JC helps you with all your fitness goals. From nutrition, or to creating a specific workout plan for my specific needs and capabilities. You basically have a nutritionist and a personal trainer. JC has changed my perspective of small gyms. I will never go back to a big box gym again. I'm really happy we found Retrain Fitness and I highly recommend you check it out.

This is a great workout & after a year, I can say it works! My review is about management at this location. They smile but are not as friendly & don't put forth the effort to make members happy like the other OTFs. You get ignored after you sign up.

Best decision I ever made! They tweak the workouts to accommodate my weak knees and back, yet give me the best combination of cardio and weights! They’re all super helpful and friendly and Dave is just the best!

I’ve been a member with OTF for over 3 years and truly enjoy the workouts, but what really stands out about the Allen location is their staff. The coaches are full of great energy and pay attention to each persons activity level and helps them achieve their goals. The associates are always super welcoming as well!

I’ve been going to Orangetheory for 5 years now and I love it. It fits into each season of my health journey! I’ve done the bare minimum and I’ve also gone full commitment. Either way it’s been a great experience and I can’t imagine not being part of this community! The staff is amazing and always including. They help you reach your goals and continue to push you.

I’ve been going to Lifetime Fitness for over 13 years now. I love it! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Even to my worst enemy. Lol. The staff is fully engaged, and they completely understand the importance of a healthy mind and healthy body The locker rooms are fully accommodating and always clean.

Ingrid and the team at Lifetime Allen TX are amazing. The keep the facilities emasculate and clean. This gym has the nicest patrons and staff. I initially joined in San Antonio, Stone Oak transferred to Preston and had to travel further to Allen the better location. The cafe is cleaner and my breakfast this morning was amazing. Thanks everyone for all you do at this location, you are greatly appreciated 🙏👍.

The front desk team at Life Time Allens provided exceptional assistance with billing/membership issues. They were not only professional but also patient and thorough, taking the time to address all my concerns and clarify any misunderstandings. Their proactive and friendly approach ensured a smooth resolution, leaving me highly satisfied with their service. I appreciate their commitment to customer support and was left satisfied in the end.

The staff in this location is not professional at all,the front desk is extremely horrible, I am already lifetime member for 4 years. And I am bring my wife with a guest pass at 9:50. Which I know it’s a bit overtime but she just wanna use the restroom, after 20min they ask security guard to find my wife and expel her out. What a terrible frontend would do that to a lady. Gave 3 stars because I want everyone know that they have no respects to potential guests and did not care about their current members. This place used to be good with nice staff, but now the staff is definitely lack of training and basic understanding of respects to the customers. Go McKinney or frisco LT instead of Allen. Or maybe find other gyms, it’s totally not worth it. Not sure how to reply the owner here, can you provide a contact info?

I’ve been a member for over a decade closer to 15 years now and especially in the last couple years they have been increasing their dues like crazy. We used to pay $110 for 2 ppl and now it is up to $300… plus lifetime will randomly charge your bank account and hope that you don’t notice so they can steal money from you. I’ve been getting random charges and when I call in only then it is called a mistake and reverted. Absolutely terrible way of retaining long time members. The corporate greed should be ashamed of themselves. It is much wiser to finance workout equipment for $300/month and own it after a couple of years then to stick around at lifetime and see your dues increase to $400/month for 2.
