My extremely shy introverted daughter found her passion, her courage and her confidence at synergy. When we started she couldn’t imagine doing anything in front of a crowd/ judges or anyone. Now she is thrilled to show off her routines. She loves the coaches and the team members. She’s challenged and is excited about her progress. She looks forward to going to gymnastics with great enthusiasm. As a parent I appreciate the coaches clear communication and support. The facility itself is best in class (we’ve been to a few). Can’t say enough about how much gymnastics and Synergy have helped my daughter. Highly recommend Synergy.

My daughter is on her second year of team and we couldn’t be happier. The coaches are incredible and the gym itself is beautiful and so well kept. We absolutely love the culture that she trains in.

My daughter has been with Synergy for the past 3 years and we couldn't be happier . I love the coaches, how much they care and what great role models they are for the girls. I also love how clean the gym is. We go to competitions in other gyms and that is not always my experience so I appreciate that about Synergy. My daughter is part of their competition team and I love the community and family she is part of with Synergy.

Synergy is an outstanding gymnastics facility. Whether your gymnast is in it for recreation or is a team member, the coaching staff is fully engaged with every athlete, providing personalized attention and support. They foster a positive and fun environment while also prioritizing safety. Additionally, the facility itself is spotless—truly the cleanest gymnastics gym I’ve ever seen. Communication is also a breeze; whenever I’ve emailed, they’ve always responded promptly. Highly recommend Synergy.

My two girls love showtime gymnastics. One joined when she was 2.5 as a tot back in 2022 and both attended several weeks of the summer camp in 2023. Both kids always have a great time and love going. I find the coaches to be fun with the kids, caring and understanding.

I called to see if they were offering open gym on Saturday evening. The woman on the phone told me yes and gave me the details. I brought 5 kids there and the facility was closed. This is not the first time this has happened. I had 5 very disappointed kiddos. My kids really enjoy open gym, but I’m not sure we will be back.

I understand unexpected things happen, I understand that businesses face challenges on a daily basis however not everyone has the skills to handle pressure and that’s what usually lead to poor decisions makings. This place definitely has no ability to handle changes/pressure .It is unfortunate, because I heard this place had once a great leader , but now 🤔 Parents are upset not because the program ended, but because of the way it was handled with no respect, no professionalism no empathy. I have observed camaraderie throughout the team, and members share healthy bonds both inside and outside the gym, showing some compassion could have probably helped with the transition., well I guess , compassion is the least of the gym owners concerns.

We've tried both Synergy and Showtime for our young kids. Showtime was and is a signficantly better experience for us - in terms of everything: the coaches (can't rave enough about them and how interactive they are and good with kids), the scheduling, the cost, and the equiptment - ex: the zip line and bungee jump. We love it here. Thank you.

Warning, this review has a sad ending. Joined John Pancott’s in 2021. My kiddo had found a gym with a real men’s program, teammates he called friends, and high caliber coaching. 2022, new owners took over John Pancott’s gym, rebranded as Showtime. Fall 2023, one hour and eleven minutes prior to the first practice of the competition season, the owners sent an email informing us that the gym and coaches had parted ways. The owners ignored all the gymnasts and parents present at the gym for practice that day. Not a word, not even eye contact, for confused young boys and bewildered parents. 11:48pm that same day, the owners sent another email abruptly ending the boys’ teams at Showtime. Business is business, employees give notice, this is life… savvy business people have contingency plans. Poor management of the situation and unprofessional behaviors by the owners that day and over the following 2 weeks (and counting) are likely indicative of how they run their business. Go somewhere else, where coaches, gymnasts, and parents are valued. Pathetic end to the Pancott legacy. Showtime owners: do not call me to ask me to remove my review as you have other parents. You couldn’t find my phone number to address the situation with me personally over the past 2 weeks. If you cared about the team, the kids, or parents, you would have made an effort to contact me prior to posting about our experience with your business.
