Technique Gymnastics has been the cornerstone of my successful over 10-year gymnastics journey. Under the guidance of exceptional coaches like Lisa, Rick, Tara, and Mark, I honed my skills to become a top gymnast in the Junior Olympics and concluded my career as a level 9 gymnast. I was awarded ‘Tiger of the Year’ by my coaches for my undefeated season on the balance beam. I placed 2nd place All-around for the state of California, and 4th place All-around in the Region. The personalized training and supportive environment at Technique Gymnastics played a pivotal role in shaping my achievements and fostering a love for the sport that will last a lifetime.

The teacher in my opinion should learn how to talk to kids and help them a little bit more so they can get in the second class instead of telling us she’s not good enough to be in the second class she cried all the way home

Our experience has been amazing! My 8 year old is very timid and reluctant to try new things. We must of hit the jackpot because we got a fill in teacher on our first class - Charles! And he was so welcoming, the kids all just loved him and he made my daughter feel welcomed and made her smile and laugh instantly. But what really impressed me even more is he really engages with each child and kept them on task and focusing on their technique and form. Not easy to do with a bunch of giggling 6-8 year old girls. Thank you Charles. You are an amazing teacher!

Wonderful place! My 4 year old has a great empathic teacher, and the facility and exercises are superior to other programs we have tried. We're very happy with it, and so is he.
