Best Gymnastics Gym near Houston, Texas

One of the employees stole my daughter‘s glasses when she left them behind after class I called that night and asked them to hold them for us we have class every Thursday so I figured I will wait till next Thursday to pick them up because we have 2 pairs of reading glasses for her well when I got there the next Thursday. They told me they’re no longer there and they don’t know what happened to them, but they knew exactly what glasses I was talking about because they said they had seen them all that week under the desk where the receptionist is. I would call and email daily afterwards hoping they would show up because these glasses were only 2 weeks old and cost me around $400 with Transitional lenses after trying to get the owner to help and the staff help for weeks they start to roll their eyes and act like I did something wrong and they say that it’s not their responsibility but it is they're responsibility because I found them they held them and they were taken after that they were in their hands the owner will not help me identify the person that did Or help me get them back instead they just tell me I’m out of luck it’s everything about this place is trash I just don’t have the heart to take my daughter out of her class that she enjoys seeing her friends do better for your customers

I had my grandson birthday party here and I was so impressed by the staff and the gym. I visited the gym with my grandson for the fall festival he feel in love with the place and wanted his party there. Everyone was so professional and kind. They set up everything big plus. They we polite and very engaging to the kids they laughed and played them throughout the different parts of the party. When it came to time for food and cake they again were amazing. They passed out everything and waited on the kids as if they were at 5star restaurant. I forgot to mention I had a few added decorations that I wanted to add ( they setup all the decorations) and they accommodated my changes with a smile and asked was there anything else. He told me he wants to join the gym because he so much fun. All the kids were so excited and said they want to come back

My daughter is 5 and only joined this gym about a month ago. BIG GYM! Very nice gym with lots of different areas throughout the gym for kids to jump and tumble around. I homeschool so decided to join the homeschool program that's on Thursdays. I noticed we are never greeted while entering the gym yet I noticed other families and kids are. My daughter has had several different coaches but on this day (Thursday October 6) a new coach I've never seen before (brown hair with glasses I think she teaches the preschool class) my daughter is the only black kid in that class and as I watched them warm up I noticed the coach with the glasses never greeted/acknowledged my child or even talked to her and introduced herself. As I think about it neither did her regular coach. I had to literally go up to her on the 2nd week of class and ask her what her name was and I thanked her for the class. MIND YOU THIS CLASS IS SMALL THERES ONLY 3 or 4 GIRLS IN THIS CLASS!! I also had my son do a trial class on a Saturday morning a ninja class (a lot more people and way busier on the weekend) I had specifically explained to the girl at the front desk my son has autism. Again my son was the only black kid in the ninja class. At first he was very nervous and was starting to cry while on the trampoline. The coach never acknowledged him or that he was crying. As the day went on my son got more comfortable and started having fun. However I did hear and notice rude remarks from one of the other little kids to my son. Again this was not acknowledged (maybe the coach didn't hear him) The gym does have several black coaches on staff but not a lot of minorities who are memebers. I don't know I'll give it another month and see. My daughter does enjoy the classes though!! I've seen other reviews and families have had great experiences I'm just stating what I've observed these past few weeks. We've been here almost a month and I can't tell you not one employees name here. We aren't acknowledged or spoken to.

We had our daughter's birthday here and it was excellent. The staff is incredible and keeps things moving. Best staff I have ever been to at one of these locations. Everyone from the front desk to the employees that helped the kids was extremley friendly and effeicient. They help you with everything. Could not reccomend enough.

My daughter has been on the Birons competitive cheer team for 2 years. We LOVE it here! Her team has won several competitions and placed in many. This gym focus just the right amount on being hard working and progression as they do on spending time with your family. I mean kids need to spend time at home sometimes and Birons makes that a priority while also being competitive in their sports. a win win.

We had never been to this location before, but I scheduled a birthday party for my 4 year old based on the recommendation of the colleague. I was so glad that I did! They made it so easy - the team takes cares of all the details. You just send the invites and show up. Also, the coaches were amazing with the little ones. There were so many smiles and the kids were engaged with the games and activities. Even "too cool" older brother got in on the fun. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for ensuring that my little one had a memorable and fun birthday experience!

We came to learn from the best, as we're opening our own TLG in our city. We were able to bring our 10 month old to a Bugs class as well, and we had the best experience in class with coach Gabriel. Shout-out to Coaches Joel, Jojo, and Cierra - all of the staff really care about your little ones and provide the best experience, from the moment you walk in the door.

We have loved all our experiences at The Little Gym! Our little one loves her class and her instructors and every birthday party experience has been great!

I was almost hesitant to leave a review because I selfishly didn't want others to discover and fill up our beloved class! However, I can't help but give The Little Gym a glowing 5-star rating. This hidden gem of a gym is simply perfect for bringing your little ones. After searching for a suitable gym or baby class for my daughter’s first year of life, I stumbled upon this wonderful place. Unlike other classes we've tried, The Little Gym stands out for its immaculate facilities, incredible staff, and Gabriel's exceptional care for the babies. In just a few classes, I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my daughter's confidence and strength. Plus, it's always a joy to see familiar faces week after week. We absolutely adore The Little Gym!

Our son Atlas (4 years old) absolutely loves this place! We love Coach Sierra and love the fun environment of the little gym. Highly recommend!!

