Awesome instructors, with great classes offered! They push you to give your 110% effort during the workouts. I LOVE the results I’m seeing with their 20/20/20 set up. Definitely worth every penny!

I always love coming to take class with Ashlee, Kellie, and Olivia. It’s such a unique format and the perfect mix of cardio, strength, and yoga. Highly recommend to anyone of all fitness levels.

Ths best gym around, hands down! The workout is no joke, but that's why we love it! Our butts are kicked every time, but we leave feeling awesome! The staff are all lovely! They're always welcoming, encouraging, and motivating. The facility is clean and up-to-date. I feel like I'm part of a community at Spenga. I highly recommend this gym!

I absolutely love the SPENGA concept, combining Spin, Endurance, and Yoga into one dynamic workout. It's the perfect blend of cardio, strength training, and flexibility. The classes are challenging, fun, and well-instructed. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. I've been a member for over 2 years now and I absolutely LOVE it here! There are many different class structures so the workout routines are never the same. They keep you challenged, motivated and wanting to come back the next day. My favorite part is the staff and instructors - they are invested in your fitness journey and will ALWAYS bring the energy. NEVER a dull moment in the studio! Definitely try it out if you're looking to switch up your workout routine or complement an existing one.
