Community & Workouts For All Seasons Of Life 🌿 This is the place to be for support and just a pure FUN workout! The staff is kind and welcoming - always with a smile 😊 The child watch is even more awesome! Having a fitness studio that offers kids care is such a blessing here in New Braunfels! Whether you’re pregnant and preparing for baby, re-entering fitness postpartum, or simply a guy who wants to crush it at life - the workouts are super scalable and fun! I think the facility is great, loved the coaches and the workouts. However, the moment I had a medical issue pop up I was negatively looked at. May I add, I spent months paying for a membership that I didn't use until I was able to figure out what was going on with my body. When I was diagnosed with a condition the dr informed me I am no longer able to do the type of work out Burn offers along with surgery leaving me out for half a year. I called On October 7th (which they claim they have no record of) given I have screen shots of voicemails from the team. They verbally explained they would suspend services. I sent in my dr note that was also never "received" . Fast forward to November and my card has been ran again, I called to explain this was done by mistake and was told they require a 7 days notice, which I gave a month notice, and again claimed they have no record or notes of me calling or sending in information. I find it sad that Burn isn't taking this medical issue more seriously allowing me to pay yet again for another month that I physically can't attend. I'd think twice before working out somewhere who values money over reputation. Do the right thing Burn and stop burning your customers.

Joined my wife for Burn Boot Camp, and we had a blast! I also do BJJ in the local area, and wanted to supplement my grappling and fitness with some high intensity cardio training. This definitely works! In addition, they have a child watch service that will take care of my 7 kids without additional cost. That’s a pretty incredible deal for my family, as you can imagine. We work hard for 45 minutes and are free to use the floor to stretch before the next class begins. They have dumbbell weights up to 75lbs, and kettlebell weights up to 28kg (~65lbs). There are a lot of ways for you to push yourself, and trainers will help you increase or decrease intensity according to your ability. People “modify” workouts to make them easier or harder, and you can increase or decrease weight as well as the speed of reps to always challenge yourself (or allow yourself to survive lol). In addition, you are always free to take a break for water if you need one. I have trained 3 times as of this review in classes run by Daniel and Amy, and signed up today.

What an experience! The instructor Amy was amazing & motivating. The facility is very clean, well thought out. I went to this boot camp because my wife started going and said I would like it. It was definitely different for me. I wanted to puke half way through and 2 days later I am still sore. I will definitely be going back. Whether you are looking to drop some pounds or build your cardio, this is definitely worth trying.

My husband and I love this place. Kerbi and Ashley are awesome! They run the front and absolutely rock at what they do, and Daniel and Amy know how to run AWESOME classes. The first few times I went I was too sore to come in more than 1-2 times a week… it only took a few weeks to get in the groove. This week I was able to go 5 times in a row. The training, and the daycare make it sooooooo worth the money! The coaches are always meeting you where you are at. For me, I am 4 months postpartum after having my 7th child. I’ve had to modify a lot. The trainers never push me in a way where I will injure myself, but instead they are always challenging me in a safe way that is giving me an EPIC workout every day. I’m having to modify less and less because of this! The training is always different, which is great for shocking your body and getting a great workout. My husband is the opposite end of the spectrum… he reviewed as well. He is a very athletic black belt in jiu jitsu, and he uses these workouts to step up his fitness! And Burn definitely fits that tall order. He LOVES it! We love working out together, so this gym has been such a blessing for our relationship and our fitness! The child watch is run by moms, and they do an awesome job with all 7 of my kiddos! My kids get excited whenever they hear they get to come with me… I just love that! I highly highly recommend this place!
