This place was great, but our schedules changed and unfortunately we needed to cancel our membership. That is the part that gets zero stars. We were first told we could put our membership on hold and if we needed to extend just to go in. So, we did and were told they couldn't extend anymore so they called the owner and she said to leave a note and she would do it on her end. It didn't get done and the owner called me on New Years asking for payment. When I told her that I was disappointed it didn't get paused as requested she indicated that she didn't didn't show I even went in. I explained that the person we talked to called her when we were there and it was relayed to us that it would get taken care of. We decided to go in and cancel my husband's with a 60 day notice and that I would keep mine active and go in to cancel at the end of January. We clarified a couple times that I didn't want to be on pause since the payment seemed to go through already and we were just taking care of cancelling my husband's. She was reviewing BOTH accounts (so I thought). After a few minutes, she told us his is cancelled and we could go she was just finishing up what she needed to do. I didn't receive any cancellation notice so figured I would check again when I went back in to cancel mine as I thought I wouldn't get the notice until after the 60 days. Today I received an email that my account is past due. I went back up there and the lady working was very kind and she called the owner. The owner kept telling me "no remember I told you that you had to come off pause and do a 60 day notice" this goes back to when we spoke to her and I told her I didn't want to pause I would just cancel at the end of January. Then she said I only cancelled your husband's I didn't look at yours. The problem with that is she did look at both of them as we discussed both accounts that day and she asked me if I wanted to stay on pause or come off. Every time I go the problem always comes back to her with something not getting done. Today she wanted to work on it and then call me because I was told she was sick at home. I wasn't going to trust that she would handle it because to date when she said she would, she didn't. I gave a 60 day cancellation for mine today because I didn't want to deal with her anymore and immediately received an email confirmation. I still haven't received one for my husband because now she said the system isn't showing it. While the concept of the place is great the professionalism is lacking. They want payments on time, but when it's an error affecting the customer, they don't follow through. I strongly urge not to use this place based on how the billing system!

CAUTION WHEN CANCELLING!!!! I am moving and recently went into cancel my membership and was given two options 1) immediate and 2) 60 days notice, my thought initially was immediate until I realized that it was only 11/2 which meant I’d save $35 by doing the 60-days notice because it would hit right at 60-days. However, when I pointed this out to the girl (and she was young), I was told it would be too messy and create more work for her, she’d have to get the owner involved and by then I’d have to pay more money any and when I mentioned it didn’t seem right that I should have to pay more just because it created work, her comment was basically it was my fault because I initially said immediate. Just use caution when terminations your contract, they are not there to give you the most cost effective option. If I ever thought of was ever thinking g of rejoining, that certainly solidifies my decision not to.

Worst place . They attract you to sign up and create more issues when want to cancel. I had gone there and started getting issues with my eye in form of dryness/irrations. Doctor on medical ground asked me to stop going to HOTWORX. I went to store to cancel the service . The front desk person Katie mentioned she needs to contact the store manager Daveo who was not available . Next day the charged me another monthly fee that was not fair . Also they want cancellation fee that cost a fortune . They just bring contracts in discussion and keep charging as they wish even though I was in Person at their store asking to cancel the memberships. Please be aware of this before signing up .

The atmosphere here is amazing! Staff is super friendly and this location is always super clean and smells really nice! Great price for what you get! I would highly recommend this location! :-)

I love going to this gym! It’s always so clean and the staff is super friendly and encouraging! I’ve been wanting to join a gym for a while and I’m glad I found this location. It’s been a wonderful experience that has helped me physically and mentally as well.
