I've been a member of -MENT fitness for over a year. I can confidently say it's the best gym I've ever joined. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. The trainers are highly knowledgeable and passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals. They're always motivating and encouraging, pushing you to your limits in a positive way. What I love most about -MENT is the welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Whether you're seasoned or just starting out, you'll feel right at home. The structure of classes caters to all fitness levels and preferences. Love, love, love this place! Traditional gym settings just haven’t worked for me. I need guidance, motivation, accountability and structure and Ment provides all that! The culture is fun, friendly and professional. All the trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging! Great place to enhance and maintain a healthy lifestyle. 🧡💪🏽

I love a great workout that’s challenging and pushes me to the limits and out of my comfort zone to get better each time. The supportive environment, energy from all trainers, and the consultative engagement is TOP TIER. For someone that deals with a lot of lower back pain the recovery and mobility exercises from the trainers is just what I needed. The workouts are for all fitness levels so you don’t have to worry about a one size fits all workout because everyone isn’t the same nor do they have the same goals. I’m very big on community service and giving back and Ment is all about the community as I look forward to volunteering weekly with the group. I’m extremely excited I chose Ment and can’t wait to continue to grow.

The instructor made me feel very confident! If I lived in the area I would definitely keep going! Staff was very friendly and helpful! I did a drop in I was from out of town. Thank you so much for the experience
