Best Gymnastics Gym near Cedar-park, Texas

We absolutely LOVE capital gymnastics! Our three kids were enrolled last year. Due to schedule conflicts plus our boys outgrowing the little kid class, we didn't think we could resume in the fall this year. The staff called me personally and offered a tumbling class for our two boys that was perfect for our needs! We have two very active boys that need a lot of movement, and the boys tumbling class has been perfect for them! Not only did they go out of their way to call me and let me ask many questions about the boys class, they also offered our daughter a spot in a class that ran at the same time as the boys when the spot opened up. I felt like they knew our boys would benefit from this class and our daughter would be able to continue what she loves. It was and is a win-win for our super active family! I also want to give the highest of praise to Coach Maddie. I have never seen a coach be more patient, calm, firm with expectations, and yet also very flexible with a class of active boys! She was their coach for last year, and I know that if she is in the building, my boys will be in very capable hands. Every single staff member has been amazing. From the front staff to the coaches to the program coordinators, all have made us feel valued. We love the classes, kids night out, summer camps, holiday camps, and theme weeks. I cannot recommend Capital Gymnastics more!

We absolutely love our daughters’ experiences at capital gymnastics! My oldest loves her coaches - coach D and coach Maddie in her level 2 Monday 4pm class! My youngest absolutely adores coach Madison and coach Cynthia from her parent/tot class! She’s a handful and I love that they treat her with such patience, silliness, and understanding! Thanks cap gym! We look forward to many more years of learning!

Coach Ellie is wonderful! She is patient, kind and playful but also makes sure they’re staying on task and working hard. We feel so lucky to have her as our daughter’s coach for her first gymnastics experience. She is usually nervous and timid but just three classes in and she’s excited to go! We’ve been going to Capital Gymnastics in North Austin for a few months now. My son is three. He absolutely loves it. His face beams with pride during class, and anytime he talks about it outside of class. It’s not really about technique or skill at this point. It’s about being in his body, and building a sense of confidence. The classes are small, and he gets a lot of attention from his super sweet instructor, Miss Ellie. I think these classes are relatively affordable, and they seem to have a positive impact on the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of my child. Thank you, Miss Ellie!

My daughter has been taking classes for 3 years and she loves it. Her current coach, Autumn is very good. She has great knowledge and skills in gymnastics and she is great with all the girls. I’ve witnessed several times where she spent one on one time with girls who needed extra help. You can tell she enjoys what she does. I recommend Capital Gymnastics to anybody who asks.

Great place for your kids to learn gymnastics or dancing! Been a customer for few years now and I am very happy with there service. They have little kids gym , dance studio and the older kids gym. Nice and friendly staff .

I needed a very last minute birthday party for my daughter and they managed to get me in! The staff coach was so great with the kids and was teaching them cheer routines during the party. My daughter and her friends absolutely LOVED it! Thank you!!

I have tried many different gymnastic gyms in the area as I have 5 kids and we have lived in other neighborhoods across Austin. I had read the reviews about smells, and yet I chose Acrotex Cedar Park for the convenient location close to home. We have enjoyed many instructors over the years, and I have seen my kids progress in their strength and agility. Even at the recreational level, the coaches give my kids individual attention and I have seen development. What has impressed me the most and will keep me here is the flexibility and coordination they have offered as I adjust classes over the years. The number of classes they offer is extensive, and I have been able to find the right balance so all of my kids can attend at the same time. This is significant because each year (if not more often), schedules change and it is a juggling game to find a doable schedule for our family. Because of the way Acrotex will coordinate and communicate with me, we have been able to find the right balance so all of my kids can satisfy their interests and be healthy, at the time I need it! And they have helped me with both dance and gymnastic interests. Their efforts have been above and beyond, and it feels like an extension of family. I am grateful that they would care about helping me find the right balance for our family that will allow the kids to grow. And I have seen an improvement in the smells :) It is a difficult thing to do with all those sweaty kids, but it is pleasant when you walk in to a clean and fresh smell.

We love Little Gyms, but we’ve had more than a great experience here at the Cedar Park location. The staff is extremely friendly with parents and babies. The classes go by so smoothly, and the babies (birds/ bugs) love it! I’m going to miss them so much! The staff is very flexible with us having to miss and reschedule class dates, due to being a military family and constantly traveling. We are now leaving, and we had no issue cancelling our membership, and they worked with us in every way they could, moving us to different class times to accommodate. Someone else in the reviews said that they got charged for an extra month, which I don’t see that to be true considering, we’ve moved from different locations and never had that happen. Communicate with the staff, and they will work with you the best they can.

My son started going to The Little Gym when he was 5 months old and he is the smallest in his class but the mightiest. We try to go to a lot of the open gym times so we end up at the gym at least 4 times a week. He’s so close to walking. He climbs and has been taught safe ways to get down from higher places. He has such a great time and all the instructors help immensely and it’s like he has his own personal trainer.

This location has been amazing to my son zain. He’s become more confident and stronger since joining the little gym. He’s been in both the birds and beasts classes. The instructors are never bothered and always in a great mood! I do enjoy the open gym options as well. In addition, the gym is always clean and the obstacles are constantly refreshed. I wish i could give 6 stars. 🙏🏼

We’ve been coming to little gym for 6 months now and my 15 month old absolutely loves it!! The classes are so engaging and fun and all of the instructors are super sweet. It’s the best part of our week!
