Best Gymnastics Gym near Forney, Texas

My daughter has been attending tumbling and gymnastic classes here since she was 6. In the beginning she took 2 classes a week, one for tumbling and the other for gymnastics which focuses on beam, bars, and vault. She had never taken a gymnastics class before and in the 2.5 years she has been training here she can perform a back handspring, a back flip, a twisting backflip, an ariel and more skills that I don’t know the name of. She can vault, leap from one bar to the other, etc… It’s important to know that the coaches focus on SAFE skill building and that it takes time. It could be a year before your child is confident enough to perform an unaided back handspring. Yes, some of the coaches are young, some of them are high school or college students (cheerleaders and/or gymnast themselves) but they know what they are doing! It’s not a flashy gym but that’s one of the ways they keep it affordable. We’re incredibly happy with Olympo and would suggest it to anyone!

A bit overdue, but Coach Mitch is truly amazing! My daughter struggles with focus and coach Mitch always explains and shows her the ropes to ensure she understands the task at hand. She is getting better and better and we want to give a big thanks to Coach Mitch! My daughter loves coming here and looks forward to class every single week.

Our daughter has been enrolled at Olympo for over a year and she has learned so much. She recently started on a competitive team which seems far more advanced which is what she needed. Coach Megan is awesome at keeping all the kids on task and seeing who needs help at just the right moment. She is great at multitasking.

The very best gym around! My daughter attended two other gyms in the area prior to finding this one, but neither gym compares to the excellence demonstrated by Olympo. The coaches are outstanding and expect only the very best effort from the students. My daughter's love for the sport has grown so much in the last year, and can't imagine being anywhere else. If you're not at Olympo, you are missing out!

We are beyond grateful for Moe and his team for being so patient and attentive to our 2 young boys. We look forward to seeing what the future brings for them while they're here at Moe's. You can definitely tell that the staff is highly experienced AND enjoy teaching. Our family would highly recommend this gym, not only for little ones but also for the experienced. Very impressed. Moe is an awesome teacher and is so great with the kids. He pays attention to the smallest details and makes sure the kids learn the correct way to do each thing. When his kids tumble you can see the difference correcting all those small details makes. This place is great!!!

SENIOR SUNDAY - Megan Stalsworth Joined at the age 4 through 16. Because of Moe's training & guidance, Megan successfully became a 2 year Warren Middle School Cheerleader, then a 4 year Forney Highstepper. (Sophomore line officer, Junior Lieutenant & Senior Lieutenant.) (This review will not let me post pictures that I'd love to share of Moe, Megan and all those who helped during Megan's school years) These are all the people including us (Mom & Dad) that have enriched and inspired Megan's mind, body & soul to become the young lady she is today. They all played an important role in Megan's life and we appreciate everything they have done to help guide her. We thank God we found Element Athletics! This gym has been an absolute blessing for our daughter. The coaching staff is incredible, and their passion shines through in every practice. Our daughter has grown in confidence, skill, and discipline since joining. The atmosphere is so positive and supportive, and it's clear that they truly care about each athlete's success both on and off the mat. One of the things we love most is how the older athletes 'adopt' the younger girls, promoting such a positive, family-like atmosphere. We couldn’t ask for a better cheerleading gym—highly recommend Element Athletics to anyone looking for a place where their child can thrive.

Both of my daughters take class at this gym. Ages 9 and 6. My 9 year old has joined their all star cheer team this year and has grown leaps and bounds! They work them hard because they know their potential!! They teach fundamentals and correct bad habits! I honestly CANNOT say enough good things about this gym!

My daughters had been wanting to learn tumbling for some time and a friend recommended Element Athletics. We are all so pleased and impressed. This was the perfect place to start out with tumbling and my daughter has learned so much and gained skills and strength in such a short time. She loves going to her classes weekly and always reminds us that it's tumbling day! I cannot recommend them enough for any skill level.
