Bria Method is amazing and has completely transformed my body. All of the instructors are incredibly personable and always make you feel welcome, no matter your experience level— especially Tony. They offer a bunch of classes tailored to different needs, so there’s something for everyone, from strength training to yoga and even Pilates. It truly feels like a big family here—I’ve been coming here for three years and will always highly recommend!

I have been in a rut for quite sometime with workouts. I love group fitness classes but they become repetitive after a while and I tend to get bored. I happened to find Bria online and so happy I did. I’m an ex athlete and I haven’t been challenged like this in years. You get 1:1 training with amazing coaches that make sure your form is perfect. Every class is different and pushes you out of your comfort zone. Bria is top notch. I highly recommend for those who want to work hard, have fun, and see results- I’m shedding inches!!! Thank you Tony and team!!!

I started with BRIA Method at the end of March, and it’s been a completely different experience from anything I’ve done before. This is not just another gym. The way they structure their programs and their overall approach has been key in helping me stick with my goals—something I’ve struggled with in the past. What really stands out to me is the attention to detail during group classes. Even in a group setting, the trainers make you feel like you’re the only one there. They focus on your form, ensure you’re doing things correctly, and give you the personalized guidance you need. I’ve made real changes in my habits and how I feel about myself. I’m not at my ultimate goal yet, but for the first time, I feel confident that I’m getting there. This is thanks to the atmosphere and the encouragement that BRIA provides. The energy here is just infectious, and it’s made me want to keep coming back. BRIA has become a part of my everyday life, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
