I am not a workout person, but I think this place has changed me!!! The staff, and other people working out have been wonderful. So accepting, and always cheering you on even if you have no clue what you are doing! I love the feeling after of the sauna/infrared Workout. It really does just fly by and seem like the quickest easiest workout. The app is also super fantastic at helping keeping you on track. I highly recommend!

Hotworx is the best! I workout almost every day and always have a great experience! The heated workout is challenging but I leave feeling amazing and never get sore. The staff is so amazing, friendly and are always welcoming and cheering you on! I’m hooked forever! Come try it out!