We’ve attended Cypress Academy at this location for years & have loved it through so many changes. The kids learn so many skills and have the best time every week. Coach Noel, Coach Thomas and Coach AJ rock it over on the ninja side - they keep the littles engaged and challenged during every class! Coach Cristi is like sunshine, she’s the absolute best at what she does! Cypress Academy hosts Parents Day Outs that coordinate with school holidays, it’s a godsend and they always have an incredible time and are completely worn out by pick up. We’ve had birthday parties there too, 10/10 would recommend - so simple to host, reasonably priced and it’s great fun for everyone who attends. All good things to say about this place!

If you have a son with extra energy and you’re looking for a place for him to make new friends and learn how to harness that energy for greatness sign him up for boys classes as cypress academy! My son learns at a slower rate than his peers - but the coaches at cypress academy always meet him where he is at and work with him until he is successful. They see him for who he is and always encourage him to do his best at every class. Over the last year in gymnastics his confidence has increased - his social skills with peers and adults have improved and because of his coaches he truly believes he can do anything if he doesn’t give up. We LOVE boys gymnastics and the coaches at CA and CA ninja!!!! 10/10 recommend! Thank you CA for being the best part of my kids week!

My daughter absolutely loves her gymnastics classes at Cypress Academy! She looks forward to every session and always comes home excited to share what she’s learned. The coaches are fantastic—encouraging, skilled, and truly dedicated to helping each child grow. She enjoys learning new skills and feels so proud of her progress. The positive and supportive environment makes it a place she genuinely loves to be. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Cypress Academy!

We have been attending classes and special events at this location for almost two years, and have no plans to slow down. All four of my kids have learned and grown so much, all thanks to the thoughtful class structure and exceptional staff. They are consistent, kind, helpful, and make everything fun. (Special shout out to Victoria and Noel, who have been especially wonderful to my kids!)

My daughter has been attending gymnastics classes at the gym for almost 2 years…she loves it all the coaches are hands on and she’s really progressed (8 years old) Coach Veronica and Liz have been amazing! 2. Recently had her birthday party here. Pricing is super reasonable, all the kids had a blast, very organized the coaches helped set up, decorate, entertained kids and kept them in line, helped clean up…completely stress free for parents. Coach Veronica was one of the party coaches and once again amazing!! So sweet, always smiling, great with kids she’s a gem to this gym! 3. Summer camps and parent day outs…very reasonable on pricing, organized, lots of different activities to keep kids active and having a fun time! Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for any of the above or all!!

Just had my 6 year old daughters birthday at HGA. It was hands down the best arranged and organized party. The coaches were amazing at corralling 33 of these very energetic kids - they had SO much fun. In addition to that, they set up and took down everything, helped hand out the pizza and donuts. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!!

We love our 3-4 year old gymnastics class! Miss Andrea, is so great with the kids and very patient with my energetic son. My son is always sad to leave because he has such a great time! Definitely recommend!

My daughter has been going here little over 2mths now and she’s absolutely loves it. Coach Cam is an awesome coach and my daughter bailei adores her. Every Monday she’s looking forward to come here and seeing her coach.

My kids have been going to HGA for a long time. At early ages, it’s recreational. I’m not positive they are excelling at gymnastics but my girls had fun. No different than a little gym or similar. My older daughter dropped out as she saw no point in continuing since there is no girls competition team (she’s competitive). My youngest is now in the new competition team (started 2024) and it does not compare to others in the area where many of our friends attend but an intro to competitive gymnastics. That said they are listening to feedback and improving. I’m hopeful for a proper women’s team as we are currently looking at other options as our daughter improves. Coach Tessa has been good and other coaches supporting do really well with my daughter. There is however no option for 1:1 or private to work on a specific skill.

Our daughter has been a part of the new team with Coach Tessa and absolutely loves it. Tessa is so positive, always smiling and such a great coach for these girls. My daughter truly loves going to gymnastics and being in Coach Tessa’s class.

We had our District Level 2 and 3 Gymnastics competition here this past weekend and we absolutely loved their facility! It was easy to get to, the staff was welcoming, super cute Tinkerbell theme, and a clean gym and bathrooms. The facility itself was laid out very well so that you could see your child at every apparatus. This was our favorite venue that we competed at all year! We look forward to coming back here next year for competition!!! Thank you K2! ~a happy parent

We just had our District level 3 competitions at this gym and it went FLAWLESS, we've been to a couple meets but everything went absolutely smooth! I even ran into the coaches at the parking lot ant told them what a great job they did! These guys are awesome!

Coach Edgar is an amazing coach. He really believes in the kids and makes each one feel special. Just being in his class gave my daughter a passion for gymnastics and a drive to work hard. His private lessons were worth every penny. My daughter really improved with his help. He has the most positive attitude. It’s not just my daughter that feels this way about him. It is every kid he teaches. You can see kids from all ages and different classes saying high to him. They are as excited to see him as he is to see them.They never forget his kindness. Some people were just born to work with kids. Coach Edgar is one of them. K2 is lucky to have him. My daughter Melody was lucky enough to be in 2 of his classes. If you have the chance to put your child in a class with him they will thrive and develop a love for gymnastics.

Came here for a birthday party today and the whole experience was great. Staff was friendly and personable, it was a stark contrast to a different place we went months ago where they were very rigid with the kids and had too many competing birthday parties. This place was the polar opposite and let the kid roam at their leisure, which I really appreciated. Will definitely recommend to all my friends

We absolutely love K2 and what they have to offer for our young kids. The coaches are all very encouraging and make classes fun. My daughter looks forward to going to practice each week and my son is having the best time in Ninja. I do feel like their Ninja program is pretty pricey for what it is but based on their amazing coaches, I'm happy to pay the premium. And I do know they're slightly less expensive than other gyms. Highly recommend!
