsibilities I have to myself and my community. I also had parent/ child swim lessons with my daughter, the staff was fantastic and my daughter was swimming on her own in no time. Now I work here, and it is definitely the best job I have ever had. The staff is all very friendly and helpful, and I love seeing all the kids that come in for daycare everyday.

Both of my kids have attended their childcare program and loved it! The staff is very caring and they both looked forward to going! Also, their semi-private training program is awesome - I really enjoy going to the gym now, everyone is so supportive!

I stopped in to swim and hobbled in on crutches only to be turned away because guest passes are not offered.

Nice clean close to home gym! Never super busy and I can always use the equipment I need. Its also nice that my 13 year old can work out as well. During covid exercise is imperative! My only complaint is the music is a little strange sometimes. I can't work out to honky tonk. Country is a slow genre for a gym It was sorta funny the lady working changed it for me stating she can't handle heavy metal. It was sugar ray lol! Overall good place!

The place is quite dirty. The one tv hasn't worked correctly for 3 weeks. The carpet is torn up. They raise dues but not sanitation.

I started doing Surge workouts at Elite Edge in September 2019, and have never felt as healthy and in-shape as I do now in March 2020. I'm able to enjoy activities like hiking more, am sleeping better and am more focused at work. I would absolutely recommend Surge and Elite Edge to anyone — even just a 30 minute Surge a few times per week can change your whole world.

I can’t say enough good things about Elite Edge Athletics! My daughter has done personal training with John for a couple years and the difference in her is amazing! Although she began training to get stronger and faster for softball she also developed an overall confidence in herself that has helped her be successful both on and off the softball field. I highly recommend Elite Edge Athletics and can’t thank John enough for all he’s done!

Our whole family goes to John at Elite Edge! My husband and I, now in our 50s, have gone for over 7 years, and we are in MUCH better shape and healther than we would be without John. I've done strength and Surge, my husband has worked cardio and strength and we just love it! Our daughter started working with John to improve her sports performance to get in better shape and improve her lacrosse performance. Her improvement with foot speed, control, endurance and overall performance has been VERY noticeable. We will continue going as a family for a long time!

When fighting the depths of depression I found myself again with Elite Edge Athletics! The classes whether a 30 min or 45 min give me just what I need to be a better me! John and Erin are always giving ideas on modifications if you feel you can't do the exercise assigned. Bring a plus size girl I have never felt one ounce of self doubt in the gym, with the trainers or the other Surgers. If your thinking of signing up or even giving Elite Edge a try I say go for it, stop thinking and start doing. I promise the only regret you'll have is not starting sooner.

Elite Edge is everything you’re looking for in a gym. I recently was in for one of their Surge workouts and it was a fantastic experience! John is an incredible trainer/instructor who is truly invested in making sure you have a great experience. The gym itself is a large space and has quite a lot to offer. I would highly recommend Elite Edge to everyone- from novices, like myself, to fitness experts!

Great program! The owner and Coach is VERY good. He has the patience to teach the kids correctly from the start and the knowledge and dedication to make them winners. If you're looking for a place to go, or maybe you are looking for a change- this is the place.

I do not recommend this place when the owner is comfortable to call her customers insults, such as "wastes of spaces" on a post from her business Instagram. I expect professionalism and ethical practices, not poor conflict resolution skills and slander. The apathy is astounding.

My daughter had come alive in this gym. She has always been so shy and anxious, but she was able to immediately bond with her new coach. After my daughter told Annie she had ADHD, Annie came to me and asked if there was anything she could do to help my girl out in the gym. Bookkeeping and communication is sometimes behind, but when you see Kelsey out with the girls, you know that they are her number one priority and the books come later. The booster club has also been helpful in helping us find ways to help with the costs involved with team expenses.

My niece has gone there for years. I have seen growth on and off the springboard. She is learning so much new stuff and perfecting prior skills. Her coaches push her to be the best she can in and out of the gym. As a preteen confidence is key and she is confident in the gym and in her life due to the family like environment that Fearless created in their gym.

My daughter loves Fearless! She was invited to join the team at the beginning of the school year and it has been amazing to see how much she has progressed in such a short time. The coaches and staff have helped her to become a strong, confident gymnast!

So unprofessional. I wanted to like this gym due to it being super convenient for our family but there is no communication. We messaged on the portal, email and messaged on Facebook and you don’t hear any reply back. In addition, the class my two year old was in was very poorly managed and she didn’t learn anything because of only one instructor to 10 2-3 years olds. The management is poor period. Would not recommend this gym to anyone anymore and will not be going back

We wanted to love the gym. However, the facility is in dire need of a cleaning. I asked twice to have paper towels and hand soap in the bathroom so we could wash our hands properly, after touching mats and equipment. I was instructed by Kelsey to use the GermX in the bathroom. If they don’t care to clean/maintain the bathrooms, it makes me wonder when the last time equipment was sanitized. I would think a place hosting children would prioritize daily hygiene and cleanliness, especially during cold and flu season. This is proof that a dirty bathroom/facility will cost you business.
