1v1 training is excellent! A+++ This girl knows her stuff! Extremely knowledgeable, kind and she customizes the workouts to fit you. She really goes above & beyond to make you feel comfortable & she'll push you when you need it. Check out Mano Sports Performance in Chippewa located next to Health Hut. Kelani is extremely nice, very knowledgeable and non judgmental. If you want to train under someone who is knowledgeable on the human body and how it’s designed to move then this is the place for you!
