I had a great beginners boxing training class here! I’m not sure how to spell my trainers name, but he said it is pronounced as “Ken” like Barbie and Ken. He was patient with me but also pushed me and i was breaking a sweat. He was super helpful and i had a fun time, will definitely be back!

Love the workout! You can talk me into about anything as long as you allow me to punch and kick but this went above and beyond my expectations! I love the bag work followed by strength training. By far one of my favorite places I have ever worked out and one of my favorite workouts! The staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable about form tips.

RockBox Wake Forest is excellent! The Owners Kyle & Laura are great to work with. All of the Staff are great as well! It is easy to book your class through the app and the workouts are varied and challenging. It is much better than any regular gym experience. If you want something different that will move your motivation needle, RockBox is it!

I LOVE this workout. It isn’t just about hitting a bag for an entire class. There is great resistance/strength training as well. The workouts are always different and you can make it as challenging as you want it to be. This class is definitely helping me reach my fitness goals as well as a number of other goals to keep my body as healthy as it can be.

Highly recommend - Structured Workout - Bags (cardio) combined with functional (strengthening) stations make for a great 50min workout. Arena music, lights and overall atmosphere can add to the workout as well. Everyone’s there for the same workout. Unity. Kyle - Laura and the WFRxBx crew are all wonderful. OG #rockboxwakeforest
