I met with Hana twice a week for a 30 minute training session. We work on strength, flexibility, and sometime we get aerobics in there. Hana is not a "one size fits all" trainer. I know when I work with her I will get stronger without getting hurt! Plus it's never the same thing so you're never bored. We have a lot of fun!

My wife and I go here at least 3 times a week when we can. The pool is clean and warm, the classes and instructors are excellent. The gym has everything you need and the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Real convenient hours too. I highly recommend.

I've been attending classes for a couple of years now.I was pleased up until a week ago,now I am very disappointed that the owners,known as the Liberty Group, terminated 2 very exceptional teachers! No notice was given ,refused to accept a pay reduction which was offered to the BC.. The teachers were like family,we don't treat family that way. Who will be the next to go?

Wonderful, supportive staff, programs geared towards active older adults 55 plus. Clean, equipment in good order, Los of classes day and evening. My only complaint is that there are virtually no classes on weekends and that they closed at 4 pm on weekends.

The therapeutic pool is wonderful as well as the water aerobic class with Harriet. The staff is friendly and the locker room very clean.

After moving to the area from out of state, I searched for weeks to find a new gym and I'm so glad I stumbled on this one!! Great variety of workouts that challenge you, knowledgeable and caring coaches and a wonderful community!! Come try a class, I promise you will be addicted!!

I have been going to PIT since 2019 and this is their newest location. It’s right by my house so this is now the location I go too. Everything about this place you will get and more. You want a cardio you will get it. You want weights, you will get it. You want to feel like you accomplished something after class, you will get that. They are so welcoming of EVERYONE. If you are trying to get back into a routine and channeling your inner beast check this place out. I took one class in 2019 and I was hooked :)

I’ve been going to PIT for years and would be lost without them! They offer an exceptional fitness experience, unlike I’ve ever been to. There’s a variety of classes offered and the instructors are knowledgeable, motivating and they create a supportive atmosphere that pushes you. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, there's a class for everyone. And the classes humble you! The community vibe at Prime Intensity Training is unmatched. Overall, I highly recommend Prime Intensity Training to anyone looking to elevate their journey and if you’re just starting at PIT the beginners class is a great place to start.

PIT is the best exercise class I have found. I started almost two years ago when I was really out of shape and the instructors made me feel very comfortable. The classes are fun and the instructors are welcoming. For the past two years I have been working out more consistently than I have since high school and that is mostly thanks to PIT for getting me in shape and providing the opportunity to increase difficulty in workouts accordingly.

It's a wonderful welcoming gym. You can catch up on your twitter or Facebook feeds while sitting on equipment as long as you like. No one will bother you.

Do NOT sign up for this gym if you are a serious weightlifter/powerlifter (or if you have a medical condition and potentially need your medical devices while in the gym). They just enacted a "no bags in the gym" rule. This wouldn't be that big of an issue if the locker rooms were in the gym itself, but they're not. Also, there aren't enough lockers for everyone who comes in with a bag in the first place - so jokes on them. They don't want bags because of a tripping hazard, but me coming in with a belt, straps, water bottle, squat sneakers, inhaler, etc. and putting them on the floor seems to be the solution - makes sense. It's ironic that they're worried about people tripping over bags and not all the equipment bunched up together by the racks/dumbbells - I've seen people trip over them on a daily basis. But let's be honest, gyms in and of themselves are a safety hazard. One person trips over a bag and now everyone pays for it. There were better solutions to this than banning bags. --

This is a great place to work out. The child watch area is staffed with wonderful people. The kids look forward to playing there while the grown-ups workout

I retired from from the US Marine Corps in October of 2024 and began coming to Kanna Fitness on a regular basis in January 2025. I could not be more impressed with the culture and professionalism created by the Kanna Fitness Staff and nurtured by the members (Teammates) who attend every day. The Staff and Teammates are genuine, caring, knowledgeable, and give their all during each session. This is a great place to work out, build relationships, and have fun.

I have been a member at Kanna for about 2 years, and it has been both an absolutely amazing gym and community. The coaching staff are always helpful and engaging. They have motivated me to keep coming back time and again. It has been a great environment for me to focus on my fitness with a supportive community.

I am about a month in but loving it so far. I’ve tried more traditional gyms but never would get half as good of a workout in as I do with the classes at Kanna. I really enjoyed the Basecamp model where you start with 1x1 sessions with a coach. It was a great way to get familiar with all the exercises and get some initial soreness out of the way. You even get to join your first class with a personal coach by your side helping explain how the classes flow. The best thing to me is the community of the people at the gym. My first class I was still getting used to everything and throughout the workout you have others motivating you. Everyone including the coaches are really helpful. I’ve found to really enjoy starting my day with the workouts at the 5:30 am class but there are plenty of options to fit your schedule. It’s helped my physical and mental wellness tremendously. If you’re considering it, take the leap!

I just joined Kanna a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! It is always scary and hard to start your fitness journey. I attempted to workout on my own at a gym but struggled with knowing what to do and holding myself accountable. Kanna provides me with that structure and community I need to keep myself working out. I love how the coaches and classes make it comfortable for anybody at any level to be fit. They have a great range of class times making it easy for me to attend even with my crazy work schedule. I am so happy I joined as I never would have thought I was capable of doing anything that I have done at Kanna before.

As of writing this review, I've been a member of Kanna Fitness for just short of 3 months. I could not be happier with my decision to join this gym. The workouts are fun, challenging, efficient, and always changing. The coaches and community have helped me leave my comfort zone and ease my anxiety when it comes to working out and setting achievable goals for myself. Prior to joining, gyms were the scariest place in the world to me, but now I actively look forward to seeing familiar faces and pushing myself for 60 minutes. I can safely say it's been one of the best decisions I have made for myself recently. I would strongly encourage anyone on the fence or curious about working fitness into their daily routines to get an introduction to the programs at Kanna and see if they work for you. Thank you to all the great coaches as well as the kind and supportive community!

Love this place. It has an amazing environment where instructors, and clients, are encouraging, non-intimidating, and easy to speak to. Spin Shack is perfect for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced . It’s got such a great variety of classes from spin, strength, sculpt, and tone. The owner, Marisa, is never too busy to answer any questions, and available to assist with training. If you’re looking for something smaller, more private, and no egos. This is your place.

This is a great experience! Marisa does an awesome job motivating during each session. The classes are friendly to beginners, while also challenging for people with more experience working out. I highly recommend Spin Shack if you're looking for a fun way to get in shape, or stay in shape! 💪💪

I love the Spin Shack! Amazing Instructors that play great music and curate challenging but super fun classes for all levels of fitness. Love the variety of classes and exclusive pop ups like Steppers! Welcoming community and workouts that get results. I highly recommend checking it out this beautiful studio!
