It's a great gym. But.. there are major issues. 1- the saunas are down yet we still pay the same price. 2- employees need training. 3 - the steam rooms barely push Steam and it is usually colder or barely hotter than the outside temperature of the lockers. 4- if you expect to keep a pump here do not work out here too many people , your average going to wait 5 to 15 minutes for a machine or free weight section. 5 - the only one that has outstanding competence and is able to do their job completely is Mary the GM. Other then that. Place is cool.

The Steam Room is barely working they have the steam coming out very slowly as soon someone opens the door the steam disappears.Since they allow members to come in with Sneakers on.god only knows what you may catch if you come in with bare feet. The men’s sauna hasn’t been opened for the last two years. The men’s hot tub you can’t find the Thermometer to check the temperature of the water. Its not 100-104 as in other gym locations. Since many people go from the steam room to the hot tub with out taking a shower I wonder how safe that water is .Never saw the maintenance person cleaning the locker room or the wet area as I’ve seen at other locations. One location has maintenance person on from 8-4 every day. That location is spot less to bad this one can’t be like that one. Would be nice to have a HOT STREAM Room .We are paying for working amenities!!!!

Really used to enjoy this location. Since they closed the LA in Holmdel they clearly did not properly prepare for the influx of individuals. It is so unbelievably packed now you have no choice but to wait for any machine or a spot to workout. Absolutely ridiculous that they closed a bigger location & expect people to squeeze into a smaller location. I’ve never seen so many treadmills down. Not to mention the sauna has been closed for two years. Currently looking for another gym, the price is not worth this location.

After seeing the mixed reviews of this gym and on the hunt for a new one, I had to see it for myself! You can get a free pass to tour and check out the gym, and I’m so glad I did! I was blown away at how clean it is (IMMACULATE!) everything is in working order (INCLUDING the hot tub, sauna, and steam room), and even though it was a peak time when I went, there were still plenty of machines and equipment for my workout! We’re probably going to join — what a great spot and deal for all you get with the amenities and classes. Nate was so helpful, and everyone at the front desk was super friendly. Definitely go and check this gym out, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Joined this club about 2 years ago when I first moved to the area. Promises of multiple amenities ( steam room, hot tub, sauna) as this was a “Signature Club”. The only amenity left is the steam room which barely works if it even operating at all. The hot tub is a RUSTY mess as they let the metal corrode all around the bathroom area and hot tub area (I would not ever walk around barefoot). After a nearly 2 year experience and $50 monthly + yearly fees around $60 I realized it was a total ripoff. The cleanliness factor is about a 5/10 overall which is not good but the false advertisement of amenities is really what bugged me. Other gyms in the area offer much lower rates and actually provide the services they market. When I finally got a manager on the phone all they wanted to do was resign me up for either higher yearly fees or higher monthly fees than what I was already paying. There was no real sense of responsibility taken for the lack of care and services. Very sad what direction this place has taken in the past 2 years but there are many options in this area I would definitely steer clear of this one if you care about your safety and health.

DJ Got Me Fit throws the absolute best kids' parties! Ihab, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of planning my niece Gianna’s party. This place truly doesn’t miss a beat. The kids had a blast from start to finish. The staff is so sweet and made this event unforgettable for us. We didn’t have to lift a finger—all we had to do was show up! Huge thanks to this amazing team! DJ Got Me Fit is hands down the best. Also, they offer fitness classes, and my wife is obsessed with them. Definitely check it out!!

Can’t say enough about our experience with this team. They were absolutely phenomenal with my son for his birthday. We hosted our son’s third birthday here last Saturday. The team was kind, friendly, energetic, and most of all engaging. We had around 20 children and the team play games, danced, and did activities with all of them. It was a great experience and they made sure all of our expectations were met. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

100% would recommend this gym to everyone! I have nothing but fun while working out. The atmosphere in the gym is like nothing I’ve ever experienced at any other gym. The classes are very inclusive and the trainers do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Aresio is incredibly accommodating, is always happy to assist, and meticulously maintains his equipment and the gym space. The gym setup itself is one of the best I have seen for athletic training and functional exercises. The 6-8 racks and wide assortment of Olympic lifting equipment means that I will never have to wait for a squat rack or to hit some Olympic lifts. Not to mention, the gym is located right next to a year round beach volleyball indoor gym, which means that this gym is perfect for anyone that plays or/or trains for beach volleyball.

If you're looking to improve your overall fitness or training to become a top athlete this is the place to be. Aresio is one of the most open minded and knowledgable performance coaches I've had the pleasure of working with. As a coach with a PHD in Biomechanics, Aresio has done is due diligence to vet / deconstruct both existing / new fitness theories, leveraging only the best, to build bespoke programs for each individual athlete he works with. Anyone that is interested in fitness should definitely check out Kronos.

Aresio is awesome at what he does, and I highly recommend working with Aresio. He is obsessed with learning everything about human movement and so is extremely knowledgable, but also very open minded. He works with clients to find solutions to accomplish their goals, whatever they may be. He got me back into beach volley playing condition quickly and in a safe strategic way. He was also able to be flexible with both schedule and location challenges, building me home workouts or in-person as best suited me at the time.

Absolutely amazing! I have been going here for about 3 weeks now to treat my knee which I’ve been having pain for about 10 months. He is very knowledgeable and will explain everything that needs to be done to help ease the pain and strengthen the muscle. I have gone to physical therapy back in September and they told me to stop playing volleyball for 5 weeks while I didn’t rehab there. But once I started to play again my knee would get swollen that same night and it would be painful to bend the joint. I just assumed it was due to over use so never retreated. I came to highline to play volleyball and Aresio noticed I was in pain. He suggested that I come in to see him to start rehab, I did just that and not only was I able to play volleyball while I was being treated but I had no swelling also. I was playing in tournaments and have no pain. He told me that I needed to correct my natural balance because my knee would naturally go inwards when I bend. He showed me exercises I can do at home if I wasn’t able to come in and some stretches/ warm ups I can do before I play volleyball. I would recommend everyone to see him, even my parents!
