Burn Boot Camp Mount Laurel has honestly changed my life! I started there in January 2022 thinking it’d be another gym membership I’d be paying for and wouldn’t be going to. Little did I realize how much it has changed me for the better. I’ve lost 22lbs! I have established a routine, going 5-6 days a week now, and I actually look forward to going each time. Previously, I’ve never enjoyed working out and often stopped/quit after a month or two. I was never able to stay consistent, but Burn Boot Camp changed that for me. The trainers are all amazing and push you to your highest potential. They actually get to know you and make sure you’re getting a full workout in. They’re so motivating and inspirational and honestly the best! And the community is unmatched. I’ve never experienced a gym where everyone was so supportive of each other. We’re all in it together and there’s nothing better than achieving your goals with like-minded people along side of you. I’m so happy I took the leap and I can’t imagine my life without Burn now!

i am so thankful for a gym like burn. i started almost two years ago now…the place i was in back then compared to now amazes me. back then i was in a really disheartening place in my life. dealing with daily struggles, dealing with my weight, my confidence was at an all time low, my energy was depleted and i wanted to do better for myself. october 4th i called burn boot camp and talked to kelly. it’s kind of weird doing things by your self and not knowing what to expect. kelly was super sweet on the phone and encouraged me to come in. so i did. she walked me through the process of how it all worked - as a community they motivate others to do better and be better for themselves and living a healthy life style. stef was the trainer that day, she introduced herself and said to go at my own pace considering i hadn’t worked out in years. it was arm day and well let’s just say my arms were jello by the end of it. i love how they showed you the correct form, maintained high energy and motivated you to want to work out and do better. every single trainer only wants you to reach your goals. the words i can’t are never in their vocabulary because they know you can. it’s all a mental game once you hit the gym. they want you to be healthy, they want to give you advice, they want to see the progress and they want you to push yourself because they know you will be proud of yourself at the end of the work out. fast forward to now (almost 2 years later) and i am 20 pounds down, gained muscle, way more confident, made some amazing friends and motivating partners along the way as well as motivate others to be the best versions of themselves. i can honestly say burn boot camp has changed my life for the better. i literally cannot wait to get done work to go to the gym and have my 45 minutes of pushing myself as well as others to be the best version possible. so thank you burn boot camp community. you have helped me in so many ways and showing me that i can.

Awesome environment for moms and any one looking to get healthy … they provide child care during your hour session which helps a lot … friendly staff members that keep you motivated and feeling the burn.

Joining Burn at Mount Laurel has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. The environment is so encouraging and motivating. The trainers do such a great job at making sure everyone feels seen and welcomed. I have tried every gym and boot camp there is but it wasn’t until Burn that I truly fell in love with working out. I have always dragged my feet to my workouts in other gyms but now with Burn, I genuinely look forward to them everyday. I feel myself get stronger every week and it is the greatest feeling. Lastly, the included childcare is the best! They are all so kind and sweet to the kiddos. Highly recommend to anyone even thinking about it. We all deserve 45 minutes of “me time” in our crazy daily lives and there’s no better way to spend it than at Burn!

One of my friends talked me into trying Burn Boot Camp in Mount Laurel and I couldn’t thank her enough. I’ve never found a gym or exercise plan that I actually looked forward to until now. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the environment is unmatched. Everyone supports each other, the trainers make sure everyone is getting a good workout but with proper form for safety and everyone in the camps brings so much energy, and the high fives throughout are more motivating than you know!

F45 Mt. Laurel has such a positive impact on my life! The coaches are motivating and personable and make working out fun! They stretch at the end of every session and help you throughout class to make sure you are doing each exercise correctly. 10/10 recommend their classes!

My favorite workout by far! Coaches are motivating, music is awesome, and the workouts are addicting. I’ve been going since September and I’ve seen major muscle and mental changes. As a c section mom with 3 under 4 this place has been a game changer. I love F45!

Walking into F45 Mt Laurel is hands-down the best part of my day! The coaches greet me with a smile and a warm welcome each and every time which has made me feel so comfortable coming into the studio. The F45 team has made me so motivated to work out, I’ve even started to wake up for the 6AM classes! I love the energy in the studio; from the music, to the members, to the words of encouragement from everyone around, you are sure to have an awesome workout each and every time! Can’t say enough great things about F45 Mt Laurel, it’s truly become a second-home to me!

I've been training here about 3weeks now! Love the staff and love the workouts! Quinton plays the Best music! Lol but in all honesty I'm not even on a certain diet at the moment and I can definitely see my body changing! Highly recommended if you want to stay motivated and this place is like personal Training in a group setting! The staff is very welcoming, also I love this place because it's not intimidating! Great atmosphere and it's all body types not just "the perfect beach bodies"! Join! You'll Love it! ❤️

Love this gym! I started back in December and fell in love with the HIT/strength training concept. This location has the greatest coaches that truly care about your goals (shoutout Q, Nikki, Meg!!). I have met some pretty awesome people at this gym and love the events they host to get everyone together (happy hours/sports outings/saturday vendors etc). This place is more than just a gym - it’s an awesome community that pushes each other to be better. 5+ stars - definitely recommend stopping in!
